We have stayed in several VRBO properties and have always given a great review…until now. The owner sends the Rental Agreement right after booking, which states max occupancy of 8 people. Fair enough, we only had our family of five staying there. The very intense and controlling Rental Rules are not received until a little over 30 days prior to occupancy. You can cancel 30 days prior for a full refund, but there was nothing left suitable during the busy spring break season. We were traveling with another family staying a couple of buildings down and couldn’t even have them over for dinner or to just meet up before dinner out. Two pre-teens from the other family came into the condo to use the restroom, the owner called immediately after she saw them on the cameras asking them to leave. It is unnerving to be watched on cameras, there’s notes all over the condo advising what not to do. The condo was clean and decorated nicely, but we felt uncomfortable under strict rules and surveillance, we spent most of our time away. We had a great vacation outside of the condo and are not complainers. If you are traveling alone, this may work out just fine. If you have friends and family also in the area, this will be difficult. We open our home to friends and family often, so this was very uncomfortable for us. Also, only two bath towels in each bathroom, so be prepared to do laundry daily. Other than that, the condo is well stocked with amazing views.

Everything about our stay in Indian Shores was excellent. Condo was perfect size for us for our family of 5, and could have fit a couple more, but preferred the extra space. Very well stocked and clean. The weather was nice a couple of days and just OK for a couple, but the pool was a life saver. The kids played in the pool regardless of how nice out it was. Water was perfect temp! Nice people everywhere we went and a very relaxed vibe to the town. Short walk to Caddys one direction, and LuLu's for ice cream the other. Beach is directly across the street and super easy to head over during the day, but head back for the sun set. Communication with Janet was great and she answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Thank you, Janet, for sharing your 2nd home with us!

We had such a wonderful time at this property! The condo is great for larger groups, having three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Janet, the owner, tries to have everything you could possibly need in the house when you arrive…from soaps, coffee, teas , spices, beach towels, lotions, shampoos! She is a very attentive and caring owner, and contact with her was easy and a pleasure. The decor in the condo reflects her love for this property. It doesn’t get any better than having morning coffee on the beautiful screened porch overlooking the water, and watching the dolphins frolic right in front of you. This property consisting of just 16 units is truly the best…fishing and relaxing on the back dock or walking two minutes to the beach in the front of the property…you will not want to leave. Be aware that the second floor units do have 32 steps to the entrance…but was a great way for us to get our steps in every day. Thank You, Janet.

Couldn't have been more perfect. Perfect location to the beach (right across the street) and right on the water of the Intercoastal. Great view, great dock and great condo with new amenities. We'd be back in a heartbeat.

Incredibly spacious condo that is furnished to the hilt.Updated and comfortable. Love that the master bedroom was away from the main living space. The king bed is the ultimate in comfort, we slept so great. Literally a 5 minute walk to beach. View is beautiful. You will find anything you need available in the condo. Don’t hesitate on this one- we loved it!

I have stayed at many VRBOs and this is one of the best. It is open and airy, beautifully decorated, and in the perfect location. The beds are very comfortable (we didn't use the bunk beds so can't say for sure about those). The kitchen is very well stocked with tons of extras you don't normally find. We loved watching the sunrise off the lanai and being able to walk a VERY short distance to the beach for the sunrise. Everything was clean, both in the unit and in the entire complex. Being able to sit on the furniture out on the dock was very relaxing as well. We saw dolphins every day and so many different birds. There are amazing restaurants very close by and more ice cream places than we were able to try. The area itself is relaxed, not crowded and beautifully maintained. Communication with Janet was always great and I feel like I made a new friend through our email exchanges. I really can't recommend this VRBO enough.

What a well-appointed property! We had a wonderful time spending Christmas vacation in Indian Shores. The kitchen had everything we needed - everything was as nice as it is in our own home. The communication with Janet was 10/10. We left early to avoid a blizzard going through the Midwest and Janet generously accommodated us an extra night gratis! There was plenty of room for our family of 8. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach many times to view the sunset and walk along the shore. Although it was very cold and we didn't need any beach items - they were all available to us so we didn't need to bring our chairs, umbrellas, etc from home. Definitely a place we would recommend 10/10!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and cannot say enough good things about it. From the layout to its quiet surrounding area too it’s beautiful overlook of the intercostal waterway, it really is a one of a kind place. We plan to come back many more summers in the future!

Where to begin?!! The place was AMAZING!!! We drove from Pittsburgh, and with 6 of us, the space for luggage was tight to begin with... fortunately we didn't need to pack beach chairs, umbrella or even our beach cart... this place had everything we needed!!! even out beach towels!! Our HOME for the week was clean and comfy!! And the kitchen had everything from spices to storage containers!! Pots and pans and plenty of dishes.. I HAVE to have my nonstick skillets for cooking breakfast and I always pack one of mine when we go away( many rentals provide the cheap metal skillets that everything sticks to!) Didn't need it this time! Loved having the washer and dryer also. If you love to read at the beach like me.. books galore, as well as board games for those nights when you just want to chill. The master bedroom was AWESOME!! and my teen boys loved to have the loft area to themselves. Right across the street our private beach and the kids loved the fact they could walk to places to eat and rent bikes. We even used the shuttle service to Johns Pass. Janet was so wonderful in getting everything ready for us and quick to answer any questions I had. This place is TRULY FABULOUS!!! Thank you Janet for helping make our family vacation memorable!!

