We had a great time. We were not happy about the dirty sheets and pillows.or the dirty dishes in the cabinets and knives in the block. But management took care of it the next day. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping

We loved our stay! Everything was exactly as advertised. We loved the proximity to the beach and the spectacular view! The furniture could use an upgrade, particularly the chairs and couch, but all were functional. Thanks! We will be back!

The condo was very clean and description on website was accurate. The location and condition of condo was exceptional and enjoyed our stay. Hope to return next year to the same unit. Treasure Island is a great place to vacation!

Tv tough to figure out

As always, we enjoyed our stay at Sunset Vistas… The condo was very clean and we enjoyed the extras they supplied… the beach towels, chairs and sand buckets! The view of the beach is my favorite!!

It was just as described. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend it.

Everything was amazing. Café and tiki bar personnel were over the top. Condo was beautiful. Two things I would recommend - The air conditioning vent in tub shower combo had black mold. Also, More hooks in bathrooms for wet towels and wet swimsuits. My friends and I will definitely come back!!!

Clean, cozy condo with a lot of amenities. The two pools were great for a family of different ages. The kitchen was large & updated and having washer & dryer helped so much. Was a wonderful stay and the owner(s) were helpful and easy to work with!

We stayed in the same complex last year, but only for a day on our way to Disney (had a few sightseeing days before we could check in). We liked it so much that we returned. Awesome location, clean room with all the necessities.

The condo was just what we needed. Very comfortable and great views! HIghly reccomend the Norh side of the building. Plenty of room, well stocked, loved having the beach chairs!!! Definitely would rent again. Great location and beach!

The unit needs some TLC. It needs some deep cleaning, furniture needs cleaned/replaced. And the TV’s were a constant issue. Blinds in kitchen were broken and were told they would repair them, but it didn’t happen in the 5 weeks we were there. Location is great and view from the living room/bedroom was amazing. Property is great with great little restaurant and pool bar.

For the rate per night to stay at this condo, I definitely expected the place to be clean. It does not look like it’s gotten a good cleaning in years. Stains on the shower curtains, missing hanger on the shower curtain, stains on the bedroom curtains, tons of dirt, dust, and grime on the floors and walls, scuff marks all over the walls and doors, broken blind by the front door. There’s no way the closet has been vacuumed in a long time. Drawer falling apart on the dresser. Unbelievable. The only update that may have recently been done is a “newer” washer and dryer. Unfortunately the dryer takes multiple cycles to even dry a very small and light load of clothing. The beds were so uncomfortable and the pull out couch mattress was so thin you could feel the bars underneath it. We loved the beach, the view from the balcony, and the walking distance to places around. Though, unfortunately, due to the very poor cleanliness of the condo, I would not return. This was quite a let down. Pros were good location, great view, good communication to the condo owner/management via email when needed, easy check-in, and was able to check in four hours early.

Condo was overpriced due to being in poor condition. Looked like no updates have been done for years but they charge a premium price. Old, dingy, and falling apart. Very disappointed. Definitely didn't get our moneys worth. We felt cheated.

Wonderful unit. Great views while sitting on the balcony. Few little hiccups, but management took care of 2 pretty quickly. The only real problem we had was the washer did not work at all.

I would like to start by saying the condo and property were overall nice. It was a short walk to the beach and on a few days we even decided to hang out at the pool which was always packed (one issue with this was people would walk down and put beach towels on chairs to reserve them at 8 a.m. even though they weren’t going to be there until noon, so good luck getting a lounge chair). The condo did have three beach chairs, an umbrella and a few toys for the kids to play with at the beach, which was nice. The condo was decently furnished and had the basic necessities for cooking meals in the kitchen which we like to do about half of the time on vacations. We would have liked to have had some Tupperware to store left overs in, sharp knives and even a set of scissors… We did have some issues though while we were staying at this property… First off I would like to preface that we contacted the property managers and asked if everything was in order after the hurricane and we were still ok to stay at the property. We received a reply that everything was in order and our stay was on schedule as planned. The day we arrived we received a text from the property managers that the owners we going to be receiving a delivery and we did not need to be there. We didn’t like other people being in the condo with all our possessions without us being there but it wasn’t enough to complain. When we got back to the condo, a new set of washer/dryer were installed. Great news right? Well we already had clothes in the washer so we were uncomfortable with strangers handling our underwear and sorts when a little simple communication would have allowed us to remove our own clothes for them to install the set. The biggest issue was the washer and dryer were not actually hooked up. The property manager said they needed to rewire or add an outlet and an electrician would come and wire the new washer/dryer in the next day or two. So we were going to have another random person in our condo…. GREAT. To top it off we were given a laundry mat’s address a mile and a half away as our alternative. One reason we stay in a condo as to a hotel is so we have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer to do laundry while we are on vacation so we don’t have to pack as much since the airlines are getting ridiculous with their lack of weight on checked items. Day 2,3,4,5 and 6 all passed and we never had a functioning washer and dryer and nothing excuses and no results.

Amazing condo with an excellent location! Beach is beautiful, we had great weather and are already planning our trip back!

Wife and I enjoyed a few night stay, unit is as advertised, a few maintenance needs however have sent those directly to management company.

Condo was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. The view was beautiful! The online pictures of the condo were exact and this is the nicest place we have stayed at in our years of visiting FL.

Super helpful, friendly staff, answered all questions promptly. Love the space in the condo, clean and comfy. Easy access to the beach, the best part!

Very nuce

We enjoyed it, except we lost out on the last night's rent bc my kids all got sick and so had to leave a day early to come home. That was basically 400.00 we lost.

This was our first girls trip! We had a great time together! Beach and ocean are amazing. Great views from the balcony. Close to many restaurants.

Property was neat, clean, and comfortable for a relaxing week. Pool on property was very well kept and beach was only steps away. Covered parking for this rental was only a few steps away from the elevators. Would definitely stay here again if vacationing in the area.

The unit had everything we needed. There were even additional items that have been left by previous guests that helped make our stay super comfortable. The management company who we dealt with was awesome! The property is super family friendly and we really enjoyed that.

I usually book a major chain hotel that is very close to this property. This was a friends trip so we wanted access to a beach bar that the other hotel does not have. The beach bar had very limited hours which was a big disappointment. There were only 3 tiny beach towels in the unit so we had to buy more. This unit and all of Sunset Vistas definitely needs some updates. The beach and location is perfect but I wouldn’t stay here again.

We loved our stay in Sunset Vistas Treasure Island!!! The apartment was super very comfortable and well kept and the sunset views amazing! Cleaning crew and management very responsible and honest staff. I left my passport behind and in less than 12 hrs they contacted me and made arrangements to send it to me. Ah! and this is the right place we’re you can enjoy the beach and have a good night sleep because it got really quite around 9:00pm . We all loved it!

Gorgeous views of the Bay! We loved the pools, beaches, cafe. The kitchen is well equipped, as well as beach towels and toys for the children.

This condo had everything we needed! Thank you!
