Had some issues with the hot water in the shower but the hosts acted upon it straight away and got an engineer out the same day! Super helpful, clean, comfy, plenty of parking and great value for money.

Quiet neighbourhood, own parking space, quiet neighbours ,close to shops.
Clean, but the furniture and interior design is already years old. The carpets could use replacing, the furniture in the kitchen is also already worn but clean. There could also be curtains in the windows. The interior has the potential to be arranged, after which it could even get the name of luxury, but it could use some investment. Other than that, everything ok

Tired decor all needs painting and a deep clean.kitchin blind broke and bathroom window opens onto walk through with no blind or curtain. Bathroom tiles filthy black mould. And bathroom and kitchen floor you stick too.

We had number 3 and it was a lovely little find. Size was great for two adults. Lovely and clean and all you needed. Just could if done with more coat hangers, only had one in the hanging space. Easy walk into the town. Lovely town and market. Own parking space, bonus.

I've stayed here a couple of times while attending university. It's great value for money, very handy location close to the supermarket etc. I love having my own full kitchen to use.

The place was cheap. The location was close by to places we wanted to visit. We had our own parking spot included.
The place could have been cleaner. Nothing was directly dirty, but everything in the place was kinda old and dated, worn out, from spots on the walls and the floor to remains of dead bed bugs behind the bed etc.
It definitely look way nicer on the pictures than it was in reality.

A great little apartment. Good communication from the owners. Dedicated car parking space. Everything we needed, even well supplied with tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Close to Wellington town centre.

Easy parking.
Kitchen (oven, chairs, floor could do with a clean) - one cutting board had mold. No hot water at the kitchen tap for washing dishes. Bathroom floor needed mopping. Extra bed had crumbs.

Close to the Princess Royal Hospital
The kettle needed a deep descale which I tried to do myself. the first cup of coffee was full of scale! white vinegar does a good job!
A net curtain could be hung on the main windows in the bedroom as you can’t open the curtains without everyone looking into your bedroom!

There are not many accommodation options in this area. This place was an easy walk to the center of the city (around the train station) and where we needed to be (a boarding school nearby). The flat had everything we needed and enough heater to keep us warm. The host was flexible on the check-in time.
The temperature control of shower was a bit difficult, either too hot or too cold. Mattress was quite wobbly

No single duvet or bedding for the pull out sofa bed. I booked this particular apartment as the photos showed the option of a single bed and a double bed. I ended up borrowing a duvet for my foster child from my daughter.

Nice little apartment, with good sized kitchen with breakfast bar. Small but adequate bathroom, nice comfortable bed. All the usual facilties, TV & good free WIFI. Ideal for couple to overnight, or as on our case as a base for a 3 day staycation. Good parking on site with a space provided. Within a 10 min walk of the center of Wellington. Overall very good.
Only small fault, not a complaint by any means was very low water pressure in the hot water system which took a long time to come to the tap.

Amazing small apartment that has everything you may need. The bed Is really comfortable and the check in Is super easy. I have already stayed here once and when I'm travelling to Wellington I definitely would love to stay here again!

Brilliant stay, property was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice soft bed too. Closest thing to a negative is that I found the shower pressure a little low but still had no issues!
