We loved the stay, the house is cozy and has all that you may need to enjoy time with friends and family.

There were a few issues. The first problem was the snow removal prior to our arrival and during the stay. There was some miscommunication between the owner and the snowplow person. The family had to dig out/shovel all the way from the parking area to the road which is about 100 feet just to get to the front door. When we tried to open the door it was not unlocked. The whirlpool bath in the master bedroom, when filled and jets turned on, ejected insects and dirt; the water shot towards the ceiling spraying water everywhere. The door to the shower in the master bedroom will not close from the inside. The only way it closed was from someone standing on the outside pushing it up wards and manipulated. The master bedroom bed is maybe 4 inches high and is hard.as.a.rock. Something fell behind the couch and when it was retrieved there was alot of dirt and other items underneath it. The couch was pushed up against the wall heater, with no protection between due to the heater cover being apart from the heater. The snow removal was the biggest issue, as there were little children that couldn't navigate from the car to the house, through the snow. It is our 4th year coming up here as a family. This is the only time of the year we can all get together. The house is so cute and well decorated. Lots of features. I just wish some of the problems could be completed before our next stay. We love coming.

This house is cozy and unique. We had our family stay there after Christmas for a ski trip. The roaring fire at night, the fun house layout, and a pretty kitchen! We will be back! Plenty of room for all! Listing does say there is a hot tub- but there isn’t a hot tub. We confirmed this with property manager in advance but just a heads up as you book in case the listing isn’t updated.

We had a great Thanksgiving gathering with mom, kids/spouses, grandkids. The kitchen is fantastic, the gathering room was great for games. The theater room was comfortable. The house was spacious enough that we were able to have several different activities going on at the same time without interference.

This is our second year thete and plan to come again next year to meet with all the family and do an Aggie football game.

The house was great we did have a problem with the address. We had ordered some groceries to be delivered, but the address we were given sent our groceries to the house next door. Other than that mix-up we were very happy with our stay. We wished we had booked another day.

This was an amazing experience for all involved!!!! We had 25-30 family members gathering for a wedding and we were all able to gather in one place to catch up before and after the ceremony. It was literally a maze inside! At every corner there was another bedroom or bathroom. It was fabulous!!!!! I took advantage of the big bean bags in the theatre room and had my own Queen-sized bed, away from the hustle and bustle from others upstairs. I'm so grateful to the owners for opening up their home to us. If we ever get back that way, I will definitely check to see if this home is available.

Great family reunion location! Stayed for the weekend and had plenty of things to go see and do. House was very large, great for everyone to be able to hang out in and cook together. Would highly recommend this place!

We loved our time at this home. The home was clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, measuring cups, serving bowls, griddles, etc. My grandchildren loved the cutely themed bedrooms with bunk beds. I appreciated the many separate bedrooms with numerous beds. We enjoyed the fire pit outside to roast marshmallows for s’mores. Nice long kitchen table with an extra table and chairs and bar stools around the island. The room off the kitchen had a lot of nice seating for our large family to gather in. There was a total of 20 of us. Perfect home!!

We were so appreciative of the space to house our family coming into town for a wedding. House is large with plenty of rooms, great kitchen and main room. And all levels stayed at a comfortable temperature on a hot day. Really is a great place for a group. Thanks!

We had a lovely stay with our whole extended family. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our large group!

We wouldn’t change a thing about our stay at this beautiful, spacious property. It had plenty of comfortable beds, a large kitchen /dining area with seating for all of our 23 family members. We enjoyed the lovely decor, clean rooms, and spacious, shady yard. It was a perfect, memorable family reunion.

Overall, this was a great place for our family. The house is large with both gathering spaces and enough room to separate. The yard, with it's big lawn, was also fun, and the overall slightly rural setting is both convenient and beautiful. Many in our group commented on how much they liked being where we were. Though check in was fine, we would have liked getting the door code a bit earlier. It came only a couple of hours before the check in time while we were traveling. The other slight glitch was that one of the beds listed as queen size was actually a full size mattress on a queen frame and too small for the couple using it to sleep well. But those were minor things and overall we had great experience and would recommend this property to others.

The home is a great place for family gatherings. Very large front yard for activities. Very positive experience!

