Loved the property overall. It stated there were boogie boards but there were none. The major issue I had was with the AC not coming on when it should to keep the condo cool. At night it would get up as high as 74 (warmer than it was outside) and stay there for several hours before coming on. Even with fans going we weren’t very comfortable. (Especially with a sunburn) The host was wonderful about responding quickly.She said it was set on a schedule and gave me the ability to change the temp. Which I did. We kept it set on 72. It just seemed to have a mind of its own. I did not want to keep bothering the host because I just figured that it’s just the way the system is. Other than that, it’s a beautiful condo with spectacular views.

The pictures of the condo were great but it was still better in person :-). Condo was clean and well stocked. It was also in a great location for my family with an easy walk and access to the beach. The view and ocean sounds from the balcony were amazing. The property management company was quick to respond when we had questions during our stay. Easy 10/10 for us! Thank you!

Overall, everything great! On the VRBO listing, it says "hot tub" and there is no hot tub, however there is a heated pool. Our property manager, Delisha of Orange Sky Properties was absolutely outstanding in helping accomodate us with any needs we may have had, So I would recommend this property to anyone who is interested. This property is a real "price performer," and we look forward to visiting it again next year!!

This property was amazing. There was a slight odor but nothing febreeze couldn’t handle. The property manager was very professional and took care of the minor issues we had promptly. Definitely will stay again!

A group of my girlfriends and I went to this condo for some much needed rest and relaxation, and this property provided just that. We sat on the deck listening to the surf or just watching the ocean. The beach, a short walk from the property, was the perfect spot to soak up the sun. This condo is beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. We are already planning a return trip.

The condo is beautifully decorated, and the color scheme is beautiful! We felt relaxed and LOVE the beach vibe. The condo is on the 22nd floor and the balcony is big with the most amazing views. The kitchen is fully equipped and has both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig. The master bedroom/bathroom is big, and the bed is very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom is towards the front of the condo and is very cute and the bed is comfy. The condo is across from the elevators; however, not once did we hear any noise while in the condo. I LOVE the condo and definitely want to continue to stay here when I visit the area which is once or twice a year. Booking the condo was very easy and I received the arrival information on time. Overall, this condo is a great, clean, beautiful condo equipped with pretty much anything you may need with the exception of your groceries. Oh, it also has a full-size washer/dryer that worked great! Check this condo out as you will love it too!

Condo was just what we needed. Great views. The Ac was not working however, The host worked with us till it was on. I mixed up the checkout times. Nice enough to let us back in the condo to get our things and let us use the pool area till we could check into our other place

We have been coming to the Gulf for over 20 years and this was our favorite property to date. We loved the resort and the condo was beautiful and perfect.

Property was just as advertised. Roomy and clean. Our family enjoyed our stay! The water and weather were perfect too!

The view was amazing and the condo was beautiful and perfect size for us. It was nice having starter toiletries when we arrived and the beach chairs came in very handy. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Located on the 22nd floor with AMAZING views! Condo is very clean, easy to access, provides beach chairs, umbrella, toys for the little ones and boogie boards. The only thing I suggest is to bring beach towels (not provided). Kitchen has all the utensils you need, coffee maker, single cup kuerig and a blender. Beach - is stunning! The only back draw is if you want a close up spot to the shoreline, go down there early like 7am to put your own chairs and umbrella. If not, the umbrella vendors take up most of the beach setting up. Otherwise you’re going to be 4 rows back and can’t see anything. Or you can rent from them for $45 a day. Pool - very clean and water is cool. Overall stay, I totally recommend this condo! P.S. condo manager is very responsive and very helpful!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our beach vacation. Perfect location with wonderful beach views and a short distance walk to the shore. Extremely clean place to relax, had everything that we needed in the apartment. There was plenty of space for all four of my family members, and we can’t wait to come back!

This place was better than pictured. The balcony is very spacious and the view was gorgeous. Looked like something out of a magazine! They had all kitchen essentials needed, which isn't easy to find with rentals. The beach is a short walk away, very convenient. I would most certainly stay here again.

Condo was very clean, well stocked and a short walk to the beach. We are already planning our trip for next year and are planning on staying here again!! Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The condo was updated, very clean and was in the perfect location to go anywhere you needed. It was exactly what we were hoping for and more! The only thing I would have changed was to spend more time here! Communication with the property owner was great! They were very responsive to all of my questions, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, my family and I had an excellent stay here and plan to make this area a regular vacation spot in the future. Thank you for your wonderful accommodations!
