The host could have turned the heaters and the fridge on before our arrival. They knew we were coming. It was very cold and took a while to heat up once we arrived.

The location was great, right in front of University of Graz. The apartment was very clean, totally furnished (they really did not miss a thing). You have a free parking if you need it. You could get walking almost all of the nice points of Graz.

I did not like just the fact that this wonderful apartment was not mine...

Spacious apartment, good quality beds, all appliances needed, clean, nice garden. Fast response when we needed help.

it was such a beautiful place - near to the city, amazingly decorated and clean.

the person who I called was super unfriendly. he made me be responsible for an issue done by booking.com and behaved completely rude for simple questions that I asked.. he literally started the conversation with “weren’t you the person who already caused an issue” - while I booked a room via booking.com for 7 people, whereas they could only accommodate 6 people and wanted more money even though I had already paid more for an extra person. the description (on how to get in, park etc) was super long and detailed - but doesn’t mean you couldn’t answer questions via phone, when you’re standing in front of the gate and are asking where to park and how to open the door.. I don’t get why people do a customer centric job if they are not happy to support when help is needed.

Excellent as is

Wonderful place to stay - central, perfect parking option, easy to reach, spacious, well designed - loved it and would go back anytime! The bakery right downstairs is also really good - so prefect to get/fetch breakfast there.

The proposed check-out time at 10:00 is tough for a Sunday. But I assume one can always ask whether a later check out is possible.

Very nice, spacious flat, only 15 minutes walk from the old centre. Perfectly equiped kitchen. All absolutely clean. Parking included. Bakery serving breakfests in the next door.
