The Miramar condo was quiet and public areas was always clean. If we had any problems, they were corrected immediately. There was always a parking space available. The air-conditioning in the unit was excellent. We found snorkeling from Miramar towards the north for 0.4 mile track was better then the southern area of Cozumel. Grocery stores were easy to find.

Traveled with our two sons (26 & 28 yo). Beautiful view of a beautiful island from the balconies. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Wonderful cleaning crew. Comfortable beds. Great pool area and snorkeling right in front. Linens and towels aplenty. Attentive staff for water replenishment and other minor needs. Limited WiFi signal on second floor though. All around great stay!

We always Love Miramar Condos. Been there many times. Small complex but right on the water with great views and pool area for sunset's. The staff are great and very accommodating. Will always go back.

Very nice unit! We’ve stayed at several Miramar units and think this is our favorite. Great view, very clean unit. Somehow we booked 1 day shy of our intended stay and Matias was very accommodating and was adding the extra day was seamless. We will be back!

The property managers are great and they bend over backwards to make your stay most comfortable!

I have stayed in there many times and always love the complex. I have been in the Unit before enjoyed my stay every time. Great views, great service and great condo. Bed super comfy and AC awesome and can watch NFL in spanish bonus!!

Had a great stay however it is not safe for children. Since it rained every day for a week, the tile on the balconies, stairs to unit, pool area, we’re extremely slippery. The pool has no barrier to protect children from falling into the coral below. Although the water is super clear, the current is swift and you need to be a very good swimmer to enjoy the ocean

Other than a small mix up on the cleaning situation, the stay was perfect. Little things happen and was resolved quickly. The place is excellent

This was an absolutely fabulous location. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a bit older and the sea life takes a toll, but the condo and furnishing were great. The pool and access to the sea is wonderful. It is a small distance from town. We chose a Jeep rental so not sure how easy to get taxis from the rental, but driving Cozumel is so easy. It had all the usual amenities- wash/dry, full kitchen, iron, blow dryer, linens, paper products, even a purified water dispenser. Don't bother packing or purchasing anything before you arrive. Just bring swim and snorkel gear. The snorkeling from the stairs under the diving board is amazing, but there is a strong current. The military (naval) was training by swimming against the current toward town. So cool. Use HTL for Jeep. Use Maple Leaf for snorkel and diving. Be sure to eat at Casa Mission. Banorte gives better ATM rates than Scotia.

What a beautiful place to stay - wake up to the Caribbean Sea and watch the sunset in the evenings. The snorkeling is also quite nice - there were a lot of sea urchins living right along the shore and we also spotted quite a few yellow rays. Just be wary of the current - swimming against that can be a workout. The condo had everything we needed and it was an easy walk to Puerto Abrigo, which is where our dive boat departed in the mornings. It was also easy to grab a taxi to get downtown. Matias was very easy to reach by email and was very responsive to our needs. He even helped us schedule our COVID testing before returning to the states and the price was cheaper than places downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Love the Miramar Complex. It's clean, quiet and great area. I've stayed there a few times and my 1st time on top floor. Unit was awesome and super comfy with great Sunset Views. Thanks for great trip!

The complex and facilities are awesome.I would give it a 5 star. The unit itself is very tired, and is in need of updating.I would give it a 3.5 star. When we arrived it was so dirty and smelled like a teenage boys bedroom. We were very close to leaving. But the fantastic view swayed us. So the 4 of us after travelling all day pitched in and cleaned the whole place top to bottom and washed all the dirty floor carpets. After that a world of difference. Ok, vacation restarted. Swimsuits on and a cooler of drinks and down to the pool. This is such a great area. The pool temp is great. Jumping off the diving board into the ocean is so cool. Snorkelling out in front of the property was fun. There is a pretty good left to right current out there though. Swimming left is a good workout going against the current, coming back to the condo you pretty much drift all the way back. The condo is about 10 minutes from the airport. The walk from here into Centro is about 30 minutes. We shopped at Mega. One tip. Bring your own grocery bags. They have none, not even any you can purchase.The kitchen in the unit was usable. We made breakfast here every morning and most lunches.There is no shade provided on the balconys.The side balcony is in the shade but there is no furniture to sit out. This would have been nice for lunchtime and later in the day when you are sunned out. Dinners we had out, but if you wanted to do a pasta dinner there was enough utensils to do so. The bbq down by the pool we were unsure of, but some people came in later in the week and bought charcoal and stuff to do on it and it worked mint. I wished we had done that. The property manager Matt was easy to get a hold of. We asked him for some money back because of the state of the unit and how much cleaning we did. He said no. Oh well. One annoying thing is Matt manages a few units at the condo. In the evening he would let his Mexican friends and workers use a lower level unit to come to the pool and hangout. One day all the cleaning ladies used the unit to hangout by the pool. We went through a few other units that Matt managed and they were really dirty as well. Probably because the cleaning ladies are having a pool party. We would definitely stay at this condo again, but nothing managed by Matt.

