Room 303 upgraded our room Toilet too small.

Staff superb! So friendly and welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices. Room had been refurbished to a high standard and contemporary. Bed very comfortable.

Did not like the sink and shower set up. The toilet and shower had glass almost see through doors which lacked privacy. Also the sink configuration situated in the actual bedroom was a terrible design with long water spout so you could not put your head near the water to wash your face as you could hit your head on the water spout! Also again lack of privacy for washing in the bedroom next to the bed. Also, even when shower door was closed while showering water spilled and leaked through underneath the shower door onto the bedroom floor.. Our room number was 208.

The location and ambience more than fulfilled our expectations. The staff struck exactly the right balance between being friendly, helpful and informative without ever being obsequious. A highlight was an evening when one of the staff, a student at a nearby musical college, together with colleagues gave a stunning evening performance. It was tempting to linger a little too long over the delicious breakfasts. We would be very happy to return.

The musical evening did not seem to be promoted very well and we only stumbled upon it by talking to staff.

The size of the bathroom. The shower cubicle was too small to use and the toilet was so close to the shower curtain it was almost impossible to sit down!

It is a nice building and has a nice garden with a pleasant responsive staff.

The smell from the bathroom plumbing permeated the room, even with the bathroom door closed and the windows wide open. Our flight from Athens was 4 hours late getting to Corfu and even though we informed them of this as soon as we knew, they gave us an undesirable room on the street side, with no balcony and street noise that prevented sleep.

Breakfast is in a lovely garden. For a 3 star hotel the buffet is great.

I think maybe re-think how to get the guests their coffee in the morning. For example instead of a cup of regular black coffee us a can?

We absolutely loved our stay at Bella Venezia! The garden was enchanting, the location couldn't have been better and the staff were all so kind and friendly! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

I can't find much, if anything to fault at all. However if I did have to comment on something it would be to perhaps make the breakfast buffet area slightly larger. It was a bit tricky getting to things easily as there wasn't a clear system.

- the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early - the location: it's very central yet in a quite calm area - The hotel is beautiful and the garden is lovely. The bar is nice as well - the beds are comfortable - the Wi-Fi is reliable - they provide beach towels if needed

- only downside is that in some rooms the windows are very small

breakfast was amazing, hotel location is very close to old town but is residential enough to be away from the crowd.

The hotel is very quiet (by Corfu standards). We had a room with a window facing the garden and it was quiet. The staff is very friendly. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is very cosy and beautiful. We were given towels for the beach. The location is great - 1 minute from the old town. We would always book the hotel again and recommend it to others :-)

Breakfast is OK, unfortunately little choice of fruit and vegetables, always the same. After 4 days the same breakfast was boring.
