Very close easy to take the transit to Manhattan. Apartment very clean and has everything you need for a vacation stay.

Every went well, however, if the host can provide service to get taxi will be even better especially those old aged senior without phone and not able to get Uber or anything. Actually it is just a phone call away.

We rented this for a sister's trip to NY. The description of the property was accurate, the apt was extremely clean and easy to access once you figure out the bus schedule from NY. While the apt is only about 3 miles from the city, expect a 20-25 minute ride if it's outside of rush hours and 45 min ride when it's busy. The bus takes you right to Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC, a few blocks from Times Square. You can easily access the subway from the bus terminal and many things are easy to walk to as well. The host was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to messages. Her check-in and check-out process was hassleless. Would recommend this apt as a viable way to save significant money over staying in the city!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen & 1 child) had a nice and easy stay here while visiting NYC for the week. Location made it a a breeze to travel into the city each day. The beds were very comfortable to recoup after long days of walking. Communication was excellent- every question was answered with a timely and informative response. We will definitely visit again!

The apartment was great, as descriped in the listing. The bus stop to Manhattan is across the street (the only downside is that the bus can be super crowded and operates only once an hour in the evening). A great location for trips to explore NYC, good neighborhood with restaurants/grocery stores, definitely recommended!

While it’s super easy to catch the bus across street, it certainly helps to download the TRANSIT app in order to avoid long waiting periods. We learned a little late, but once we paid attention to your note Claudia, we were ok. Thanks for a great stay.

Close to bus stop, easy and convenient to get to Manhattan, lots of information provided by host, found everything we needed.

The place was sparkling clean and very nicely remodeled. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay very much. Only a short drive into NYC!

Small space but met all our needs. The couch bed was very comfortable. Very thankful that there were swamp coolers that worked so well. Appreciated being able to use parking spot.

Apartment is neat and clean though size is small. Also they could provide slightly larger pots/vessels for cooking. Microwave was also small. Location is good and close to NY city. local bus does take you to port authority bus terminal in NY city.

This place was perfect for 2 couples. Plenty of room. Nice beds and furnishings. Bus stop right outside the door. 25 min to Manhattan. Just what we hoped for. Great communication with host.

Really, really clean. Comfy beds. Extravagant amount of pillows. We didn't cook anything (We're on VACATION!), but if you do there are plenty of dishes and utensils, but only salt/pepper as far as spices. Also we could have benefitted from a couple of ice cube trays. A/C units in each room so temp control was easy and individualized. Handy that the bus stop was right across the street to get to NYC.

The property manager was wonderful communicating, answering all of our questions and had very specific instructions on how to get into NYC. Very easy to do. The apartment was clean and as described.

Loved the property! So clean, so new, and perfect for our needs in staying. A bit away from the city if you're wanting to spend most of your time there, so that depends on your wants. Hostess was/is so quick to respond to each inquiry. Thank you!!!

I didn't know it was that small. But, it was clean and good. The bus to NY, NY was awesome!!! (FYI, it doesn't have a dishwasher.)

There are not enough words to describe how happy we were. The attention to detail was above and beyond. The staff was fantastic. The response was also amazing. Could not have picked a better place to stay with my family. We will be back again for sure.

Clean and beautiful interior

This apartment was very clean and easy to get to the city. The bus line runs right out front or Ubers are easy too. There is a grocery store nearby if you don’t want to eat out every meal. Highly recommend!

This ended up being perfect for my daughter and I. We were visiting NYC for her 14th bday and wasn’t sure if we wanted to stay in the city or not. This was so easy to commute by bus and very affordable. As far as the unit itself, very clean and up to date. Although we didn’t use much there, it was equipped with pretty much everything you need. We walked every morning for coffee too and the neighborhood seems safe. We would visit again!!!

She provided picture guides which were very helpful to get to the location. We had 5 adults here. It was perfect for our needs to sleep, shower, and use the bathroom. It is small spaces but supported what we needed in housing pre and post going to the Giants game. Not a complaint, just an observation. We had anticipated the sleeper couch to be a pull out mattress. Rather, it was a couch that coverts into a futon style. Still met our needs just was not what we anticipated. No fault of owner. I would stay here again or in any of Claudia’s locations if we ever travel back to NJ/NY.

The apartment was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. It was just a friend and I so there was plenty room. Might be tight squeeze for 2 couples. Highly recommend.

Our stay in North Bergan went well. We were traveling as a family of five (two adults, and children ages 5, 3, 1) to visit NYC and decided to stay in New Jersey to save some money on the rental. We had to pay more money on transportation this way, but save a lot of money compared to renting a place in Manhattan. We were easily able to take the bus into the city and the bus stop was just across the street from us. The owners had provided some tips on which bus to take which were really helpful, in fact they were more helpful than Google! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. Claudia was quick to respond to any of our questions or requests. She was able to provide a pack n play for our baby which was so helpful. All in all, we had a great time and would consider staying here again if we come back.
