This home was perfect for our stay in Renton. The host was fantastic—the house was absolutely spotlessly clean and the amenities well appointed for our needs. Loved the neighborhood—-walk to Whistle Stop for great breakfast/lunch less than a block away and THE best local coffee at Boon Boona within a 2-3 block walk. Everything else you might need is nearby. Highly recommend!

The house is nicely decorated with plenty of amenities (new kitchen appliances, W/D, hair dryer, portable heater, charging cords and smart TVs). Bed was comfortable and towels were plentiful! We were in town for a soccer tournament and loved having this great home to relax in after a long day. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Easy off street parking and cute backyard we’re an added bonus! Finally the house and everything in it were spotless! Wish my house was as clean!

This is actually our second Christmas renting here. The house is really nice and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It is situated in a perfect spot in downtown Renton - close to restaurants and shopping. The owners are great and go out of their way to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend!

The host was very easy to communicate with. Super responsive! Lovely, clean house with a well-stocked kitchen. Our stay was comfortable and homey, and we picked up dinner one night only 2 blocks away. Great location.

I mean, you know it’s clean when your husband is the first one to comment on the cleanliness! To the nines! This cute 2 bed, 2 bath house was easy to get to and had everything you need inside and out. We enjoyed cooking dinner in, the snack cabinet, the big backyard and seating area plus being walking distance to local restaurants and bars. We loved the cheese curds at Whistle Stop Ale House right around the corner, which was recommended by the owners. Also, you gotta try the wings at Burnett’s, and I’m not even a wing fan. This is also walking distance! The owners were extremely responsive and provided great communication leading up to our stay, during and after. We even spent some time getting to know them, awesome peeps! Mt. Rainier National Park was about an 1.5 hour away. We went to the Nisqually entrance and hiked around the Longmire area, totally worth the drive and the exercise! You’re only about 10-15 minutes from the Seattle-Tacoma Airport too which made our departure a breeze. 100% recommend if you’re looking for the perfect place to stay to explore Renton, Seattle or Tacoma areas. the property was great. very clean. lots of nice extra touches, even a Chrsitmas tree. It is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to.

We rented this property for my in-laws to stay while visiting. We have cats and my MIL cannot be in our home, so they usually stay in a hotel. Unfortunately, in a hotel, there isn't much space for the kids to spend time with grandma and grandpa. This space worked out perfectly, there was space to hang out and chat, play games and overall relax. It was also a great location for them to go out on daily walks. I heard multiple times how much they loved the space and how it was so much better than staying in a hotel. Property owners were great to work with and super helpful. The property was amazingly well appointed, my in-laws were very impressed by everything that was there, making them feel right at home. We'll definitely look at booking for future visits.

The hosts of this property are fantastic. We enjoyed meeting them personally and they were genuinely just cool people. All advertised items are as described. Downtown Renton has great places to go withing walking distance from this home. We were glad we chose Renton as we hadn't been there before. It is in the heart of anywhere you want to go. I would highly recommend staying at this awesome home with awesome hosts.

What a beautiful home in a beautiful town! My family looks forward to visiting it again real soon.

The home is lovely! All the amenities you need and then some. My only regret is not booking the home for a longer stay. It truly was the best VRBO renting experience we’ve ever had. The house is modern and very clean. You get your own parking spot and it had a nice back yard with a grill and patio furniture. It is very close to restaurants and pubs, which we walked to. We will be back!!

Lyky was very helpful and was easy to reach by phone and text when we had questions. The house was in a cute neighborhood walking distance to many fun places including a car show street fair during the weekend we stayed. We appreciate how professional our host was and offering free coffee, bicycles and lemonade when we arrived! Will defintly come and stay again!

My family and I stayed for a week. It was wonderful. Lyky was warm and friendly and let us know about several places in the area to explore. This is the perfect place to stay if you are wanting to visit Seattle, it’s a small town but close enough to the city.

We would stay again very nice and clean and cute.

Our hosts were over the top wonderful too. We've already booked return visits.
