בעל הבית מדהים וזמין ונכון לכל בקשה, קיבל אותנו בחיוך ענק. הבית נקי מאוד ומרווח למשפחה . המטבח עם כל הכלים שדרוש. בית מחומם כל הזמן . אווירה מצוינת למשפחה . המיקום קרוב יחסית למרכז ואפשר לצאת מהעיר ברגע .

הדירה ממוקמת במקום שקט ומאוד פסטורלי - קרובה מאוד לטירת פלש וגם לרכבל. מרווחת ונעימה מאוד. המארח היה מאוד נחמד ועזר לי בסבלנות בכל מה שהייתי צריכה. התמונות של הדירה מאוד נאמנות למציאות.

הסבר הגעה - הכתובת באתר היא של הרחוב העליון כשהכניסה היא למעשה מהרחוב התחתון - דרך סימטה. הגעתי בלילה והיה מאוד קשה להבין איפה הכניסה. הכי פשוט להסביר - להגיע ל OPUS VILLA ולהיכנס בסימטה שאחריה...גם אחרי שאיתרתי את המקום (שוב - בעזרתו המאוד אדיבה של המארח שהיה איתי כל הזמן על הקו), היה מאוד קשה לאתר את השער שדרכו נכנסים - אולי כדאי לשלט את המקום קצת טוב יותר. המטבח יכול היה להיות מצוייד טוב יותר (הקומקום לא עבד וגם המנורה במטבח). זו לא דירה לממש בישולים - יותר לארוחות קלות, אם כי היה שם תנור (שלא יצא לי להשתמש בו), ולא היה שם מיקרו...

Very nice and qiet place, possible to find all you need. Near house terrasa where you can enjoy cup of coffee and sounds of nature)

- spacious apartment - good location - near the Peles Castle and some very good restaurants from Sinaia (Forest, Yuca) - has a backyard with a fireplace so you can have a home made steak - has it's own heating system so you can set the temperature to your needs -this is very helpful when you have a child - free parking is available on the Alley that leads to the apartment

- cleaning was not the best - only vacuumed and mopped the floors (found peanuts debris on the couch, everything you touched in the kitchen was sticky, the barbecue area was left unatended after previous use - burned coals, greasy barbecue) - missing lots of items that you would expect to find on site (example: paper towels in the kitchen, coals and fire wood in the barbecue area) - we noticed a moldy odor when we first enter the apartment and some of the walls in the kitchen and bathroom area have signs of dampness - the apartment overall needs some maintenance work (dampness on the walls, damaged floor here and there) - the second bedroom bed is made up of two individual mattresses with a piece of sponge between them (the sponge is higher than the mattresses them selves) so that you can not use the central part of the bed (ex: if you want to sleep together with your kids)

it was close to hiking and the gondola. close to the castle and a few restaurants with delicious food and great service.

The apartment is within walking distance from the Peles castle (~20 minutes), in a very beautiful area of Sinaia, surrounded by a lot of trees (looks almost like in a forest). We could easily find a parking slot outside. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a dining area connected with the living room and a small terrace. We were able to find what we needed for our stay (a spacious fridge, plates, bowls, etc.). It was warm inside and quiet.

The furniture looks rather old, and the chairs need a bit of refurbishment. The larger bed in one of the bedrooms is made of 2 single beds, with 2 different mattresses. There is a sort of sponge that unites them, but if you come with a small child that is supposed to sleep between his parents, that is actually not possible.

Really spacious

Some of the furniture pieces are old.

The place is perfect, especially if you're looking to walk to the slopes, only 15 minutes or 5 minutes by car to the 1000m ski-lift(gondola). The apartment was really cozy, warm, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely come here again! Never been in the summer, but I'm sure it's fantastic due to the trees and the altitude. You can also find a few good restaurants, even some that can deliver the food to your door.
