Wonderful home, plenty of room for everyone. Lack of parking was difficult with all guests arriving from out of town. But, all else was great.

The house is very comfortable and has great facilities for little kids, including toys and a crib. It has a lot of different spaces for family members including a tv area and living room. The kitchen is well stocked. It’s a great house for vacationing. Convenient location . I would not recommend it as a good place if you have to work from home during your stay. There is no separate work area and the internet can be inconsistent.

The house even had toys for the 2 year old to play with. Beautiful neighborhood, easy access to town and could walk down to the river trail. So much to do in Bend!

Family of five, including 3 'kids' ranging from 15 - 23. This was a great place to have as a home base for our outdoor activities. Close, 5 minute drive to stores and a short walk down to a beautiful walking trail along the river.
House has great wifi-two of our kids had online summer classes to attend and zero problems with connection.
Bedrooms are nice, perfect style for a mountain retreat.
I don't think the cleaning service did their job pre-this trip because the bbq grill was still dirty and some of the pans needed cleaning. We thought about going to buy some EZ off for the grill so we can use it but never got that far. We were able to clean the pans and skillet. I'm sure this is just a one-time thing with the cleaner. Otherwise, the home was in great condition and everything worked and was super clean.

We stayed at this fabulous home last weekend for my daughter’s wedding and I can’t even begin to describe how perfect it was for all of us! We were a family of 10 with seven adults and three children and we had a space for everyone. It was perfect for the kids to play in the snow, and take walks on the trails to the river; it was perfect for the adults to relax in between hectic wedding festivities, and it was the perfect place to get all of us ready and deployed for wedding events. This home is first class in every way!

Our family of 4 and cockapoo had a wonderful week in Bend. The house was located in a perfect spot...25 mins to Bachelor onedirection, 2-5 mins to get to downtown Bend the other direction. Neighborhood has trails to the river for taking walks and the house is setup great for relaxing after a day of adventure. We had an issue with a random noise coming from the wall and the property management company came to check it out late in the evening and got it resolved. I was grateful to have option to park inside garage because it was snowing/very low temps most of our stay, made things MUCH easier. Definitely recommend this house..

Spacious home near MTB trails with everything needed for a multi-family getaway. The open floorplan facilitated mealtime gatherings and there was more than enough space for each couple and their kids to have their own space. Well set-up for infants or older kiddos, and gourmet kitchen made mealtime a breeze.

Ideal location for adventure and entertainment
We had an excellent family reunion at this beautiful and well appointed home. It’s close to several water adventures, close to shopping, restaurants and nature. We will skip the chaos of the other big resorts in the future and choose this location instead. Perfect setup for teens in the lower level—adults have three king rooms to choose from. We were so grateful that they were pet friendly…we like to travel with our well behaved labradoodle. We will be back.

We enjoyed the amenities of this property: comfortable beds, adequate space for our family of 10, available equipment for our 2 year old, and the location was ideal. We could walk or bike ride to the Mill District. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet.

Clean and thoughtfully furnished
This is a great property for family groups, like ours, that consist of two couples with kids. The house has quite a few toys and kids’ things, and a well-furnished kitchen for cooking family meals. It was spotlessly clean. The location is great, close to both downtown and Mt Bachelor. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located close to the mountain and Bend. We would definitely stay there again. The only issue we had, and it was very small, is the upstairs TV would go dark and the speaker is on the back so it was really hard to hear.

Great house, perfect location
This house was a perfect location between town and the mountain. We shared it with another family and the main floor had a nice open layout where everyone could hang out. I’ve stayed at other rentals that are lacking in kitchen equipment and tools. The kitchen was well-stocked with all sizes of pots and pans and everything was easy to find.
