Property manager was accommodating and responsive with all of our needs. Beautiful and large 2bd apartment

Great location elevators are a bit better in this Hyde building. owners had great communication. apt was lovely

the staff has terrible attitudes. the fees for the resort add up to just as much as the stay no self parking valet only! apt walls had a few scuffs nothing a little elbow grease or magic eraser can't fix and rugs needed to be cleaned there was hair everywhere.

Property is great

Reception staff are rude, entitled individuals who’s attitudes suck. We were actually told they only issue keys if they not working we must find a maintenance guy. Unbelievable - door lock was broken this took 36 hours to fix and as i said reception did not give a continental!

Location was good.

Elevator waits were long at times.

Property was great location was great. Staff and security were very rude as soon as I came in I was harassed about having a party and threaten to call the police when I only had 4 guest for a 6 people room. Otherwise then that the stay was great besides being harassed
