The perfect place to stay new steamboat, place was comfortable and very clean!

The location was great. The private gondola is easy to use and brings you to the main base. We had a great family getaway.

I wanted to start off by staying we had a great time in Steamboat and the condo was very clean and wonderful location to everything! A few things to note if you are looking to stay at this property. A big disappointment to us was there was no a/c or a/c units! It was terribly hot and no way to cool down the condo besides a small floor fan in the bedrooms and one ceiling fan in between the kitchen and family room. We did open the windows at night and it finally cooled down enough until construction work woke you up at 7:00 am every morning! The listing does not state there is no a/c or you are in a construction zone and there is a lot of noise around you! Also, please be aware that this is a 3rd floor unit and there is no elevator! This was not an issue for us but can easily be with small children or elderly family members. Overall we do recommend this property in the winter or cooler months and once construction is done. However for us and how much we spent and how little we slept we will be asking for a partial refund.

We really enjoyed our stay at this nicely remodeled condo in Steamboat Springs. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need for dining in and the beds are super comfortable. We loved the hot tubs and pool after a long day of fun in the mountains. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the place and location.

We stayed at this beautiful condo for 3 nights. We enjoyed the high-end decore and the beautiful location. The kitchen had everything we needed. We sept with the window opened every night and loved the quiet, cool July nights and sunny mornings. As suggested in the description, we had dinner at Bricks Pizza restaurant that was within walking distance. The pizza was amazing that the family owned restaurant had fun, attentive service and well made drinks. We love Steamboat Springs and will be back again soon! Thank you for letting us stay in your peaceful condo!

The property is nice and convenient to both downtown and the mountain. We had minor complaints…nothing that can’t easily be corrected. We only had a half roll of toilet paper and ran out of Kleenex. Couldn’t find any instructions about the pool so had to figure that out using Google Maps. Only had one access key to the pool which made getting out through the Men’s and Women’s rooms a little cumbersome. Now for the good stuff….the kitchen has anything you would ever need. Nice appliances. Comfortable beds. We walked to the grocery store and played pickleball next door. Steamboat never disappoints. We ate at wonderful restaurants and had a fun easy hike at Spring Creek. Great weekend, nice place to stay, all in all a nice weekend getaway.

The condo is beautiful and has every amenity you could want! Nespresso machine with coffee pods, beach towels, etc.. I needed a piece of tape and when I opened the drawer....there was tape! Location was great, pool and hot tubs were wonderful. We had a great stay and would definitely book this condo again!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed with the kitchen being well stocked, nice neighborhood in a good location, and a quiet building. The next time we're going to be in Steamboat we'll definitely return to this property.

The property is an excellent choice for a ski vacation. The Bed and Bedding were excellent, it made for a good sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed you to cook anything you could think of. There are a few things you should be aware of. First it is on the third floor and you have to use stairs. Second, the lift is a bit of a walk from the condo, but makes it easy to get to the mountain. The hot tub and gym is also a bit of a walk, but very nice. If you are OK with some walking then it is a great place.

We loved our stay and were SO impressed with all of the accommodations. We will be back!

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The condo is very comfortable, clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Having two bedrooms and bathrooms made it perfect for two couples. The gondola to Steamboat is a very short walk from the front door. Our host, Christina, was very responsive and our check in was easy with the instructions. We highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed this property and found that the unit was well equipped with everything we needed. It is a great location close to the Wild Horse gondola to get you to the mountain (a short walk). We plan to return and use this condo again.

Great property for two couples. Kitchen fully stocked with all the amenities. Beds super comfortable. Very clean. Easy access to the base of the mountain with wild horse gondola.

This location is perfect for a ski trip! Special Gondola takes you directly to the center of Steamboat's action. Definitely recommend this host and location.

Christina's condo was a great landing pad for myself and two friends for a 3 night stay in Steamboat. Impeccably clean unit, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and super convenient to have the Wildhorse gondola a short 3 to 5 minute walk away. The separation between this unit (First Tracks) and Trailhead Lodge was a bit confusing at first ( admittedly I didn't read the listing close enough), but we figured it out and it's a short 3 to 5 minute walk to the amenities at Trailhead Lodge. Overall great stay...would definitely come back!

Unit was fantastic and check in logistics, etc. flawless. Only comment (which I must not have paid attention to in the listing) is the third floor w/o elevator was a bit of work for us as we had so much ski gear. Neat condo - I'll recommend it to others and will look to book it again in the future.'

We loved this rental... modern, clean, comfortable, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, gondola right to the neighborhood... and even the sonos and game systems which were icing for our teens.

The condo was very clean and well stocked, 5 star. However, there was no air conditioning and the fans provided could not get the unit comfortable at all. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We had to keep everything closed up during the day and could not enjoy being at the condo. No elevator either, only stairs to hall all your gear up.

This place has everything you need a more. The place is designed with care with space for your skis and gear, a very well-equipped kitchen, and all-new finishings. The balcony is great and the convenience of the gondola up to the mountain is even better.Would absolutely stay here again

Everything was as advertised or better. Easy to find, easy to get around using shuttles and the gondola straight to Gondola Village. Christina was so helpful and nice and really knows all the ins and outs of the mountain and area. She had great recommendations for food, skiing, lifts, etc. The place is spacious, very clean, and so well decorated. It has all of the essentials and a good bit more. My wife and I couldn't be happier and will absolutely be staying here again.

Christina was a wonderful and very responsive host! The property was very clean, beautiful and we LOVED the decor. Kitchen had everything someone needs if you love to cook, and the house was well stocked with personal needs items. Will be looking to stay again in the future and highly recommend Christina as a host.
