Fijne bedden aan het zwembad en personeel dacht mee toen wij onze boeking wilde inkorten.
Kamers waren zeer verouderd, het bed was erg hard en oncomfortabel (ik hou over het algemeen van harde bedden), de douche zit niet afgesloten waardoor er een waar waterparadijs ontstaat, ‘s avonds en de gehele nacht door volgde er een zeer luidruchtig orkest van kikkers, vogels en andere beesten, de kamer was hier niet tegen bestendigd. Er hingen geen gordijnen voor twee ramen en de kamer was zeer slecht geïsoleerd. We zijn hier na 1 nacht weggegaan ondanks dat we voor meerdere nachten hadden gereserveerd.

Lovely pool area. Peaceful once all the children were in bed! Lovely staff, unobtrusive. Agreeable when we had to check out early due to unforseen circumstances. Cleanliness was good.
The tiles around the pool are dark, so very hot, and your feet burn! Also very slippery. Thin walls. Too small of staying for a long term. The rooms are probably only @18m². Tiny, poorly laid out bathroom. The room is lacking sufficient storage.

The design of the hotel rooms with each having a sort of private breakfast spot and still super close to the pool, was awesome. We also appreciated the availability of cool water and ice cubes and the long opening hours of the reception, which made it very easy to ask for anything.
The location was slightly off the road, but on such an island that’s not really an issue.

Wonderful place - brilliant location just minutes walk from the beach, but quiet and secluded for chilling by the pool. Great breakfasts made with care (including for veggie guests). The restaurants and spa at the end of the drive are also fabulous for both lunch and dinner

Lyhyt matka ostoksille/ravintoloihin, silti rauhallista. Vesiautomaatti/jääpalakone olivat virkistäviä. Huone sopivan kokoinen.
Ulkoa (altaalta) tuleva meteli kuului selvästi sisälle.
Asuntoja 15 kpl ja vain 8 kpl aurinkotuoleja. Lakanat olivat tahraiset, kannattaisi harkita pesulan vaihtoa ;)
Olimme 7 yötä, huone siivottiin tuona aikana kerran.

Posizione comoda. Raggiungi tutto in pochi minuti (spiaggia centro ecc). Sempre asciugamani puliti, caffè in bustine, zucchero, acqua a volontà. Dispenser di acqua e caffè alla reception sempre disponibile. Colazione molto buona e puntuale
Devo assolutamente suggerire di mettere uno stendino (anche piccolo) perché non si sapeva dove appoggiare le cose bagnate (teli mare, costumi ecc). Colazione un po’ scomoda da fare nel patio perché non c’è un tavolo che ti permette di mangiare comodamente: piatto sulle ginocchia e via…. Molto scomodo!

La salle de bains est vraiment minuscule et le confort est un peu juste, mais le calme de l’hôtel et la piscine rattrape cela.

When you order one day before you can have breakfast for 20RM, I liked it!
The mattress was for me too hard (it does not soften at any point, so that shoulders and hips can sink in) so every morning I woke up with back aches :( and this was the only thing for which I have to give 8 instead of 10 points.

Une chambre sale et grosse tâches sur les draps ! et cheveux dans le lit!
J'ai demandé à changer les draps...
De plus on sentait les ressorts du lit.
Commode sale , C'est répugnant..les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité. Très déçu...et ce n'est pas normal...

Ambiente informale, direi quasi famigliare. Le addette alla reception cortesi e gentili. Qualche piccola disattenzione.. Ma nel complesso ottima sistemazione per un paio di notti

We like the room it's bed, towel provided in the room, it's cleanliness and also the amenities provided

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. The rooms were very clean and the environment was quiet.
It is not that I didnt like it, but I expected bigger swimming pool. The one in the compound was very small - more like kids pool. The location is also a little bit hidden from the main road. It is not a problem, but I didnt expect it. The rooms were a bit basic, but for short visit, not a problem.

Very nice and spacious room which was very clean as well. The pool was amazing, it was not too crowded. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The main street (with all the restaurants and shops) of Pantai Cenang was a little far away, would recommend to rent a scooter. Also wifi was bad at some times.

Nothing except for the hotel description in the booking mentioned that it's located at the beachfront. But it's actually not.
