Nicely renovated Bach in a private bay launched our boat right there at end of section had a great time fishing and relaxing would definitely stay again. Only downside was a all night party at a nearby Bach one night.

Loved our stay in Wyuna Bay. Had everything we needed, gorgeous views over the bay and easy access to coromandel town, and driving creek railway.

This is a really special spot. We loved the view and the private beach, and being able to step out of the door to have a swim. And the bach is beautifully decorated. We would love to come back again one day. How special to have that in the family! Thanks for sharing with us :)

A nicely renovated bach in a beautiful and secluded bay. Launching our jet ski from straight in front of the bach made life easy and the fishing was great. Lynne was easy to deal with and the neighbours were very friendly. We would love to come back.

Had a magical couple of days as a family relaxing at this wonderfully private Bach. Superb location, superb host, superb accommodation. Having had to cancel twice due to past Covid restrictions - so happy we finally managed to stay. Definitely check out Umu Cafe in Coromandel town. Food is amazing. Staff are lovely.

We loved our stay here. We were able to book two bach's side by side which was perfect for our extended family (6 adults, 4 kids). The bach had an amazing view over the bay and had it's own private boat ramp. Being right on the beach meant out kids were always occupied. The use of the kayaks was also much appreciated.
The bach itself was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay, way off the beaten path, but at the same time very convenient to Cormandel Village. Very comfortable bach, beautiful beach and view, with everything we needed! It was so relaxing to hear the birds sing, the leaves rustle in the trees, a few raindrops on the roof and occasional sound of kids laughing, what could be better?!?

Peace & tranquility with stunning views
A cosy, clean, well equipped bach with everything you need and gorgeous views to compliment. Private & peaceful. My husband & i thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definately be back :)

This property was great for a relaxing long weekend. Took the boat and launched opposite the house which was easy. Nice quiet bay with the option to do activities or just admire the amazing view from the deck

Perfect back in perfect location
The most amazing location with incredible views of the beach. Literally walk to end of property and you have the beach at your feet. Super private bay, quiet yet close to coromandal town. Bach itself is stunning! Has everything you could need. 100% recommend. Will be back!

A wonderful spot to reconnect with family in a quiet natural setting with the advantage of a private no exit road that keeps disruption to a minimum.

Private paradise
Set back amongst the trees the Bach provided privacy and breathtaking views yet just a short stroll down to the bay. Ruffin's Bay is just a short drive to the Coromandel township. Being a private bay for residents only meant we often had the whole bay to ourselves. The Bach itself was well resourced and super comfy. The only downside was that we didn't stay longer. Would definitely like to return.

Breathtaking location.
Such a special spot in NZ. A beautiful, peaceful location. The beach right on our doorstep. The house is well equipped with a deck to enjoy the breathing view. We loved our stay here and will defenitely be back.

Perfect spot
This was our second time staying here. It's just so peaceful and the view is stunning. A bonus is all the native birds that visit. A perfect weekend away for us

We really enjoyed our long weekend at ruffins.
the batch was very tidy and well presented, It suited us perfectly.
Great view from the deck and so handy to the boat ramp.
The driveway was a little tricky but still managed to back a 5.5m hardtop boat up there in 4wd.
Definitely will be back for more exploring.

Slice of paradise
Don and Lynne were so accommodating and advised us on places to eat in the township only 20 minutes drive and things to do in the area. Every suggestion was bang on. We have stayed here before and again were not disappointed. The bach is in a very special location for views, fishing , swimming and bush walks right at your feet. We had a very comfortable stay and loved the new renovations. All linen was quality and the beds very comfortable. We will be back for sure.

Our first impression of the house was very good, and it didn't let us down.Bit of a hard task for my lazy butt to unload everything up the hill and steps but made that first glass of wine on the deck all the more worthwhile! Water restriction might be tough for some but not a problem for us country bred folk. Ruffins Bay is gorgeous, tide is always in enough to swim or kayak and look beautiful, extremely quiet and peaceful. The view from the deck is just awesome. Didn't want to leave!