I have for more than 8 years visited Cozumel and stayed at multiple condos on the North shore of the Island (so I know the Island well).Miramar 404 and the stunning sea in front of this condo is spectacular!! The condo had everything that you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Matías at Cozumel Seaside Retreats and his staff were excellent. Enjoyed jumping into the sea and swimming in the pool. Building was well maintained. LOVED IT AND WILL SURELY RETURN AGAIN!!!!

We had a wonderful trip to Cozumel. The condo was exactly a advertised. The property was lovely and the grounds are impeccably maintained. Matt and his team were terrific and very responsive. We highly recommend this condo!!!

My husband and I wanted to get away and relax and that is exactly what we did here at Miramar! We relaxed everyday by the pool soaking up the sun and beautiful weather. We did some snorkeling right in front of the condos and even did the jump a few times off the diving platform! We loved watching the boats and ships come and go everyday as well. We decided to do a thriller jet boat ride one day and it was a blast! The condo complex itself is small and quiet. Much better than a noisy all inclusive resort. All the neighbors were very friendly to us. We enjoyed spending time out on the balcony at night having a few cocktails and watching the cruise ships leave. The condo had amazing views and had everything we needed. We just brought our own shampoo and conditioner. The staff was amazing here as well. We emailed a grocery list and everything was waiting for us when we arrived. We asked for a bag of ice and Jose delivered it to us the next day. The only thing that could use improvement is the pillows. Everyone has their own preference of pillows but we thought they were a bit hard and flat for us. Luckily there were plenty to choose from so we were able to make it work for the week. When we come back to Cozumel in the future we will definitely be staying at Miramar again!

Me, my Brother-in- law and nephew spent 5 lovely days at Miramar 401. When we arrived we were informed by Matt that there was a problem with the ac in 404 which was the unit we had reserved. Without missing a beat we were given the choice to visit and stay in 401. We liked it , and moved right in. This is just 1 example of a view times when something went wrong or we had a question, Matt was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond. The views from the condo are fabulous and the pool is spectacular. The unit is very clean and the every-other- day maid service does a great job. Having a washer and dryer allows for a much lighter load which is nice, especially when you are doing the bag drag from Cancun!! Thank you Matt for all your help! We will definitely rent with you in the future!!

This is the 2nd time we’ve been blessed to come to Cozumel as well stay at Miramar condos. We absolutely love it on the island and how private the common area is at the condo. The snorkeling is amazing right in front of the condos. We found a couple of little treasures for eating....Diego’s taco is outta this world!!!! Some of the BEST street tacos we’ve ever had! Also Guidos restaurant on the main strip is incredible! The food was excellent and the atmosphere and setting is super rad! Also want an incredible desert....go to the key lime pie factory! It’s absolutely dynamite! If you’re planning an adventure tour we highly recommend Absolute Adventure! The prices are extremely reasonable, and you get a personal tour guide without the crowd! The guys (Juan, Hector, Carlos) gave us an incredible tour in Cenotes that was truly unbelievable! We can promise you that if you check out any of these references that we are recommending.....you will NOT be disappointed ! We love it here and so grateful to have the opportunity that we did on this beautiful little island with great locals!

We are very happy with our accommodations. A great location - an oceanfront property with balconies on both levels with breathtaking views. A nice swimming pool that was almost empty even during the busiest times. Matias stopped to greet us and provided helpful information about the area shortly after our arrival. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommending tours and connecting us with the providers. Last but not least, we were allowed a very late check out.