Easy to book, great communication prior to trip with the owner.

My husband, children, sister in law, her child and myself stayed for a week. It was decorated beautifully with quality linens and amenities. We basically had everything we needed while staying other than groceries and our personal belongings. The walk to the beach took about three mins and the water view in the back was beautiful! I would highly recommend this property and would also consider staying again in the future!

This condo was beautiful and perfectly located in Indian Shores. All the restaurants were amazing, beach was just a short walk away, we saw dolphins every evening and the owner was responsive each time we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay down here again next time we are in Florida!

The condo and area are beautiful. Ample room and beautifully decorated. Neighborhood felt very safe and easy drive to Clearwater. Communication with Janet was great as well. Can’t go wrong!

We LOVED the condo so much. The location is phenomenal. Having the opportunity to wake up and sit on the porch looking at the intracoastal waterway was fabulous. But being steps away from such a marvelous beach location was the icing on the cake. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 young adult children). We had breakfast and lunch in the home and ventured out for dinners at night. SO many wonderful restaurants close by. The trolley option is a bonus. Pure serenity on our trip. Janet was very clear with the rules and the condo provided all that we needed (including a beach cart, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and boogie boards). The kitchen was fully stocked and we wanted for nothing. We plan to return and rent here again. Thank you! We miss it already. Totally felt like home:)

Great condo with plenty of room for 7 of us. Easy access to beach and intracoastal (kids really enjoyed fishing from the dock.) Janet was great to work with- especially helpful when I had some issues with my VRBO account early in the booking process.

Everything about our vacation was great! The condo was perfect and in a great location to travel easily to nearby beaches. We’d definitely stay there again!

This was exactly what we needed. The place is amazingly beautiful. Its relaxing each day just to sit and watch the boats travel back and forth in the intercostal waters. The first day we arrived, we had travel problems, so we didn't arrive until 1145pm. it was so nice to arrive to a bottle of wine and a bag of popcorn to pop. It couldn't get better than that. There are many nice places to eat, our favorite was the Italian down the street-delicious!! Janet was excellent, as well. each time we contacted her, she responded immediately. thanks for such a nice week away!

The property, location and host were all GREAT! The beach is approximately a block away, but the intercoastal view and pool were on-sight with spectacular peace and relaxing abilities. We frequented the beach/ocean daily--the sunsets made for beautiful pictures. The housing accommodations were perfect for our group. The location was close to dining options including a short drive to Clearwater. Janet was quick with communication, answered all questions with honesty and was very helpful. Will definitely consider a return stay if we visit the area again (which is likely).

We appreciated the opportunity to stay at the Indian Shores condo. There is ample space, great veiws, close beach access and everything we needed to maximize our experience. We will be back.

This condo won't disappoint you. It is very clean and cozy just as the photos show. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with all the utensils and spices you will need to cook if you choose. Since we were on vacation, we chose to dine out. This condo is ideally located near many restaurants. Our favorites are the Salt Rock Grill and Conch Republic. We also enjoyed going to John's Pass which has many shops and waterfront dining located nearby. Janet, the host is very attentive and accommodating to all of your needs and questions. This made for a very memorable vacation. Thank you Janet, we will come back.

What a great week!! The home is well appointed, very spacious, lots of amenities, perfect location, and what a view. We loved sitting in the sun room drinking coffee in the morning watching the boats go by. We saw a manatee and a very large dolphin. Lots of boats moving by, especially on the sunny days. And a very quick walk to the beach. Could not have been a better location. Easy to get to restaurants and other activities. You must try The Broke N Board restaurant. Locally owned. Great atmosphere, nice, friendly staff, great food and the best Sangria!! The host has made every effort for you to have anything/everything you will need for your stay. Much more than most… There was even a nice bottle of wine upon arrival. Very thoughtful! Very responsive to all communications. Cannot wait to stay here again. Hopefully for a longer stay next time! Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here!

Janet did a great job of having everything just as she had presented in the listing. We loved being close to the beach and having the pool as an option too. She is a gracious host. We saw dolphins near the dock almost every day.

This condo is really nice! The décor is inviting and cheerful. We did do some cooking and the kitchen is well-stocked. The view's of the water and dock are beautiful. We had plenty of room, bedrooms are large and beds are comfy. The only downside for us was the construction going on all around the condo while we were there. They were putting vinyl siding on and the construction crew were there from daylight until dark. It was a matter of driving and walking around their supplies when going out to the pool or the beach. Overall, great place to stay!!

Family of 7 staying 1 week over Thanksgiving break. The house was perfect space for all of us, and the kid space was a cool lofty fort w/ plenty of books, & games. The house was clean & had everything & more a large family would need for a beach vacation. Great walking location to Beach, restaurants & little shops. We enjoyed watching dolphins swim by every morning. The first day we got there the pool was heated, which everyone loved going for an evening swim. Property was quiet. Everyone had a great time, & we would recommend this house!

The condo is in perfect area on Gulf Blvd. I feel like it is almost a halfway point from Treasure Island and Clearwater. The condo was very clean and spacious. We stayed here with 4 ppl and had an excellent stay. The owner Janet is very nice and pleasant. She wants you to feel at hole and enjoy your stay. She is very welcoming and even left a bottle of wine for us on the counter. We do not drink wine but it was very nice gesture I thought. She has everything you might need in the kitchen area which is nice as some places do not. Overall great place to stay and hopefully we will be back one summer.
