Beautiful home, very comfortable. Everything you need is in less than 1mile radius! A dozen restaurants, shopping and grocery store easily walkable. Walk to the most beautiful beach across the street!

Great location, right across the street from the beach. When you need groceries there's a Winn Dixie within walking distance (about 4 min) walmart is about 15 minutes away. Plenty of places to each nearby and a outlet mall about 2 minutes away if you wanna shop and we did. The house is absolutely beautiful and it had everything we needed for our stay. You will need to bring more toilet paper and paper towels, but that's to be expected. You could really fit more people in here then listed if you had to. But I had just my family which isn't small.

Everything was great, enjoyed our stay

The location is great. Close to many amenities. Short walk to the beach. There was no working ice maker in the house. There were three in the house and none of them worked. It is a bit noisy if you are sleeping in the 3rd floor master(garbage trucks at night, street noise, lawn care early in the morning). If you travel with kids or light sleepers, I would recommend the bottom floor. Many of the homes in the community are under construction, so there is that added noise. Much of the community seems as if it has aged out and is in need of updates. The house could stand some maintenance (several little things broken, aside from the ice makers) and thorough interior(we found some not so pleasant surprises in the bathroom) and exterior cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our trip. I don’t mean to nitpick but the little things go along way and as a property owner or potential renter, they are things I would want to know.

Everything was great!! It definitely could have been a lot cleaner. I had to re wash all my bedding,clean out the fridge it was really bad,the disposal stunk,there were dead bugs everywhere. I just don't think the cleaning staff did much of anything, but the place itself was very spacious,great view close to everything and the pool was amazing.

It was a great location. It was close to pool, short walk to beach. Some places at beach do not allow tents, but we could put a tent up at this access to beach. Also walking distance to grocery.

This house is gorgeous. Great access to the beach and the views from the balconies are perfect for a relaxing night in enjoying food and friends. We loved the cozy subdivision and the grounds around the pool. We will definitely be back it was the perfect week!

Absolutely a beautiful house, wonderful view of the Ocean, lovely gated community, and the pool was fabulous. The walk to the Beach was not far at all. Everything about our stay was Great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at St. Tropez. Upon checking in to the house, we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome note and new boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart. We had inquired about these items after booking, but didn’t expect that they would be made available. Very nice surprise! The house was conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute drive or less to many restaurants, stores, and local area attractions. It was great having a community pool and hot tub to enjoy as well. Would have preferred a heated pool, but the kids didn’t mind it. The house was very spacious, had good views of the gulf from the 3rd floor balcony, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the dishware and cookware needed. This was our first trip to the Emerald Coast and would definitely like to make this an annual family trip. Would highly recommend this house and would certainly stay there again.

Easy to rent. Close to many necessities. Nice property and shared pool. Not the kitchen and living area is on the second floor.

Our group of 8 had an amazing time in this beautiful property! Three stories of a beautifully decorated home with a grand stairwell that was even more beautiful in person. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Neighborhood was exquisite and an easy walk across the street to the beach. 10/10 recommend to other groups and would stay again!

Hi There! Enjoyed our Labor Day 2019, weekend visit! Our adult family of 6 were pleased with the # of rooms, beds & bathrooms. Beautiful views from 2 balconies. Walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes & the community pool was lovely! Our Only call outs: The quality & selection of cookware, flatware & utensils, was impressive! But, there was not one (1), cookie sheet? Also, the master ceiling fan only works on low, w/ slight movement. Couldn’t get a medium setting, Needed the high setting- but, was pretty wobbly w/a constant loud clicking. The master bathroom, pocket doors, need a stopper, rails, something?? My husband & I both smashed our fingers. Overall, everyone agreed it was a stunning property & a nice well kept gated community. We would recommend to friends. We hope to book a stay in the future! Thank you:)

The experience and facility was great but the the check in times were somewhat inconvenient. Opportunities for extentions would have be great.

Real joy took care of everything - we had a power a/c issue they had someone there late that night.