The Condo was clean, great location and the view was spectacular

My husband and I stayed in Miramar 404 for two weeks, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is thoughtfully appointed with a well-stocked kitchen, including oil, salt, pepper as well as herbs such as oregano and basil; access to fresh linens--we always had at least five beach towels and six bath towels at all times; ready availability of a washer/dryer as well as laundry detergent; and a host of little things that one might have forgotten at home such as sunscreen, board games, a collection of DVDs for the DVD player, and extra bars of soap. The sliding glass doors also have screens, which is a rarity in Mexico! The unit has its own modem, so the wireless signal is strong and works well. We chose Miramar because its north end location is ideal for snorkeling. Other than the two days we took part in snorkeling expeditions, we snorkeled every day in front of the condo and saw a variety of fish: sergeant majors, blue damselfish, moray eel, spotted eel, french angel fish, puffer fish, and porcupine fish among others. The coral is also quite healthy along the iron shore; to get the most out of your experience, though, we recommend that you snorkel in the afternoon when the sun's rays hit the iron shore wall directly. The water current runs from south to north, so on the days we had more energy, we would swim against the current for as long as we could and then let the current drift us back to Miramar. We saw something just south of the Tequila Beach Club that we had never seen before--a school of around 40-50 needle fish that would encircle us. It was a bit creepy at first, but we knew they were more likely scared of us than us of them. We also saw some pretty good-sized barracuda. Miramar's location is also ideal for a taxi ride into town. Most of all, what makes Miramar special is the love and care of Matias, Isabella, and their staff. Matias promptly answered every email I sent, and he even let us borrow snorkeling fins, which greatly lessened our luggage load. Jose checked in with us to make sure we were getting along okay, and the cleaning ladies were friendly and very good at what they do. For all of the reasons above, we highly recommend Miramar for a tranquil, relaxing, rejuvenating vacation in Cozumel! We look forward to returning sometime soon!

The condo is pretty much exactly how it is described. I stayed here with my parents and we were not disappointed. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable and the view of the ocean is amazing. It is located just north of the ferry about a 5 minute cab ride or a 20 minute walk. It was a perfect location for us.The property management team is very friendly and professional and promptly took care of all our concerns. I highly recommend signing up for the food service. The food is delicious and lovely chefs take very good care of you. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent service for reservations and checking in, super clean. The best snorkeling right off the dive platform into the ocean. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast on the balconies was awesome every morning watching the cruise ships come in for a peice of Cozumel Heaven. The location was far enough from town (about 2 miles) to keep it quiet, but still close enough to walk.

We stayed at Miramar condo #404 the first week of April. It was everything the reviews said it was. The condo was clean and well maintened with amazing views. The staff was very friendly and attentive, We plan on visiting Cozumel soon and Miramar will be on the top of our list.

Loved staying here!! The staff and property manager took care of any problems we had immediately. Followed up everyday to make sure all was well! The pool was beautiful and the access to the sea was perfect! Nearby Hotel B is nice to hang and have drinks, Wifi is included with the rest of the ammenities. The aTX activity is def. not worth the money, The description says that it will take you through ruins but we def. did no see any, it's basically paying to ride around a dirt road on an atv vehicle for close to 1.5 hours... and if you go to the dolphin resort be aware that the taxi will cost $15-20 us dollars.

The condo is clean and reflects the pictures seen before . A/C are all functioning nicely, beds are comfy,purified water is provided , kitchen is plenty of everything to cook your meals , there is a mixer so you can imagine and realized your own drinks and fruity smoothies! Hot water works perfect. Free Wi-Fi . employees working and maintaining everything clean are smiley, very quiet and really sympathetic to talk with. we strongly recommend this place!

Highly recommended for travellers that wish to be away from the busy, party scene, However, its only a quick distance to get to that environment if you so desire. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. I've been to Mexico many times and my stay at the Miramar Condos was one of my favorite stays . I felt safe and secure and would recommend for singles or families alike.

Spent an incredible week in a luxurious condo in Cozumel. I have stayed in many, many condos on the island and I have never seen a condo that is equiped with more features.. Granite countertops, brand new top of the line appliances, great rooms with extremely comfortable king mattresses. The art work throughout the condo is beautiful and the decorating is professional in every way. Each room has its own amazing bathroom and the views from the balcony are breathtaking, especially during the sunset. The sea is just a stones throw away and the snorkeling out front is awesome. San Miguel is a nice walk to have dinner. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you, Cozumel Seaside Retreats for sharing this amazing place.
