I chose the location based on price and I feel that it met my expectations.

Can rent two-bedroom suites with kitchen.

Room is too hot during summer time. Would also appreciate if the room is a bit brighter.

Had nice kitchens, Close to where we need to go, good breakfast. Staff are helpful with supply needs and picking up trash.

Found spiders on bed, Carpet and couch are dirty, Homeless guy hanging out right outside our door, no security cameras. We felt very uncomfortable especially we have our child with us. We also keep checking our car and we can hear every footsteps on the second floor. How can a second floor be paper thin? Please do better in cleaning the carpets and couch. There shouldnt be any spiders in any of the rooms especially paying that much! And we had to pay for parking too $10/night when there was plenty of parking for everyone. Atleast the rooms should be free of bugs for $189/night. Im not sure if I want to stay here again!

Breakfast was very good as was the staff working the breakfast bar.

Toilet didn't work properly, heating/ac system was inadequate, light in living room area was inoperative. Outdoor lights for stairway up to unit were not working.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location was ideal, close to shopping and airport. I liked the fact that it had two bedroom units available, which was ideal for a big family.

The rooms are okay but the furniture was quite uncomfortable, and the building definitely needs some updating.

Refused to give a refund after the front desk lady TOLD ME she would refund me. Their building wouldn’t let me check in because I’m 20 and not 21 yet their own website doesn’t say anything about an age restriction for checking in. When I called to ask why they weren’t refunding me I got some lady giving me the worst attitude I’ve ever received from someone that’s being paid to help me.
