It was a very nice little apartment. Really enjoyed spending the night there.

Convenient location, equipped and clean.

The accommodation was well equipped, had everything you needed. Very clean. Easy to find, easy access to the location.. Even had toothpaste! Location is extremely handy for Gatwick airport. Sound proofing was fairly good, only heard noise when other people let their door slam shut. WiFi worked well and the QR code made connecting easy.

Parking was not obvious, I messaged the owner who did not respond, so I had to park and hope, as the numbers on the spaces have practically worn off. The building felt a bit intimidating and I felt a bit nervous getting to the apartment, but that could just be me. I agree with a few other comments that the mattress was not great, could definitely do with replacing. Owner could advise which key to use to get in as there were several keys and the lights were on a timer so I was standing in the dark trying to figure it out. As others have stated, TV was next to useless, so many channels didn't work.

Plumbing poor. Could be cleaned more thoroughly. Too cluttered

The owner was very friendly, the location was good and the bathroom was good.

My room had not been cleaned, I called the owner who profusely apologised and came to fix it. When the owner showed up, despite the fact that she was lovely, she did not clean my room. She had bought brand new bedsheet and towels which hadn't been washed, straight from the shop. Ended up drying myself with a t-shirt. She didn't clean the toilet, empty the bins or clean the tub, so I had to do it myself at 11pm after 2.5hrs journey to get there. I felt robbed and barely slept, feeling like I was in a stranger's flat. Every corner was dirty, it showed that the cleaning was never thoroughly done. Dirty sponges near the sink, dirty broom and mop. You can obviously see it's been more than just a few days without cleaning.

great place all very nice and close to the airport to spend the night! had parking space for free which is a bonus the mattress was amazing! also the person in charge was always there since day one! will book again if I ever go gatwick again definitely!

The location and building was unattractive

There was no one to hand over the keys at checkin , called all three telephone numbers , no reply. Instructions for the key collection were not received until the 28th Feb .... , clients stay was from the 26th Feb. Clients had to book alternative for the 26th- 28th , checkin on the 28th Mould on the windows , bed very uncomfortable. Regards Lynda

The WiFi didn't work. The TV reception was very jumpy and jittery.

The owner was responsive and kind. All the equipment are working well and a big supermarket is walking distance.

We were visiting a local event and location was spot on. Communication with host was really good and everything went smoothly with finding keys, check in and check out etc.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable thing in the world and the sheets had some stains (looked like make up or something)

Location is perfect, Quite and good to stay, Coffee machine, freeze, cooker hot water is very efficient IN front of the apartments there are 3 Take away with very good food Bus stage very near. Very good place if you are going to be in that area for study. I recommend the apartment to every one

very little things as the flat is very comfortable, What I would suggest is maybe with the main key you should have the Out side main door excess cause the door is normally open but if someone decides to close it you will need to ring the bell of someone else to open you. One other thing is the bed is comfortable but I think the bed needs a bit of Maintained.

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable.

It was a little noisy with the boiler switching on and off, but it didn’t spoil any sleep or rest.

Close to airport

Location… was within an industrial area which I do no recall being advised in the description of the booking!! No shops or restaurants within walking distance for anyone with no access to a car. Key… Arrived at 4pm with no details given on location of the key, called the contact number twice and messaged via booking.com website to try to locate key! By chance looked in the “unsecure” mailbox to then find the keys in there. Shower head… awful! Needs replaced TV… signal was bad, unable to get many channels as kept saying was not tuned in. Fridge… very noisy! Cigarettes butts on windowsill in courtyard were disgusting! 3 containers full of them.

Room was very nice and comfy .

Poor communication from host as to how to get into the building . He said he wanted deposit for room but never collected it , all round poor communication.

Little things that make a difference. Bedding not ironed, iron provided but no ironing board. Lovely big, well appointed bathroom but terribly shower head.

Homely and comfortable, everything you need for a short or long stay. The host was prompt and helpful responding to queries.
