Good location! Away from the touristy crowd ,clean pool ,huge comfy bed! Local restaurants and supermarket nearby. Friendly and helpful host . Will be back !

The property was clean when we first arrived. The maintenance man was very kind and helpful There was a fridge we could stock with water

We were told the place would be cleaned every 3 days but it was never cleaned during our 6 night stay. The soap dispenser ran out and was not replenished either. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There was only one thin sheet on the bed. This place is bare bones. There is no kettle or coffee maker, nor is there a close coffee place. It might be fine for a one or two night stay but anything more than that is quite uncomfortable.

no hot water , toilets not flushing then the staff tossed our bags in the apartment , breaking 1 bottle of alcool in the luggage not impressed ! amenities not matching the price charged …. way too expensive shouldn’t be on booking.com

the location is rather quiet and conveniently close to a few restaurants, small shops, and the Chedraui supermarket. it's great to be able to rent bikes right at the hotel. the staff are friendly and helpful.

I can't complain much! it would be nice to have two chairs at the table in the room and a small lamp instead of the ceiling light.

Sometimes water pressure was low.

Huge Bed was the main silver linning, hard to get to if you don't have a car, even harder to get from there back into town... or anywhere for that matter.

NO WIFI in our room, we had to sit beside the pool. We were only given one towel, and no floor towel either, despite the tiles in the bathroom getting very dangerous... we were subsequently accused of stealing the one towel we were given, highlighting how clue an operation it is.

basic unit, clean and comfortable pool was great to cool off in - stayed 2 nights, and did the job for my time on the island - Chedraui a short walk away -

Waited 2.5 hours for check in. This problem was compounded by the fact my mobile had stopped working. When explaining this I was told I could check out before I checked in! Facilities - a fridge. No tea or coffee making facility. There is no cafe or restuarant nearby. Swimming pool. Numerous broken tiles. Needs painting. General appearance would suggest lack of maintenance and looks unclean. The sink unit isn't connected to wall and little space for toiletries. Only hot water available from bathroom sink. My 3 night stay cost just under $50 per night. This accomodation offers little or no value for money. I can not recommend this accomodation

the location being in the local area instead of downtown part of the island.

no room cleaning at all during the stay and even getting extra towel was extra charge. any additional thing you wanted steamed like with extra cost and description said fridge was included but was not there and the guy told us we need to ask for it if we wanted but took almost 1 day to get it installed.

cheap, location is okay, taxi to center is not expensive (<=100mxn). if you need cheap stay to sleep, this is the place.

Very clean and comfortable. Felt safe and secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good AC and a quite fan. I liked the tiled floor and big bed. Plenty of space. Shower was good but did take while for hot water. It works but I takes a few minutes.

Wifi didn't reach my room to well (top floor, far to one side) fallowing remarks weren't subtracted but would put the room over the top if added. A bed side lamp( light switch is by the door) a fridge ( wasn't missing but would be a nice add) and a Wifi booster so I could use Wifi in my room.

I had a great time at Casa Ka'an! Salvador was a great host, he welcomed me and gave me a few tips about Isla Mujeres. The room was perfectly clean, AC and wifi were working very well. The location is convenient, at the middle of the island so you can easily walk towards the North and South beaches (within 40min).

No hot water. A bit noisy as it is close to the road and there are a few roosters in the neighbourhood :)

the location was more local with a great bodega style breakfast/lunch down the road. exceptionally clean and with great hosts. We were grateful to have stayed, so much so we extended a few days.

Location: near public bus (20MXN) cleanliness and staff.
