Cecil’s condo was perfect for our 2 week stay; close to excellent restaurants, shopping & great beach walks. The complex is very well maintained by a friendly staff & security is excellent. The condo was comfortable & well carried for. We’d love to rent with Cecil again. Whale watching trip was outstanding.

This is a wonderful property located right on the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants and galleries. Our host is very accommodating and the property manager handled an issue with our refrigerator in the unit within 2 hours of our phone call. Highly recommend!

This apartment was awesome the views are amazing,there is everything you need in the apartment ,the location is perfect close enough to everything but not to close ,great restuarants in walking distance ,a fab beach on your doorstep. Management on hand when you need them , the owners keep in touch to make sure everything was ok .. We will return, On a bad note not anybodys fault but ours I wouldn’t go again in October the weather was nice but the Humidity was awful for us anyway ,for others it may not be a problem ,and to be fair the pool solved a lot of that problem. All in all a great vacation and great place to stay ..

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Check-in should have been smoother. First, no one was at lobby desk but after some time waiting, we were finally let inside after someone saw my car. We were there precisely at 4:00 pm at check-in time. And the apt.’is on the Left exiting the elevator. Not the right as instructions say. Most importantly, much stress and concern could have been eliminated had we been informed of the description of the car remote control as it was not what we expected or looked for. I suggest leaving it marked in a manila envelope for your guests with second set keys included there also. Or ZipLock bag but bag Marked!! We could not find the second set of keys either. They were not on counter as told. They had been put inside a vase over on a side table and there were multiple sets of keys there inside. ?We did not think to take lid off vases to look inside as we thought they were supposed to be on counter. Fortunately we were not leaving condo until next morning. Also the AC was not working well in one bedroom. Teresa was very quick to respond to my call and come personally next day and send maintenance. But It would be better if someone would check those things BEFORE a guest arrival. It is very hot right now and to be with ailing AC makes for sleepless night. It was most unfortunate. And it resulted In a very hectic unpleasant first night and negative impression. We did appreciate the prompt response the next morning when we called . Thanks Teresa. It worked fine from then on! The automatic door seems to have issues. Does not work sometimes. And no one hears the bell. Once we were trying to get in when it was raining. It did not work. Got super wet trying to ring bell. No one came. Finally we got in! If door is not working well then someone should be at lobby desk at all times. There are many reasons why one doesn’t want to sit outside in a car hoping for someone to appear to open the door. The condo itself is very well equipped and the location great for convenience for nearby services. The only appliance we were surprised not to find was a microwave. We searched every nook and did not find one . I would suggest adding that as a basic. A magnificent view and balcony is the greatest plus of the condo. And it is very well cleaned. Bucerías is a fantastic beach town with great restaurants and beaches. I recommend Armando’s and Quinta di Francesco. Both superb!!

Our family enjoyed this beautiful condo that was in a great location. Swimming in the pool, walking to town, and relaxing on the deck contributed to an AMAZING vacation.

The location of this property cannot be beat. You are able to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. The unit itself is very much as it appears in the pictures. Can use some updating but overall it was great. The view is incredible. Our stay was in early June so we pretty much had the entire building to ourselves. Overall it was definitely a great find in Bucerias and we will definitely be back.

We came with a group of 16 of our friends. The second time staying at this property. 1st time staying in this unit. Everything was great. Property manager did not communicate with us except text. Was hard to communicate over text with her. We were trying to get a better air mattress. She brought us the same size that was already in the unit! That could have been better. No problems with individual unit! View superb!!!

Cecil and Lisa's condo has everything you need for a perfect stay. A fully equipped kitchen (including filtered water), incredibly comfortable bedrooms, ideal location and a view like no other. They make your getaway easy and relaxing, like a vacation should be. They were easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the closeness to the beach, the infinity pool, the sunsets, the gym, the short walk to the restaurants and the bazaar. We definitely are coming back, with the only variable being the availability of the condo. Would recommend this condo for those looking for a peaceful stay with good eating within a few minutes.

This was our third return to this beautiful condo building and our first to this fourth floor condo. Absolutely stunning views from the balcony of this well equipped and decorated condo! We enjoyed leisurely breakfast and happy hour on the balcony. Explored the little shops and ate seafood to our hearts content from the near by restaurants. Safe area and well cared for pool and beach area. A great time in lovely Bucerias!

