Excellent location

good value, clean, good comms

a bit warm, but there was a heatwave.

The apartment was stylish and modern, and very well-stocked. It was well looked after and my group of friends had a wonderful time!

The pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable but it's such a minor thing.

Location was very good Has been freshly painted for the season ahead nicely decorated Beds were comfy and nice bedding. Nice looking apartment inside, spacious and modern. Clean overall Large shower Shower gel/soap/shampoo ect provided. Reasonable storage space Locks all touch pads which was good in regards to not have to worry about taking and remembering keys. Flexible check in if there able to do so. Nice mirrors in bedrooms. Lovely windows in the front bedroom and lounge.

Blinds dont keep much light out so rooms are fully lights around 5am. Isn't the nicest entrance area particularly when you come through the gate to a pile of clutter to the left hand side, pigeons would all fly out of there when you went to leave which wasn't pleasent. Car park near by. No instructions as to where to empty the bins. No instructions how to work the heaters. Toilet not fitted on floor properly. No shower mat is extremely slippy especially for children.. No hoover or anything to clean up particularly with children. Theres alot of stairs to carry luggage up outside and in. Nights were extremely nosiy particularly in the back bedroom, woke my daughter up and i wad unable to sleep until after 2am every night because of the noise from the bar out the back. The draws in the bedrooms and table in the lounge are bobbly and beginning to peel could do with re-lining Very small bathroom bin and no bin in either bedrooms.

Great location right in the Lanes and spacious, this does come with some noise from the streets however. The kitchen was well equipped. Clean nice looking rooms.

There was mould in the bathroom and a bit of wear and tear (radiator was detached from the wall on one side and hanging atilt).

kitchen facilities were good. clean and well maintained interior.

extremely noisy during most of the night. very difficult to maintain a good shower temperature - either cold or scalding. the outer gate was really difficult to operate. But above all the mattresses were absolutely dreadful. inferior and we could feel the springs digging in. I would highly recommend replacing these at the earliest opportunity. my 2 friends and I have come home feeling exhausted due to lack of sleep.

Shower room/ toilet window was glued shut so made room smelly and damp. The apartment was up two very steep flights of stairs

Street noise levels at night aren’t great. The parking option given I couldn’t find. The Lanes would have been a better recommendation.

The lanes location was excellent - very close to the seafront, all central shopping areas, 3 min walk to the coach station, 3 min walk to all bus stops and a 15 min walk to the station. No need to have a car. The bedroom were spacious with plenty of storage. Having a coffee machine was great and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was very warm and the heaters were easy to control in each room. Having a washing machine was very useful for our family of 5. We appreciated a slightly later check out time and we were able to leave our luggage there until 1.30 after checking out at 11.30.

The dryer function on the wash / drying machine was useless. It was quicker to dry the clothes on the clothes line. Because of the very central location, some nights were very noisy - mainly noise from people on the streets below but also sometimes from people in the other apartments and in the communal areas. The shower wasn't very powerful. The hosts were not that easy to communicate with. I emailed and left a message on their phone to ask if we could have alate check out time but I didn't get a reply. Finally got through the day before we left.

Black mold on and around windows, no views as the windows were so built up with moisture.

This is a lovely apartment with spacious rooms and ample storage facilities in the bedrooms, good heating and a well equipped kitchen with a good size fridge/freezer which we appreciated with staying here over Christmas and cooking Christmas dinner for four. The main bedroom, with a double bed, is at the back of the property away from the main road. It was quiet and with only a small window was also appropriately dark at night. The front bedroom has two single beds. The dining area has a rectangular table which comfortably seats four.

Wonderful location, within the busy area of Brighton, with all the most important attractions and places at walking distance. Apartment with all kind of comfort, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, large bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy, washing machine also available (in case you need it).

When we arrived in the apartment, it was really cold inside, considering that outside temperature was around 0°C. Switching on the heaters it took several hours to reach a comfortable temperature. Maybe the heaters could have been set on in advance while customers are arriving. Having only one hand towel in the bathroom results in a waste of big towels when 3-4 people are staying in the apartmen.

Location was excellent and the apartment was very modern, pretty and had enough space for all 3 of us. Beds were really comfy.

The shower pressure was very low and wavered between very hot and cold. Since you are already paying for cleaning, the messages asking you to take out the bins seemed excessive. Also just a note that since it is in the middle of town, expect to hear some drunken people walking on a Saturday night
