We were late due to flight delays of 3 hours plus ridiculous 1.5 hours or more to get out of the Malta airport, due to strict pandemic checks. She was extremely kind and patient throughout our delays. The house is very unique and over 500 years old. It is an old part of the city. The walk to a ferry to Valetta is only 10 mins. The kitchen is large and clean. The air conditioners work very well.

The streets outside are riddled with pigeon poop… but this is normal and beyond her control. The property itself gives you the best experience to see what these places look like inside.

Beautifully decorated apartment in a very old stone building. Very well kept. Good kitchen for meal prep. Very nice hosts (who graciously bailed us out when I left the keys inside).

Needs some heat in the living room/kitchen and/or wifi in the bedroom which does have heat. It was a bit cold on cool January nights.

The location was perfect to experience the beautiful harbour of Cospicua and was only a short 5 mins regular ferry ride or gondola style motorboat to Barrakka Gardens in Valletta. The house offered a quirky small living room and a large well equipped modern kitchen and gothic style bedroom. After a couple of days wondering if we should have stayed in the hustle and bustle of Valletta we warmed to our accommodation and the peaceful late night boat ride home and quaint well lit street. Provisions can be bought from the close by well priced friendly maltese corner shop. We have no reservations in recommending the property and hopefully will return in future.