Property was great for our needs. Close to Logan, clean and roomy. Very clean actually Lots of sleeping options fitted our group ideally. Would come again. You won't be disappointed if you choose this home.

The house was amazing. We had tons of room for a big family. We had things to do for all of the kids and places to go for the adults. It was close to Walmart and macey’s but still had the out of town feel. Such a cute home. So fun to explore. The only down side was all of the stairs, but the kids had so much fun going up and down them. All in all the house is such a fun house and super cute. Loved it!

The property was spacious and accommodated our group of 11 adults well. It is in a great location for USU events and hiking. The kitchen was spacious and there is a nice backyard area (that we used after cleaning it up). I would echo some previous reviews; the place could use a good cleaning, some repairs need to be made (handles broken on some furniture), burnt out light bulbs need to be changed (4 of 5 out in the master bathroom), some basics were missing like 10 coffee cups for 10 guests, and basic supplies (like body wash in the baths) lastly the front door lock malfunctioned a few times. The owners were not very responsive when sent emails (4 days response time after I made a 2nd attempt). Good location and lots of potential just needs some TLC.

This place was perfect for our crew! So much room! We loved the big kitchen table for playing games, the theater room and the outdoor fire pit!! The location was perfect for us! Highly reccomend!

This was a great home for a large group. We loved the space and had a lot of fun with our group. The only thing I would say could have been better would be that they didn't have soap or shampoo and conditioner provided and we turned on the jets in the tub and black gunk came out. But other than that it was great! The host was very attentive and we enjoyed our stay overall.

Great location and looked exactly how it was advertised. Accomodated our large family and everyone enjoyed the rustic, farmhouse feel.

To celebrate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary, my siblings and I spent the weekend together with them with all of our families. The house had perfect gathering areas for us all. 12 adults and 10 teenagers were able to eat and play games in the kitchen. The main living area had great seating. I loved the other little sitting areas for cousins to hang or play games. I was the one in charge of organizing everything so I was nervous that it wouldn't work but all weekend everyone kept telling me how great the house was. We stayed 2 nights and made some wonderful memories. Melanie was great to work with. She really cared about our comfort and wanted us to enjoy our stay. I also really appreciated how quickly she replied to messages I sent her. It's not luxury, but the house was a ton of character, space and comfort.

Roomier, comfortable, plenty of gathering space, it was perfect for our weekend retreat.

This place was perfect for our big family gathering! Plenty of rooms for every family to have privacy but also big family room/kitchen and dining room area for big family meals, together time and hanging out visiting and playing games. The theater room was under construction during our stay but that was clearly communicated to us, the owner was great about it and offered us a discount and sent us a surprise delivery of Crumbl cookies which was just so thoughtful! We went skiing and to the hot springs and had such a blast. Would definitely recommend to anyone and hope we make it back again soon!

This was our second stay at this property. It provides a unique setup for a larger group with lots of bedrooms and a big open kitchen/dining/family room area. The owner is alwys quick to response to questions or requests. Both of our stays were in the winter, but the size of the fenced yard would make it a great summer base for the Cache Valley activities.

We had issues getting the access code for the property. Apparently they put in a new remote lock and it was having the issues. It seemed to get hung up on the door because it didn’t quite shut all the way so it wouldn’t lock or unlock without holding the door close. This was annoying because when people (kids) would go outside to play in the snow the alarm for the lock would go off nexus it wouldn’t be able to lock. This was a constant issue to the point that we just ended up leaving the door slight open during the day. Other than this issue the home was as advertised. It was nice to have a place that could fit all of use. The property manager was very nice and helpful once we were able to get a hold of her. We would stay here again assuming the door issue was fixed.

Cozy house. They even decorated for Christmas for us. I would recommend.

House was perfect for grandparents, adukt kids, and a dozen grandkids. Everyone had their own space, multiple gathering spaces, very clean, and manager very responsive.

We stayed here for 6 days in October for a family wedding. The kitchen/ dining/ main living area was beautiful, updated and very large- group friendly. The description said 7 bathroom, but we could only find 5. The theatre room was fun to hang out in, but we couldn’t get the projector to work for either a dvd, or on the dish. The location was nice with hikes close by and scenic views of the mountains.

Lots of rooms, lots of parking, beautiful! Beds were super comfortable.
