Location was brilliant - right in the centre but down a quiet street. The roof terrace was superb. Facilities were good. We really enjoyed our stay.
ITs on four floors - fine for us but might not be suitable for everyone.

It was in the middle of the town, near to everything. Every room have air condition.
The view from the top of the building was wonderful!
On the top it should have a parasol, because it is a little warm.

the location was really good as it was in the centre and you could get to the shops and restaurants in a few minutes walk.
i also like that it has AC in every room which is very good for the summer.
The host was helpful and responsive.
there were a lot of stairs (4 flights of stairs) which i don’t remember to have been made aware of prior to booking. this was especially difficult for my mom who has health problems and struggles to walk, let alone climb the stairs. Also, from what we saw in the photos, we expected the place to have 2 separate rooms, which is the reason why we booked it: this is not the case, as everything is open space and you could hear everything from one room to another. Perhaps it is a good idea to add a door between the “floors” :)

Perfect location, few minutes to any sight of beautiful Polignano.
Electricity went off one night, but it was fixed the other day.
Beware that the floor is very cold (we were in March), so socks will help.

Everything! The location was perfect, so close to the main area. The accommodation was lovely, especially the rooftop which is perfect for viewing the sunset.

Right in the center of Polignano a Mare, great view from the terrace and very spacious. Highly recommended.
The kitchen could be a little better equipped, e.g. milk frother, olive oil, toaster.

We loved our stay here! For the area and in comparison to the size homes in that spot it fit all expectations. The rooftop terrace was the highlight of the property and our visit to Polignano a Mare. The beds were very comfortable, and there were a lot of cute touches. We loved the location, even when we got a little turned around, the neighbors were very kind and helped us find our way back.
The door to the shower was a bit tight of a fit, and the kitchen table sat only 3 people - but that was perfect for our group. Our favorite meal inside was on the rooftop anyway.
