The house was very clean and well decorated. Needed Kleenex and more trash cans. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Large spaces and great outdoor space too. The host Christian was terrific and so easy to work with. We had a great trip and look forward to coming back.

We were only passing through so were only able to stay one night. The house was very tastefully decorated and nice and clean. We had a group of 4 couples and we all loved the place. Great mattresses.

Three friends and I chose this property for two reasons: we wanted a modern home and one with four bedrooms and four attached bathrooms. We were so surprised that this househad been completely remodelled and everything was first class. The bedrooms all had separate bathrooms for the bedrooms,which were all decorated in Southwestern style. Every detail from supplies in the bathroom, jacuzzi, beautiful kitchen with brand new appliances and layout of the house were better than any hotel we could have stayed at. Landlord was responsive to my questions and had a binder with information on the house and things to do in Sedona. We would definitely stay in this house when we return to Sedona.

We loved being in a neighborhood with great places to walk without having to always put on the hiking shoes. Each room with its own bathroom made for a comfortable stay for 8 adults.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location, just south of Uptown Sedona, nestled in a quiet Oak Creek Canyon neighborhood. Convenient to everything we needed. Ultimate privacy with four separate bedrooms and their own baths. Beautiful Southwest decor. The property host, Christian, couldn’t be more attentive and helpful during our stay. A gem!!

Best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Five healthy, senior women, having a short getaway. We are hikers but wanted to just stay at the house. We cooked at home despite lots of restaurants nearby. Christian is an amazing host. No suggestions for improvement. Just WOW!

We had a wonderful time in Sedona! The house is great! It is beautifully decorated with spacious bedroom suites, a comfortable living room and a kitchen that had everything we needed. The outdoor space in the backyard is peaceful and relaxing. It is also in a great location, just minutes from restaurants, shopping and hiking trails! Christian is a wonderful host. He provided us with lots of information on the Sedona area before we arrived to help us plan our trip. He responded quickly to all correspondence. I would highly recommend staying here when traveling to Sedona!

Christian's communication from considering his property & throughput our stay was extremely responsive. Personally owning vacation rentals and being in the real estate world, we were very impressed with his service along wuth the accuracy of his listing online to how it presented in person. He's done a great job renovating and decorating the home & grounds. The little touches were very appreciated including the welcome wine and the housebook containing information & recommendations. We loved the sheets & towels 💗 We picked this home for its proximity to downtown, hiking trails & vortexes and would recommend it to those lookong for a relaxing experience close to activities.

Everything was clean and as adventised, Christian was a wonderful communicator and his home provided a wonderful home base for our Grand Canyon trip. Would definitely book again if we are ever back in Sedona. The view from the backyard as well as the night sky was amazing.

A nice family vacation in the desert. We were close to town, dining, and shopping, but also just steps or a short drive to some amazing hikes and views. Christian was a super host!

Christian’s house was perfect for us- plenty of space, a big beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds and a big patio that we enjoyed every single evening. It was stocked with everything we needed and then some! Communication was easy and the process was simple. The house is away from the hustle and bustle but not too far removed. I would definitely recommend!

Everything you need is here at this home. Big comfortable beds, olenty of nice bathrooms, full kitchen with everything you need, outdoor space and table big enough for 8, location is spot on. The neighborhood is quiet, but so is sedona. Property management main concern is you and your stay. Always availability if needed. Highly recommend this as your homebase.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay out in Sedona. The house had plenty of room for all 8 of us. Christian was very helpful, he even arranged for us to get in a few hours early after our early morning cross country flight! Would definitely rent this house again if we come back to Sedona. You will not regret renting this place!

This property was just as pictured. We had 5 adults on site and were able to enjoy the views from the backyard after making personal pizzas in the great kitchen. The beds/linens were extremely comfortable! Some enjoyed the hot tub. This was a great place to come "home" after going out and enjoying the Sedona scenery. Christian was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Our stay was truly amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted by Christian who ran through the details of the house. It really could not have been a better place for our adult family celebrating a wedding. Every bedroom allows privacy and has an ensuite bathroom. The house was well appointed, beautifully decorated and super clean. The yard is a dream...little seating areas for morning coffee and a hot tub, and lovely gazebo for relaxing at the end of the day to watch the stars by the propane fire pit. It was just perfect for our group. Christian was a great host! You will not be disappointed:)

Wow! From my first communication with Christian to our last moments on our way out, this experience was just wonderful. I really felt like we rented from truly lovely people. Christian was helpful, accommodating and has put his heart and soul into his beautiful home in the red rocks. The backyard is so peaceful. The kitchen was the epicenter of the home. We cooked a couple amazing meals there and they had everything we needed! We ate our extravagant breakfast around the fire pit out side, chatting and listening to the sounds of nature. After breakfast the yard was a perfect place to do some yoga. In the Evenings we would have a little soak in the hot tub. And our last evening we stayed up playing games in the living room. And everyone was super comfortable. We even forgot a speaker for some music but the amazing TV they have had Spotify, so we signed in and had music all weekend. Everyone slept amazing in the big comfy beds. We’re all going to miss this oasis and are hoping to go back again soon! I highly recommend!

We planned a couple of days in Sedona for hiking and we were so thrilled to find this property! It was perfect in many ways starting with it being in a quiet neighborhood out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Sedona. The home was beautiful and immaculate with so much space and very well decorated. We loved the hot tub area and the yard was much bigger than we expected! Our kids loved playing outside and it was nice to have so much privacy. Christian was friendly, welcoming and very clear with expectations of the property and checkin/check out. We feel so lucky to have found this property- we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
