The location of the room is perfect, it is located in the perfect old city center. The host has made sure that nothing is missing, which is great.
The offered room is a studio and would be ideal for two adults, of course an exception can be made for three but I do not recommend it. The hot water runs out quickly as the water heater is small and you have to be aware.

Due to a late booking, the owner gave us another apartment, but very cool, with a modern design! We liked everything. White linen, good pillows, comfortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, close proximity to parking, ferry, St. Spyridon's church, everything is just super! I would happily recommend this owner and his apartments!

The location is reason to stay - in the thick of it but quiet. Interesting concept and use of space. 5 lovely Nespresso pods - but always surprised when there is no sugar. We had come from Albania where there was so much more offered in properties. Be mindful that it is on the third floor if you have little kids or people have mobility issues plus probably too many little ikea knickknacks for little hands!
I had to prompt for details on key collection the night before, which I have never had to do before. I knew we would not have internet after the following morning so a bit stressful not to know where we were going after full payment had been made. For me the double bed was too soft - saying in case anyone has a back issue. Very strong smell of sewage in the bathroom - sure this is not the properties fault as was the lack of internet - due to a line issue rather than a router issue.

Perfect location, just 8 minutes of walk from the bus stop. Very nice studio with anything you need, even the iron or coffe machine. Our host, Costas, was very helpful, provided all the precise information about the location, even the photos of the building and the GPS coordinates. Last day we've had also a complimentary late check-out, thanks to our host, it was very nice of him! Thanks again. We'll definitely come back!

The apartment is newly renovated, and its kitchen is well equipped. When taking a shower, you have the hot water of which the temperature is stable and the pressure is strong. Moreover, the host is very responsive and helpful. Especially when our kid was sick, she provided us the information of a good pediatrician and let us have a late check-out so that our child had a bed to rest before the pediatrician said OK for leaving Corfu city. And the location is also central, but quiet.

The host was extremely helpful, he answered all my questions and kept us informed throughout. It was really easy to find the apartment with the instructions provided even at 2 am when we arrived. The apartment itself was really nice. Clean, the best was comfortable and the location is absolutely perfect. Spot on!

Clean modern comfortable apartment with lots of power points and storage!
Many stairs which felt very unsafe!
The WiFi did not work.
There was an overwhelming smell of drains which was very off putting!
I had asked for the sofa bed to be prepared but it was not!

Great location in old town. Extremely clean. Easy 10 minute walk to or from San Rocco square for the 1.1 euro bus trip from/to the airport. Costas very responsive.

Our stay in the apartment was Excellent! Perfect location, in the middle of Old Town! Close to public parking, only 3 minutes walk. As soon as you come down from the apartament you will find everything. Cafes, restaurants, shops. The host, Costa was very polite. He communicated me via WhatsApp all the information I needed about apartment. He had prepared everything for our stay, 6 bottles of water for us, 5 coffe and 5 cappucino capsules! The apartment was a bit small but very comfortable, extremely clean, with air condititioning, Wifi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! I would definitely recommend at my friends!

Its in the middle of town and close to the bars and cafes. There is a lovely coffee shop nearby called Mikro Cafe which is really popular and I highly recommend it. Corfu in general is so worth the visit.
The small street going into the building was always a bit dirty and had a bad smell.

We were very pleased with our stay!! The house was very clean and fully organized, right in the center of Old Town. Very good communication with the host. We would definitely recommend it!