Great location. We love the large balconey and the sunsets we can see from it. I am a lap swimmer and loved the pool.

We are a family of 4 with two kids under 3. We had an amazing time at this condo. The pool area was perfect for us, with the pool being heated. Very friendly renters/owners in the complex. We enjoyed the beautiful beach as well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook nice meals. We had more than enough space to hang out for the day and bbq in the evenings. Cecil was quick to respond to any questions we had- check in and check out were quick and easy. The view is breath taking!

Had a couple of glitches when we first arrived, but Teresa, the property manager was just great. Can't say enough about her. Many thanks.

Bucerias is my favorite town in Mexico and this condo is absolutely perfect. Beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The location is great...walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shops and galleries. Right on the beach with a lovely pool too. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Punta Arena, unit 5B and it did not disappoint. Our friends joined us , it was their first trip to Mexico and they loved it. Punta Arena is close to so many great restaurants. The condo manager, Teresa, was extremely responsive. The a/c wasn’t quite working and Teresa had a technician come to the condo within minutes. The condo is perfection with a view to match. Love this place.

We visit Puerto Vallarta often but we've never ventured beyond PV. This trip we decided to be adventurous and stay in Bucerias which is about 30 minutes north of the city. The town is charming with great food and shopping - the condo itself was exceptional. We even rented a car and drove out to Sayulita and San Pancho, both of which are beautiful. The condo complex is gorgeous. The unit itself is beautiful with expansive views, quality furniture, comfortable beds and a great kitchen. We loved watching the kiteboarders in the afternoons. If you like fish tacos, be sure to check out a little hole-in-the-wall joint called El Rincón de Ensenada. It's just a few blocks from the condo. Best tacos and empanadas we've had and at $25 pesos each, an incredible bargain.

The condo was in a quiet neighborhood, the staff were wonderful. Best of all, the property was great!

FYI, 2 pages of rules you should go over and remember before going to the beach or poolside given on check in!! One loves to sit a read rules on destination arrival. Example.. no low music at poolside or moving umbrellas and don’t let others in r out of beach gate 😩�!we were very sternly corrected by fellow resident on the 1st hour their! My front gate code was incorrect, changed since emailed, luckily someone let us in and we were given the correct one! We actually went to the bar /restaurant and rented chairs there so we could relax and not feel judged and corrected for breaking 1 of the many rules the entire time. Positive...The condo was lovely, the cleaning personnel was friendly as well as the night guard and women at the front desk on arrival!Resident next door was also kind. Great location.

This was the first time we've stayed in Bucerias. We are extremely pleased with the condo. It was the perfect size. My favorite thing was being right on the ocean. I fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves. The pool area was clean and had plenty of room for all the guests. It was very quiet and relaxing. We had a small issue with the internet but was quickly resolved. Teresa-the property manager was very attentive and nice. Cecil-the owner was excellent to work with. His response time to my emails was no longer than 30 minutes. I was so impressed by that. The condo is located by all types of restaurants, coffee bars, and OXXO. There's also a gelato stand that we took advantage of in the evening. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely try to book again with you

This condo is awesome and we loved everything about it during our 7 night stay. The floor plan is well designed and the unit is attractively decorated, the kitchen was fully equipped and modern (water filter on sink, full size fridge with ice maker/filtered water, stone counters and quality cabinets), the master bedroom was gorgeous and the living room was super comfy (which is usually not the case in a Mexican rental). The deck space was stunning - we opened the large floor to ceiling sliders off both the master and living room and let the outside in - the proximity to the sea is 2nd to none (no bugs). The building is well located for all you will need with restaurants and amenities 2 minutes in either direction when you step out the gates. The pool was enjoyable, never packed and no loungers saved with towels which was a nice. The guests/owners in the complex as well as the people working there were all friendly. The ocean breeze, sunsets and sunrises were perfect. Thank you Cecil, we will be back!

We loved our visit to Bucerias and our stay at this condo. We had our 2 sons with us this time and had a great time walking through town, using the pool, surfing, walking the beach and relaxing. The condo has everything and you simply can’t beat the view. Perfect spot for coffee in the morning and wine at night! This was our second time here. We will be back!

Beautiful condo with stunning views. The photos online didn’t do it justice. We watch gorgeous sunsets every night from the balcony. Great location in Bucerías close to all restaurants and the market. The whole building, grounds, gym and swimming pool are well kept. We definitely want to plan a return visit.
