The location was excellent, right in the centre of the old town. The owner and staff couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was amazing, freshly prepared each morning from local produce.

Unfortunately this was a very average stay. Apart from the staff being kind and helpful there were a lot of issues. - it is very noisy ( it is in the main area) but there is no sound proofing. We were a family with two kids and kids found it hard to sleep and I had little - shower was way too small and I am a very average size person - tiny bathroom - no wi fi - tv did not work - breakfast was mainly sweets. I asked for eggs being gf but there were not many healthy options For the price of the accommodation it was disappointing and to be honest I couldn’t wait to leave.

Excellent breakfast with fresh local produce, the place is in the heart of Polignano so greatly located. The hospitality and warmth of the hosts of the hotel was really exceptional

Amazing location in centre of town and absolutely loved the owners/staff who made our stay feel very special. The breakfast was incredible. The rooftop was also a lovely recluse from the crowds below.

Our room was a little too small for two people with luggage, but still great rooms and very comfortable.

The hospitality at Quintessenza is second to none. They treat you like you’re part of the family which was so special. The breakfast spread and the love and care that goes into the food is incredible. I couldn’t recommend them more highly, if we ever come back to Puglia, I’d stay again.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in Puglia and stayed at multiple B&Bs/hotels. Quintessenza Luxury Domus was the best of the them all. We were greeted by the owner, Carola, at the main road, outside of the center of town where the hotel is located. She was so nice and helped us carry our bags to her property. The location is right in heart of town where all the life happens. The views are super cool and allowed us to really soak in Polignano a Mare. We stayed in the room with a bath tub which was the icing on the cake. Most importantly, Quintessenza has the most comfortable beds in all of Puglia hands down! Carola gave us a ton of local recommendations and even made reservations for us at some delicious restaurants like Jamante. Her father Nuncio, was also so welcoming. He hosted us during breakfast and truly made us feel like guests in their own home. The breakfast is to die for as well. They meticulously source all their offerings from local producers so their guests can get a taste of the real Polignano a Mare. I cannot wait to come back!

Beautifully designed - artwork and the room decorated with precision. Perfect location. Even breakfast was presented with perfect details. Stunning property. Carola and her father make you feel like you are in their home as a personal guest.

Every morning, the breakfast was a great experience thanks to the quality and quantity of the food, not to mention the endlessly kind and helpful hosts. And let's not forget that my wife's food intolerance was also taken into account, and she received very delicious meals every day. The location of the accommodation is simply perfect, with all the spectacular and exciting sights within walking distance even with children.

Carola and Nuncio were excellent hosts. Very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing - lots of delicious home made goodies. Good location in centre of old town.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. The breakfasts were incredible, and the team delivering it were so warm and welcoming!

The hot tub needed a bit of a clean. The hotel is in a really central location, so it was a little noisy Friday/Saturday night which is to be expected, so didn’t bother us!

The service was amazing. They came to pick us up at the parking lot. Optional private parking nearby. They recommended excellent restaurants and activities. Very cozy, warm atmosphere. Amazing breakfast. Attention to details.

In the old city (centro storico) close to several trattorias and view points

A lovely place in the historic center of Polignano a Mare. The rooms were well appointed and the host was a charming individual who personally spent time with each visitor at breakfast, answering questions and ensuring that we had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb and changed daily.

The historic center can be a bit noisy which is not unexpected in such a location.

This property is a gem. Everything was just perfect. The staff are all so welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast had all home made foods and absolutely delicious. they also have a beautiful terrace with a hot tub. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. We just completed a fabulous stay at Quintessenza Luxury Domus in Polignano a Mare. This little gem of a hotel is tucked down a cobblestone street right off of one of the main piazzas so it has easy access to everything. It has light and airy decor, and the owners are really wonderful and welcoming. It felt like we were visiting family! Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the windows shut tightly so there’s no external noise at night. One of the best things about it was the amazing breakfast spread that is set out every morning. Freshly made savory items and baked goods are different each morning, and they even home make their mozzarella and their own jams and marmalade. It is an amazing find and we highly recommend it!

Quintessenza Luxury Domus is such a special place. Everywhere in the hotel was absolutely spotless, its a family run business and all of the staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet. They go above and beyond for their guests and make you feel like part of the family. They arranged our transfers to and from the airport and let us leave our luggage there after check out so we could spend our last day exploring without taking it with us. We stayed in the room with the balcony which was so gorgeous and the air con was brilliant. There was 6 of us that stayed here and we very much enjoyed relaxing on the roof terrace. Polignano a mare is an amazing place to visit and so lovely to just wonder around and soak it all in. The breakfast at the hotel is incredible - cheese, pastries, breads, cakes - the service at breakfast is also exceptional with nothing ever too much trouble. If you are visiting this gorgeous city you will not be disappointed by staying here, its right in the centre of the old town but the beach is only a 5 in walk away.
