La douche est visible depuis l’espace chambre. La cloison est transparente. Pas d’intimité non plus car les wc sont au même endroit. C’est la seule chose que j’ai trouvé dommage

The location was great for our needs, the place itself is super nice and organised well. It has a modern design on the good side, not to lavish and not to posh. The hosts were perfect. I can totally recommend staying there, there were some few minuses but the overall experience was good.

The bed is kinda small (for 2 big men) and the pillows weren't comfortable. There is a kitchen but you can't really use it to cook. The water drain in the shower wasn't draining fast enough so we got flooded a little. Could be nice to have a cleaning service once during the week we were staying. Other than that, perfect place to stay.

The hotel was Ok and in a convenient location for my work in the middle of a lively neighborhood. Self check-in worked without a glitch.

The self-service element was a little too impersonal for my taste.

Low quality bed, pillows and bedsheets. The room is called an apartment but it doesn’t have a sitting area, just a tiny desk and a little chaise lounge facing a wall. It is a hotel room with a kitchenette but no cleaning and no front desk. I had problem with neighbor playing very loud music and I had to whatsapp a number that then passed a message to this specific hotel. Also the walls are very thin. It is a bit far from public transportation so for traveling to other areas you usually need to walk 12 minutes to Ostkreuz.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, viel Platz auch zu 2. für 4-5 Tage super bewohnbar. Gemütlich und bequemes Bett und gute Küchenausstattung, falls man lieber abends mal gemütlich im Zimmer kochen, statt ausgehen will. Die Lage ist top mit direkter Tram vor der Haustüre und schnelle Anbindung zu allen möglichen Ausflugszielen sowie Cafés und Restaurants. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut und ausreichend vorhanden. Nettes Personal und unkomplizierter Check-in+ Check-out.

Ich bin auch ein großer Freund von Weniger ist Mehr und brauche sicher keine täglichen Handtücherwechsel oder Zimmerservice, aber dass erst nach 7 Tagen wohl der Zimmerservice kommt, finde ich sehr spät. Wir haben uns zu zweit nach 5 Tagen ohne Staubsaugen, Staubwischen und co., dann doch eher unwohl gefühlt. Vorheriger Service würde laut Betreiber 25€ kosten. Für Leute die maximal 3 Tage bleiben, denke ich passt das, aber bei einer Woche kommt doch auch Mal der ein oder andere "Verschleiß" zustande.

Great facilities, amazing location with everything close, and good transportation access.

Just that the pillows were of very bad quality and one was yellowish, very old. Also, as it was summer in Berlin, it was incredibly hot to sleep in the room. And leaving windows open is not an option either as it can be noisy outside. Having an ac for the summer would make it ideal.

I had to unclogg the shower and the sinks to be able to use them. Cleaning tools are missing for taking car of the ground cleanliness (a broom? Some paper towel) TV System chromecast system was not working.

It was a great hotel and very convenient. It was also on a quiet road very near a supermarket.

It was a little expensive.

Weird window in the bathroom, NO AIR CONDITIONING, and they don't clean up every day. They didn't clean up for the week I stayed there. There is also no reception to call and ask for something. Consider it to be more of a hostel style than an actual hotel.

All the facilities you could ask for and very clean. A simple well-designed apartment hotel conveniently close to where my son lives.

I would’ve like better quality cotton sheets. They felt synthetic. However, the duty manager tried to resolve this by taking the plastic mattress protector away. He was fast, efficient and very helpful.
