Loved the outdoor seating that allowed our group of 8 to easily meet up and visit. Friendly staff, nice breakfast and we liked the quiet surroundings.

The staff not very friendly

Location was good, room has some nice views. Clean new looking rooms, loved that the breakfast was included.

The eggs were disgusting in the buffet, I think they were actually plastic

The room was clean. The hotel looked well maintained. The shower and bathroom were clean. I liked that they provided airport style carts to carry our stuff to the room ourselves.

There wasn't any seating area in the large room. They did not put a comfortable chair in the room although there was room for a love seat. The window to tbe balcony was double pain. but not enough to keep out the noise from the cars' horns as the honked as people lock and unlock their cars.

Das Frühstück und das Gym waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Hotel ist in guter Nähe zum Nationalpark.

Die Wände sind teilweise sehr dünn je nachdem wer neben einem schläft kann es sehr laut werden.

Sehr sauber und top modern. Einfaches Check-In und freundliches Personal. Gute Lage mit schönem Poolbereich.

Very clean and we thought it was new and heard it had been open for 4 years. Nice big pool and hot tub. All staff were very friendly.

Wish it was a little closer to Zion.

Breakfast was good - better than the average hotel breakfast: hot eggs, cereals, waffles, fruit, muffins, bagels, bread. Although 11 miles from Springdale, the sunset views during the return drive after dinner were always outstanding.

Everything was flawless! Comfortable, clean, kind staff, good breakfast. We drove twice a day to Zion and it was close enough for us.

A bit expensive for this level, but still worth it

Location was gorgeous, staff were friendly, rooms were nice, everything looked very clean and tidy.

The location of the room was right next to the entrance of the building, so you could hear people coming in and out and some people were very loud. Breakfast was good, but the eggs and sausage tasted a little rubbery. Everything else was wonderful!

Location was great: approx. 20 minute drive to Zion National Park; approx. 2h15 drive to Bryce National Park; approx. 2h40 to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Approx. 10 minute drive to La Verkin and Hurricane with food options there (we definitely recommend the River Rock Roasting Company for dinner, they have great food options (also vegetarian) with very kind staff and a great view). The staff in the hotel was very kind and also very willing to help with planning our visits to e.g. the National Parks and Las Vegas. The hotel appears very new and is in great condition. The hotel, room and swimming pool were very clean (with daily room service), and the room was very large. Breakfast was really great for USA standards (to elaborate on this point: breakfast in the USA in general does not match the standards of European breakfasts (way too sweet and too many calories; no normal croissants; no hard buns)).

Nitpicking: a second chair in the room would have been great to sit down with the two of us. There is enough space for a second chair as the room was very large.
