Amazing!!!

One of, if not the best, home we’ve stayed in. They had EVERYTHING you could possibly need and things you wouldn’t know you did. Fully stocked all around from towels to toilet paper and even paper plates. We were beyond surprised and pleased. The house was well maintained and had all amenities. We will Be booking again with them soon and have even looked at their other properties. Thank you for preparing for our stay.

We celebrated my sons second birthday and Mother’s Day at this home, and it exceeded all of our expectations. We have rented rental homes throughout the world, and this by far has the best accommodations we have experienced. Five stars don’t hesitate and book it now.

Beautiful home, location and city. The house was perfect for me and my family. We were on vacation to disconnect from our busy lives and we could have honestly not left the house once and be completely satisfied, it has everything especially the view. Of the beaches nearby I would recommend Tiger beach. It was beautiful teal water and is not crowded compared to others.

I can’t say enough about this property! First the pictures take your breath away. Then the description makes it sound like absolute paradise. But the cynical side of me - there’s a catch right? Nope, nothing at all. We didn’t need to bring anything! Life jackets, pool toys, baby’s crib and high chair, beach towels, blankets, pillows, board games, fishing poles, table games. I mean it just never ended. Needless to say, this is a definite A +++ property. And we will be back

All was simply perfect. Exactly as you see on the pictures, everything works to perfection, very smooth check-in and check-out. House with all the amenities you can think of (even some you can’t even imagine). Very professional service. We will certainly come back.

We stayed at Aquatopia North for 3 weeks and loved the house. We are a couple and on weekends would have friends/family stay. House was stocked with everything you need aside from your own food. Coffee, spices, TP, PT … it’s all there! We never needed to buy any of it the whole time we were there. Property manager was excellent. if any issues arose they were taken care of immediately. The location is so convenient to beach, Publix, Stuart and Jensen Beach. Didn’t want to leave!!! Would definitely stay here again

Every year my family gathers at one of BHIP’s outstanding properties to escape the NE cold and make new memories. This was our first stay at Aquatopia north and just like the other properties, it was 5 star all the way. As usual, Al and his team were just a text away if we had any questions/problems. Thankfully during our month stay the only issue we had was a clogged kitchen drain. I texted Al at 9am, within minutes his response “I can have a plumber there in 15 minutes if that works for you.” Guy was there before 9:15 and was finished and gone by 9:30. It’s service and quality that keeps us coming back every year. Thanks as always Al and the BHIP staff!

even though our stay was cut short by the hurricane, we enjoyed the 4 nights . An ideal place for a family retreat with everything there. communication was easy and immediate.

Beautiful sunsets! Grandkids loved fishing, swimming in the pool, playing at the small beach and riding bikes on the dead end street. So many provided kid activities! The house is equipped with everything that you can imagine and need! It was clean and great layout. Short distance to multiple beaches, grocery store, boat cruises, restaurants and historic downtown Stuart. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about the amenities at Aquatopia North. It's honestly like renting a house with hotel accommodations. EVERYTHING is included! Toiletries, tons of towels, toys, beach gear, condiments, laundry detergent, kitchen essentials, etc etc etc. Checkout process was a dream! My only recommendation to the host is maybe at least one better hairdryer and maybe mattress covers with padding. Stuart was a great area with lots of restaurants, easy access to beaches, and fun activities (Ocean Center) for kids. We'll be back!

This property is exactly what we want for our company's annual Board of Directors meeting/executive retreat. The home is spacious, well appointed, well located, comfortable, cared for, clean, private, beautiful - we could go on and on about it. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of in advance of our arrival so that all we had to do was focus on our meetings, team-building, and having fun together. A great week in a fantastic location.

This is our second visit to Aquatropia North. Fabulous house, the owners/property managers have thought of everything. If considering a vacation in Stuart FL this vacation rental house is a must. Beautiful accommodations beautiful views, short walk to beach.

This was our second stay with Al and BHIP. This group is outstanding in their attention to detail and hospitality. Every detail has been considered and addressed before you arrive. Check-in/out and host responsiveness is simply the best we've ever had. The experience they provide alone makes it worth the trip. Property and house were also amazing. We will certainly return.

Great communication, fully stocked house. Loved that the indoor living space opened right out to the backyard pool/patio area. Very spacious for relaxing outside. Worked well with bedroom areas being in separate areas if you’re traveling with extended family.

There were 12 of us that stayed at this property ranging from ages 5 - 74. All I can say is WOW. From the moment you walk in the door you can tell that they have accounted for every detail. There was a welcome basket on the table and each room has little treasures in it, which our littles (5 and 8) loved finding. The property is spacious and comfortable and has all of the amenities and water toys you need. The pool is fantastic and all of the outside seating made it easy for all of us to sit and chat and enjoy the scenery, including dolphins in the river. We had a small issue in one of the bathrooms, but I texted Al and someone arrived shortly after to fix it. The property is incredibly close to a ton of beaches. We drove to them because we have some family members with mobility issues, but you could easily walk or ride a bike to many of them. It is also a 10 - 15 minute drive from cute and tasty restaurants. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to host a large group. Thanks for the great family vacation, it was one for the memory books!

