Great beach view, right out the back door your on the beach. this house has everything you need. Great stay!!!!

So close to the beach! You can walk all along Gulf Blvd and not even realize how far you walked, it’s beautiful. I would definitely stay again!

Our wonderful granddaughter graduated from high school and will be headed out of Texas for college. My husband and I asked her where she would like to vacation and she picked south padre island. The gulf is right in front of the condo and it was a short walk to the beach to set up chairs and umbrellas for the day. So convenient and comfortable. Thank you for such a memorable time!

We’ve stayed at this place a couple of times now. Couldn’t be a better location and perfectly accommodates our family (6 people). Love having the beach in my backyard. I’d say we’ll be back. See you next summer!

We were so pleased with this place!!! They have books and games for kids and adults, beach toys/kites/shade canvas/chairs - everything you need. Plus, plenty of paper products, towels (bath and beach), soaps, laundry supplies...it was overly stocked and much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. 😊

Great location! Yes, the place could use a little TLC but overall it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful time

This property is a great location on the beach and to getting around on the island. However, the price does not reflect the accommodations. The house is furnished with cheap and falling apart furniture. There are a number of safety hazards on the property as well. While we enjoyed our stay here we unfortunately will be looking for another place to stay in the future. Overpriced frat house.

We had 2 adults, 2 teens and toddler with 2 pets. Great area to take dogs out, beach access and location is great as no major hotels next to property. Inside is nice and great amenities. Great option for families.

The beach view is awesome and kitchen was well stocked, plus bathrooms. Downstairs is a bit dated and musty-however, the living/ kitchen with the best view are in excellent shape. All in the price is very reasonable for this location. I would rent again.

Great family house. It's nice to stay in a clean house that is equipped for a family. Plenty of pots, pans and beach towels. We will definitely be back!!

The house has plenty of room and has wonderful views of the Gulf. Walking to the beach is very easy and very close.

nice property, great location

Great place to stay when you’re wanting to stay directly on the beach. Place was clean and had many things in the house that is needed to enjoy a day at the beach. Very pleased with our rental choice.

The pictures didn’t do the property justice. Very clean, modern and well-maintained.

On the beach is the best thing I can say about this rental. Almost every amenity listed was broke or worn beyond use. Kitchen was a struggle, lack of adequate pans without non-stick surface badly degraded, not safe to use. Oven was filthy and almost unusable, buttons for the oven had labels taped over the spots that used to be there. Refrigerator dirty and tired. Bikes not usable, grill disgusting, wouldn’t cook on it. Had to make a trip to the local supermarket to get basics to function, cookie sheet, portable grill, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen towels. There was enough of supplies I was told was supplied just to be able to list it. Upon arrival the internet and WiFi didn’t work, after contact with the owner and multiple re-booting, it was working again, but went out multiple times each day and had to keep re-booting. Only one tv in the whole place, didn’t notice that either at booking, you could see where they once were. Everything needs to be updated, lights not working, burned out, no replacements.

Location and view was wonderful. Updating needed. Not as clean as I like. Overall a good place to stay.

The pictures did not do this gem justice. The house was more than we expected, with little touches that made our stay amazing. When something went wrong, it was immediately fixed. Can't wait to book this again

The house has a reverse floor plan with living room kitchen and master bed bath upstairs. 2 bedrooms with in suite bath downstairs. Washer dryer downstairs. This makes for a great view from the living room and a lot of privacy for the family members. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the internet was flakey this could be a problem if you are needed to work or go to school online during your stay.

This property does have a great view. Although the property wasn't clean when we arrived. The umbrella for the table outside was broken. There is no cable and no TVs in bedrooms. We sent message via vrbo to property manager, he never replied. For the price I would expect much more from this place.

Overall was great but the condo needs some work. The property is about 50 to 100 ft from the water with a clean sandy beach. There are things to do nearby but we only went to a couple, mostly stayed on the beach. The condo has a lot of space and plenty of beds and things like towels were provided. The charcoal grill was great and there was a number of beach items like body boards and umbrellas. But the condo does need some work. The kitchen was missing things for cooking daily - I won't make a list. The interior locks on almost all doors didn't work. There is a nice TV but the internet was horrible (spotty 10mb) and no DVD player - tough to watch anything at night. As you can guess Walmart (15 minutes away) was our friend to solve the gaps. Despite those things we'd still go back, especially knowing what we'd need to bring to fill in blanks.

We loved the access to the beach. We bring a lot of "gear" down when we stay and it was nice to simply go out back to set it all up.

The best part of staying at this townhouse was the fact that it was literally steps from the beach. It was so easy to traipse back and forth between the canopy on the beach, and the kitchen. We didn't have to haul tons of food and drinks.

My family and I really enjoyed the house and location. The weather could have been a little better but you can't predict the weather. The beach was in the back yard and we access 24/7. When we return back to South Padre Island we would like to stay at the same place.
