Lovely bath, comfy bed, tea tray well stocked. Next door to a service station shop, a pub and a few fast food restaurants. Amazing price for the stay!

Easy parking, good stop on route to Heathrow from Wales. Big room. Nice restaurant next door.

Booking in - reception staff friendly and helpful. Evening meal - steak - excellent. Drinks - excellent.

Would have been nice to know that I was expected to book a table for evening meal. Broken kettle in room. Shower was a little tricky to use.

The service given by the receptionist when we arrived was good. He was helpful and polite. Likewise the morning receptionist. The room was clean, comfortable and gave us what we needed. The beds were pretty comfortable and the room neither hot nor cold...

The location I suppose could have been nicer but it met our needs. We really didn't have anything to grumble about. We could park right outside and our room was a two minute walk from the front door...

It as clean, spacious and comfortable. There was no problems with noisy guests either at the Inn or at the pub. Enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Vicki the receptions on duty and the chamber maids we encountered in the morning all went that extra mile and made sure our stay was good in fact we could not fault the stay in anyway.
