I've stayed in Charlestown for many 1 week vacations over the years, and Patrick's house was one of the nicest quiet properties I've been too in the region. No worry of rowdy renters next door and you can walk to the pond for a nice morning coffee. Definitely perfect for our stay with an elderly grandmother.

The property is in a quiet, pretty location, close to many beaches and other beautiful ponds and conservation areas. The back deck is private and the outdoor shower is very convenient. The WiFi was good - I was able to get good stable connection for work zoom calls. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The air conditioning in the main area was modern and we could keep the house at a comfortable temperature combined with the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious. We would have appreciated being able to use the garage for storage but understand owner’s choice to keep that area locked. Patrick was responsive and communicated well before, during and after the stay.

One word describes our trip to Patrick’s house in Charlestown - easy! The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family, making it easy to relax and enjoy our beach vacation. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, and the dock at the end of the street was a beautiful spot for a cocktail after a day at the beach. The house is in a great location - close to all the local beaches, some great restaurants and shops, and there’s even a liquor store a block away! Patrick was very easy to reach and answered all of my questions right away. He made it so easy to get in the house and made us feel right at home. The best part - the outdoor shower that’s nicer than most indoor ones! Overall, my family and I had a wonderful trip to Charlestown, thanks in large part to Patrick and his great house!

Patrick is a most gracious host and the house fit all our needs! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, groceries and restaurants. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. House was well stocked with amenities. We just wished we could stay longer!

Very clean place, great location, comfortable beds & fully stocked kitchen!

The property was accommodating and had everything to offer for our stay. The owner was very proactive with the check in process and offered his contact information if we needed anything during our stay. Our only disappointment was that the basement where the ping pong table was located was wet and musty. We were not able to utilize that area d/t the moisture and the smell.

We loved our stay! The property was perfect for our family — down to all the details—we’re coffee lovers and there was both a K-cup and a drip coffee maker. It was the best stocked property we’ve ever stayed in. The property and landscaping were beautiful, as was the neighborhood. So peaceful there with beautiful places to walk around and explore and really beautiful and convenient beaches. Great neighborhood restaurants with fresh seafood. The owner is very personable, accessible and kind. Best vacay ever!

Nice comfy home away from home so close to ocean and everything Charlestown RI area has to offer. boating and swimming steps away (literally) and it’s a quiet neighborhood away from crowds perfect for getaways at shore along beautiful stretch of salt ponds with something for everyone

The house was roomy and clean and is in a quiet neighborhood that's close to Ninigret Pond. We enjoyed a bunch of different activities during our stay. The best was being able to use the nearby dock to launch our rented kayaks for a day exploring the coves of Ninigret Pond. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time. Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor shower, fire pit, and boat launch. Close to great beaches and shops.

We had a terrific week staying here! Close to awesome beaches. The neighborhood is nice and quiet on a dead-end street. Outdoor shower is so nice!! Owner was in touch whenever we needed him. We would definitely rent again!

Our family of four enjoyed this house in a great neighborhood. Very close to a marina in the Fort Ninigret area. The beds were all comfortable and the house was spotless. Definitely will stay here again !

House was perfect for a family gathering. Enjoyed the beaches . Usually go to the cape because I am from mass but I would return to Rhode Island beaches. Patrick has a wonderful home in a very nice neighborhood.He was very helpful. Thank you Nancy

We had a great week at this property- posting was very accurate and had everything we needed! We especially loved the back deck in the private yard and the outdoor shower after long days at the beach. Everything inside was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything you could need for pans and dishes plus some other basics like salt, sugar, oil and laundry soap. AC and ceiling fans kept the house very comfortable. The distance to the beach was slightly longer than we envisioned, but still only a 5 min drive to Charlestown and Breachway beaches and house was in a nice quiet neighborhood convenient to other locations. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but Patrick still checked in a couple times to make sure everything was OK. We would recommend this property and would rent here again!

Overall really enjoyed out stay. A few small things could be improved, but yard and location were perfect.

This is a great rental! It had everything we wanted. The house was clean and very comfortable. Big, well stocked kitchen and the most comfortable mattresses we have ever had in a rental. The back deck was very nice and private. We were able to put our canoe in at the Association landing to access Ninigret Pondand the house is near 3 beautiful beaches. Patrick was very quick to reply to all of our questions. We would highly recommend this property.

Lovely home in a perfect location for a relaxing vacation! Plenty of activities for adults as well as kids of all ages beautiful beaches , and beautiful yard for a game of spikeball, horseshoes, bonfire and toasting marshmallows!! Great outdoor shower was an added bonus!!!!!!

Great House nice neighborhood close to all beaches. We really enjoyed the back deck for breakfast and evening cocktails. Top notch gas grill too! Will definitely rent again.

This is just what I wanted, a quiet spot when not at the beach. It is in a residential area off the main road with the opportunity to get out and walk down to the cove. The house is well laid out with an open kitchen/dining into the living area. Just what you want for spending time with family. The kitchen has full size appliances, and it was stocked with just about anything you could need with dishes, pots/pans, utensils. The owner recently updated with new floors and fixtures. It is beautifully decorated in a blue & nautical theme. New furniture throughout. The 3 bedrooms have a king, queen & bunk beds, and a full size bedroom. Mattresses & pillows were all brand new and very comfortable. He provided towels for the house & the beach. You just need to bring your own sheets. There is a washer & dryer off the kitchen area. The one AC kept the house surprisingly nice and cool. You may need to keep the bedroom doors open. We were there during the hottest, humid weather. The backyard has a private outdoor shower that is stainless steel with multiple heads. Very nice! New decking with a high top table, chairs, umbrella and another table set for outdoor seating. The grill is a Webber and new. Quiet, spacious backyard for kids to play. He has recently done landscaping with flowers, bushes. Close drive to beaches, restaurants. The local market had a great variety of meats, vegetables & bakery goods. The owner was very attentive, and provided many details to make our stay very comfortable. He did not skimp on quality. This is a cozy home that our family and friends felt very comfortable in. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to get out of the sun and relax after a day at the beach.

I Would totally recommend this house not only was it clean and beautiful it was well stocked with dishes spices pots and pans. They supply the towels but be sure to bring your own sheets And pillow cases. We enjoyed it very much it was very roomy and had a nice sized yard. And it was very private and peaceful. We didn't hear or see a neighbor once it's was really really relaxing and it's on a dead end street so there was no traffic which was a bonus the surrounding area was very cute with boutiques and great restaurants and the beaches we're so close and quite the few to choose from! Thank you for letting us stay in your home we really had an amazing time.

House was nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of towels. A/C unit kept the whole house cold. Back yard and deck were perfect for entertaining family. Very helpful owner who made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

This house is lovely. We stayed for a week (2 adults, 4 young kids) and were very comfortable with plenty of space. The house was nicely appointed while still being comfortable for kids. Well stocked, huge yard, and very responsive and friendly owner. Definitely recommend!
