Really good location. Room as expected. Good communication with bookings. Its self check in.

Really basic cooking (no sharp knife or cutting board for example) and squeaky light weight beds a bit like camp beds with a mattress).

We stayed here in two diff rooms. The 1st great and a budget room. This was a premium room. Great room size but with issues. Great location.

Room was musty. The balcony was shutters which opened fully but no small place to step out. The advertised view was an inner courtyard several stories up with air con units as the view. It was also a bit noisy.

Lokatie! En vriendelijke snelle communicatie via app. Het ziet er prachtig uit. En er is een koelkast en kookgelegenheid in de kamer.

De kraan bij de gootsteen lekt en 1 van de kranen van de douche en er was lauw warm water voor korte douche van anderhalve persoon.

Location is not bad.

The whole property reeks of mold. There was no other way but to keep windows open which eventually led me to catching a fever. The manager was informed but did nothing to remedy the problem. Room was not properly cleaned, with long hair lying on the bed and the mattress was so thin that you could feel the springs while resting. Shower head was malfunctioning, and windows could not be easily detected from frames due to the mold and damaged wood. Rest assured, if you want to avoid disaster vacation, look elsewhere to get the most value out of your money.

Está muy céntrico, cerca hay zona de aparcamiento y tiene ascensor. Está todo muy limpio y tiene lo necesario para cocinar y poder comer en la habitación. El baño es bastante grande y la calle, a pesar de ser céntrica, no es nada ruidosa. Te dan un código para poder entrar a la estancia, por lo que no haces el check-in personalmente con alguien, algo que me pareció bastante cómodo.

Posizione molto bella, nella strada principale. Camera abbastanza spaziosa, con angolo cottura e macchinetta del caffè. Wi-Fi veloce.

Il riscaldamento della stanza. Il primo giorno era rotto (e pioveva dentro la camera), poi mi hanno gentilmente cambiato la camera, ma comunque l’inverter scaldava pochissimo. Anche l’acqua per la doccia era appena tiepida. Avevo chiesto se potevo avere una stufa elettrica, ma non ho più avuto riscontro. Caffè imbevibile.

Excelente localização, tudo novinho e limpinho! Não tem funcionários de recepção mas o pessoal e super atencioso pelo WhatsApp! Super recomendo!

Location

When we arrived we realized the elevator was not working to the fifth floor where our rooms were. The AC was not working in one of our 2 rooms and the rooms were very sparsely appointed. I did call the number provided ,after some persuasion we were given two upgraded rooms in the building with good air conditioning.  Overall , we were very happy with the upgraded accommodations, and thankful that we were able to persuade the management/owners to move us to rooms with a working air conditioning, and that we’re better appointed .

The room was great as well as the location

The fact that it is a self check in is both good and bad. You can check in late, but the code given to be was wrong and took me a bit to manage to get in contact and get it sorted.

Prime location in Coimbra complete with good beds, kitchenette, laundry and nice bathroom.

Everything, good location, clean and modern. We love to stay here with our family, definitely we’re coming back next here.

Lack of natural light and the noise from the ventilation system right outside the bedroom. The musty/ moldy smells in the room. No warm water from the shower. Be aware of- To reach the elevator, you have to walk slowly through the high steps. Totally unsafe environment for people with knee pain/issues.

The place is in the very city center of Coimbra. Many resturants, bars, the university and the train station are within a walking distance. The place was nice, clean and well furnished. The check-in was very easy, even though I had booked the room only few hours before.

The bathroom is not perfectly divided from the rest of the room and, if you are sharing the room with a collegue or someone you don't know so well, maybe you would like to have a bit more privacy. Anyway, not a big deal!

The Apartement is beautiful. Very well located. Host was very helpful in communication. All perfect.

There was no bath accessories (bath gel, soap or something else). There was too loudly on the street till 5 am and no soundproof windows in the room.

Location very close to centre of Coimbra

Extortionate price (c Eur500 for 2 nights!), the lift only worked between floors 1-4 and room on 5th floor which was hard to navigate with heavy suitcases. Hard to locate from street, no proper signage. Room was in loft space which meant a lot of space not at full height with slanting ceiling made room feel small. Two single beds pushed together, incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was a glass box with sliding door, lack of privacy. Could hear every single noise made from outside the room, absolutely no sound proofing. Did not sleep for either night.
