Beautiful sunsets, great location! The house was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable family getaway. Fishing right from the dock, kayaks, canoe and rowboat for fun on the lake and a fire pit for s’mores and relaxing. Heather was lovely and the booking could not have been smoother or easier. Thank you for a wonderful family trip!

We had a fabulous long weekend in Arrowhead, the house was perfect for our girls trip. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the entire house, it was well-stocked and had great views of the lake. Even though it was a cold, windy weekend we still got to enjoy the views of the outdoors in the warm cozy home. The game room was a nice treat! Thanks for opening your home to us!

My family and my sister's family had wonderful time here! (4 adults, 4 kids). The house was very clean, and had adorable bear decor. It is located right on the lake with a beautiful view and lots to do! The sunsets are gorgeous! The boys loved the game room and the hot tub. The beds were comfortable too! Would highly recommended.

Perfect location for our fall getaway. Beautiful lake views, plenty of room (inside and out), clean, and reasonably close to restaurants and other places of interest (ie Jim Thorpe), not to mention great communication with homeowner. Would recommend for those looking for a home, in a gated community, for a fall group get together!

This is a terrific house on a beautiful lake! It has everything I would want for my extended family to stay and have fun. It has an easy entry into the lake for the canoe and kayaks. Although I have to add that the canoe has a small leak in the bottom that was clearly patched once but is not really working. Having said that, I had my wife and myself in the canoe out on the lake for at least 45 minutes and it was no problem at all. Also, the front seat is breaking,so, perhaps the owner would like to get a new canoe. The basement has a terrific game room, and the hot tub was a nice touch. Overall, this is a great house on a great location on the lake!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! Love, love, love the decor - Heather is a woman after my own heart with loving bears!!
Heather was very easy to get in touch with about anything. The minor issue we had with something was addressed quickly and her contractor was also very pleasant to deal with.
The house was bought by Heather about a year ago and we can definitely see the upgrades she has already made. We look forward to seeing more upgrades in the coming years!
The recliner-like chairs on the dock were my favorite place. I sat and read many books there during our stay. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Our family wanted to vacation in the mountains on a lake. The home we chose had wonderful lakefront access. We spent a great deal of time enjoying the view. We used the paddle board that was provided and enjoyed a late afternoon trip around the lake. We also spent time enjoying the lower level game room and indoor hot tub! The house had plenty of room for four adults and 1 child. It was our base for a week of exploration of the Poconos. The owner was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to families.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this lake home. There was plenty to do. The game room was a hit with the kids. Kayaking and fishing were enjoyable. Plenty of wildlife (ducks, turkey, and deer) walking through the backyard! We stayed mid summer and it did get warm in the house, but there were fans provided in every room to keep air flowing.
Overall, it was a great week and we would stay again!

Brought my family up from Western Pa. to stay for a week in late June.. Unbelievable lakefront setting.. Sunsets are some of the most breathtaking we have ever seen and the fishing was non stop excitement.. had 5 teenagers with us and they were never bored with access to the lake, pools, small beaches , basketball courts, and gym all day when they weren't enjoying the downstairs gameroom and hot tub..cant speak for all of the beds in the house but the main floor King bed was the best we ever slept in at a VRBO.. my wife and I rested better than we do at home. Thought about packing it and bringing it home :) Heather is an amazing host and was always available to us when we had questions.. 5 star stay and will look for this listing again someday..

Stayed here with 7 other friends to celebrate a birthday. We had an amazing time & had so many options for things to do between the kayaks, fishing, the hot tub, games, etc. Heather communicated so clearly & consistently, it really made a difference in any questions we had or things we needed. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property with gorgeous sunsets! Highly active fishing right off the dock and plenty of gear to move around the lake! Kids enjoyed pool table and hot tub! Very convenient location to plenty of fishing spots!

The check in process was so simple! The house seemed to be in the process of being updated. And the updates that have already been done are very nice. The layout worked well for our group, but the common areas were much smaller than they seemed online. There was no comfy seating in game room, The air hockey table didn’t work too well, maybe replace it with a couch. The deck needs repair and love but the dock is amazing for fishing!

Went as a family of 5 - we knew it would be a lake house and not a hotel. The views were pretty but the grill didnt work - the propane tank leaked horrible from the previous visit and other propane tanks were empty - so no grill and no outside heaters which we bought food for and looked forward to. We had to bring way too much stuff for the price of the place. There was construction next door that wasn't new and there was no communication about which I think should have.

The property was perfect for sitting by the lake & relaxing. It's in need of outside cleaning & maintenance however the inside was surfaced cleaned very well. Nice to have pots/pans/utensils/washer/dryer, etc. Lots of beds was great too. Owner was friendly & very helpful. Thanks!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the lake house. There were 11 of us in total so at times it was a little tight but the views and proximity to the lake beach were well worth it! Heather answered all of my questions prior to the trip. We saw lots of wildlife on the property alone and found it to be a quiet location on the lake. We spent our days between the house, the island pool (short drive) and the beach. We would definitely return to this great home!

We enjoyed our time at the house. The main floor had a queen bed and a bathroom which worked for us since one of our friends is unable to go up and downstairs well. There are two outside heaters to be able to sit on the Closed in deck and a grill. Do use them you will need propane for each item. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The view of the lake was spectacular. It also has a outdoor fire pit which we used frequently.

Beautiful lake views and plenty of space to relax/have fun. The only criticisms are that the WiFi wasn’t working despite owner attempts to rectify which was unsuccessful , and that there was no remote for DVD player. We did have plenty of great conversation and fun on our own. The screen in porch with heater was wonderful for early morning coffee on a cold morning.

We had a great stay at the lake house. The owner is super responsive which is nice. The lake house had a very homey feel. We were hoping for snow but Mother Nature had different intentions but still enjoyed bonding with the family and making memories.

Owner is very helpful and reply within an hour if any questions. We had a good time at this lakefront cabin. There are plenty of things to do, either it’s enjoying lake and view or stay inside and play pool, foosball or many provided board games.