An experience you just have to have for yourself!

The property has a fantastic view and came fully stocked. Beautiful views and fantastic outdoor seating. Plenty of space for 10 adults and 3 teens. I would highly recommend Aquatopia North and plan to return.

Our large family (8 adults, 4 children) were very pleased with our entire experience at this property. It came very well stocked with kitchen cooking supplies, pantry, bathroom supplies/towels, fun watersport activities, pool goodies, and we appreciated how clean the entire property was. The place lended itself well to a family of our size looking for a weekend getaway "staycation." Great location too, we were able to go on walks to nearby parks and playgrounds. Loved the private dock access, and where it was located at the end of the street. We would definitely recommend anyone looking to stay here, or any other properties associated with this owner!

This made the entire place comfortable and welcoming at arrival. The folks that manage this property made the stay awesome - from the gift baskets, the toiletries and so many other thoughtful touches that I can't write them all here.The property has everything that you could ask for. The water toys were great and plentiful. The separate seating areas on the exterior of the house were super. Plenty of space to have time together as well as separate areas for private conversations. The sunsets at this home are to die for. Make sure you have your camera ready because every night is a light show!Everything that you need for your stay is right there so you can travel very light. The kitchen has everything you need. There was enough coffee provided for our entire family for the whole time we were there. The pots and pans are in great shape and everything you need to cook a full meal is there - right down to a full spice rack that was full and had refills in the cabinet. Some issues did arise during our stay but the management was right on top of it. Same day responses and they coordinated the timing so it wouldn't interfere with our plans.Book this place with confidence. Your group/family will not be disappointed!! They would have gotten six stars if that option was available.

There was so much to do we barely left the house! We saw dolphins, manatees, and even a sea otter!! We will definitely be back!

This was my first experience staying at a property managed by Al and the team at BHIP, and it will definitely not be my last. We had an exceptional experience. This trip had all the benefits of staying at a resort hotel (amenities galore, outstanding service, seamless processes) with all the benefits of renting an awesome house on the water. The beach was a short walk away, and all our needs were provided for (boogie boards, fishing poles, beach chairs, towels). The house had everything we needed and was spotless upon arrival. Beds were comfortable, technology worked perfectly, pool was awesome, hot tube was great, fire table was excellent, grill was outstanding, the dock was perfect - we rented a boat and kept it there. It is really nearly impossible to come up with anything whatsoever we disliked about our experience. I suppose the only downside to me writing this review is that it will prevent this place from staying a secret and will make it harder to book next time! I thoroughly applaud Al and the team for making our vacation everything we hoped it would be.

Our family of 6 (4 adult children) stayed at Aqua Topia North for one week and were extremely pleased with the property. The check-in process and communication with management (Al Roberts, Beach Houses in Paradise) went very smoothly. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very nice welcome basket and, like other reviews, we were impressed with how well the house is stocked - we especially appreciated the coffee and spices for cooking. First and foremost - the property was very clean - thank you! The house does not pack a ton of square feet but the space it has is well planned to handle a group of our size. We enjoyed the great room, games, pool, Direct TVs (including one poolside), kayaks, paddle boards, fishing equipment, beach toys and fitness equipment in the garage. Due to COVID we ate all of our meals at the property and the kitchen/great room worked very well for family style meal prep and dining. Location is fantastic - on the very large river/inlet with incredible sunset views and a 5 minute, easy walk to a public beach access with amazing sunrises ... can't beat that. Easy drive to grocery store ... discovered late that Fresh Market a 7 minute drive is much better than the Publix that is a 3 minute drive from the house. All-in-all a 5 star stay and we have no reservations in recommending Aqua Topia North to another family our size. We would also rent again from Al and his team at Beach Houses in Paradise - you can appreciate that this is a well managed outfit. Thanks again for a great week.

Our family and adult children and their boyfriends stayed at the house. Upon arrival, we were greeted with music playing, lights and fans on, all ready for the ultimate beach house vacation. The location on the intercoastal is perfect, sunsets in full view, and the ocean is a short walk or bike ride, providing the best of both worlds. EVERYTHING is provided and too numerous to list, such as fishing rods and tackle, pool toys, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel equipment, fully equipped kitchen, even spare batteries if you need them. The weather was a bit cool when we were there, so we took full advantage of the fire pits and heated pool and hot tub. Boating on the intercoastal and the inlet were superb. We found our own tiny private island and sand bars, fished and cruised. The house is so welcoming and the deck area perfect for fun. Hated to leave. Hope we can return some time!

This house and property were absolutely amazing! The views from every window out to the water are breathtaking. All the water toys were so great for the kids! The pool, hot tub, fire pits and tons of outdoor furniture were wonderful to have with our large group. The house was clean & beautiful and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The decor is gorgeous as well. Communication with the property manager is superb! We will be rebooking this same house! Thank you for a wonderful, memorable vacation!
