We loved the location. The hotel is a little outside the city and has an amazing view of the city from the hill on which it is located. It was very quiet and peaceful. It was an easy taxi ride to get to and from the center of the city. The staff is very friendly and helped us by calling taxis as well as storing our luggage after checkout on our last day. The breakfast was very good. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was also very good. We returned for drinks and appetizers another night and they were good as well. We appreciated the flannel sheets and space heater in the room. We also enjoyed the common area outside our room. We also liked the water cooler in the common area since we are very careful about local water. The wi-fi was very good. We would definitely stay here again if we return.

Oh, please, there is nothing not to like about paradise. OK, the road going up is a little rough during the rainy season, and the taxis have a hard time getting up the hill. But the walk down is spectactular;. There is no prettier valley in the world than Saraguro.

Great views from the room and restaurant terrace, good food, nice and helping stuff, nice room, lovely decorations! The stuff was super nice and borrowed me an umbrella, because when I arrived it was raining whole day. The place is charming and the views are stunning, the breakfast was lovely too. Saraguro is often a cold place, but the room had blankets and a heater. Great place! Will definitely visit again!

It was a bit far from center, but with a great view! Definitely worth walking.
