We stayed at Martha’s house for a month while our home was being renovated. The house was clean and comfortable. Martha was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any inquiries. The house is well equipped with kitchen items, a bbq, toys for kids, and a new washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and we had everyone we needed. Everything close quite clean

This was the perfect location and house to get to numerous attractions and commuting was easy. Great neighborhood too! It was clean and very comfortable. Beautiful home. Owners are easy to work with. Definitely recommend. Thank you~

I stayed for a week with 4 little kids and my mom. My kids adored the toys and games. The house was even more spacious than it looked from pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with staples and equipment. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the grassy backyard too. Excellent communication with owner.

This was a perfect spot for us to stay for an extended work trip. Fully stocked and spacious.

My family loved our stay at this rental property. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable for my family of 6. The amenities are endless. My kids range in age from 4 to 12 years old and loved the toys. From the ping pong table for my older kids to the toys and dvds for the younger kiddos, this was my kids favorite amenity. Martha was an amazing host. She was very responsive to any questions that came up. We will definitely be back!

Our family really enjoyed this rental property. The place is nice and clean . Neighborhood is very peace and quiet. The house have everything you needed . This area is very good. The owner was very helpful. I would definitely rent out this place again.

Martha was very accommodating. The home is very spacious (about 1900sq ft). The home comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. Things that you don’t think you need until you don’t have them. The most I’ve ever seen supplied by a host. Even condiments, tea, coffee, food, toiletries, office supplies. You will need to bring only your clothes. Theres tons of entertainment items ie: toys, ping pong, air hockey, stroller, car seats, board games etc. nice covered patio in a pretty fenced back yard. The home is located in a very safe, quite neighborhood of equally nice homes. Easy check in process, ample parking, spacious rooms which we enjoyed, designated formal dining. Location is great too...close to all major shopping.

Our family of 6 stayed at this home in a great neighborhood for a quick getaway to Miami. The ping pong and air hockey tables were a big hit with our family. Overall a great home and we definitely would stay again.

Our overall rating is a 4, but their were two issues we think prospective renters should consider prior to rental. The house only had one operable window, the sliding glass door in the family room area. This restricted us from allowing fresh air in during the morning and overnight. The neighbor had a swimming pool and it's filtering equipment ran everyday from about 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., and it was extremely noisy. No problem if your not there during that time period. As we said, we liked the property, but you should take these two issues into account if you are considering renting this property.

This property was perfect for us. We were looking for down time and warm weather. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We spent most of our vacation at the house and enjoyed the sunshine. Very quite, safe and clean neighborhood.

The stay was perfect. The family came in for a birthday party and a wedding. We left earlier than expected but, really enjoyed our stay. Martha was more than accommodating. Thank you for your kindness.

This house was perfect for my family, my 90+years old mother but is also well equipped for children. The self check-in and out was painless and Martha was very personable and efficient. This neighborhood is very clean and quiet. We have family nearby and it worked well for us.

My family & I loved it here! We definitely recommend to anyone & will stay again. My kids loved playing with the toys, games & backyard. We didn’t want to leave haha. Thanks for making the whole experience nice & easy!
