We didnt get tv to work in master bedroom and several electrical outlets were to working. Ither that those 2 we enjoyed our week.

We had a great stay in Folly Beach! The house is as pictured and was roomy enough for 10 adults. The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes, cups, and pots/pans for cooking. A short >5 minute walk brings you right to the beach, and the neighborhood itself was quiet and lovely. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Would love to visit again in the future.

Great location near the beach and easy quick walk to downtown Folly Beach! Plenty of room for a couple families and we had kids ranging from 4 up to teenagers. Very clean and comfortable and the screened in porch was great to keep the mosquitos away. Would definitely recommend!

The location is a short walk to the beach, which we love. Management is quick to respond with any questions. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Great house!

We had planned on staying in Charleston but at the last minute we thought a beach house would be better. And it was! We could walk to downtown Folly Beach and drive easy to Charleston. We went to the beach every day. The home was big for our family of five. We didn't end up using the upper floor because we used the day bed by the chess table instead. Two suggestions - take new pictures of the interior as there has been updates, and remodel the master bath. Would stay again.

We stayed here with two families of 4 (teens + adults) and the house was a perfect size for our group. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. A quick 5 min walk to the beach or into town, so location was great. Love strolling the beach every morning and evening and we rented two golf carts, which was a perfect way to get around the island. Had one small problem with a blown fuse and the property managers took care of it quickly. We will definitley be back!!

The house is great and we had everything we needed for cooking for our family holiday gathering. We did have to clean the kitchen floor when we arrived. Very convenient to town and the beach!

Great house and short walk to the beach. It was a short 15 min drive into Charleston worth plenty of restaurants and shopping available. There were a few minor issues that would have made it an awesome stay if fixed. Beautiful house that is located within a short walk to the beach and town. I would have given it 5 stars if a few minor things were different. There were no small spoons for cereal for the kids and kid friendly glasses would reduce the stress level of the adults. There is not a functioning can opener and one of the queen beds was made with full size sheets which did not stay on the bed well. We had plenty of room for 10 and loved the heated outdoor shower to rinse off sandy children. Great 2nd annual family beach Thanksgiving.

We loved Folly Beach. This house is within a quick walk to the beach and to all of the dining and shopping. Perfect for our party of 6 adults and 3 kids.

We had a great weekend getaway at this house. The house was very clean and had everything you could need from plenty of towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and an easy walk to the restaurants on Center street. The owners were very friendly and accessible. We would absolutely stay here again!

We've been coming to Folly Beach for years, and this is by far the nicest property we've rented here. Great location, easy walk to the beach and the bars and restaurants. Perfect place to celebrate our daughter's graduation from College of Charleston - plenty of room for our family and grandparents.

Love Folly Beach, love Charleston and love this home! Very coastal classy but totally comfortable and homey. House has EVERYTHING you could need or want for a short or long stay. The location was so perfect for beach or in-town fun. Big family or romantic get away for 2, we would book this house again hands down!

Our family stayed at this fantastic beach house steps away from beautiful Folly Beach and minutes away from charming downtown Charleston. The house is spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. All of the bedrooms and living spaces are comfortable, warm and stylish. The outside porch is a lovely place to have a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The kitchen is well organized and has everything you need. The front porch is also a great asset with rocking chairs to listen to the birds and chat with loved ones. We had a fantastic time with our family and we did lots of fun activities such as surf, play in the ocean, walk on the gorgeous stretch of beach and take short walks to nearby restaurants in Folly Beach. This home is a true gem and we cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

We were very pleased with this beach house. It was very tastefully decorated, clean and spacious enough to nicely accommodate everyone in our family. The upstairs "rec room" with two queen beds was perfect for our teenagers to hang out and spend the night. The house is conveniently located with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The street is quiet and feels very safe. Every morning, we enjoyed sitting on the large front porch which has four new rocking chairs. If our group is the same size for next year's trip to Folly, we plan to book this rental again!

We had a great time spending New Years on Folly. The house was very cute, clean, accessible, and homey. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, 15 minutes from Charleston. Would definitely recommend to others!
