We enjoy it because of the pool and location. Someone needs to replace the beds and one of the couches. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and almost at times caused you not to sleep. The couch basically sucks you in because it is broke and you need to rock back and forth to get off the couch.

The site and staff when calling were not user friendly and I am still waiting on a response on the security deposit that I did not get back yet. It was extra cool that our golf cart was waiting at the cabin and a guy came around to sign the contract and show us how to use it.

The carpet was so stained and dirty I was afraid to walk around barefoot. The mattress’ in the “master” were so worn it felt like sleeping in a ditch. I think the box springs where broken. The one toilet was leaking and shimmed up with spare flooring. There where moldy holes in the walls and floor. Just kind gross especially for the price.

The property is in need of repairs. But was clean. We did have issue getting our golf cart that we had reserved. The keys were not there. Had to wait for someone to bring us paperwork to sign before we could get the keys.

The house is cute in/out and in a great location but there are some things that should be known. I paid over 1300 dollars for a one night stay on a holiday weekend and I don't feel like my stay was worth 1300 specifically that house. I know in the agreement there is a section for maintenance and repair but we only stayed for one night less than 24 hrs and we made do for that night. Upon arrival the garbage can was completely full so the top lid would not close. Half of the outlets in the house did not work or did not hold a phone charger, the charger would just fall out of the outlet. The thermostat worked but is hanging out of the wall. It also took over 5 minutes for the a/c to turn on. The (1st bdrm - 2 full beds) there is dip in the floor between the bedroom and the bathroom. There is also a dipping noise in the bathroom. Both rooms with bunk beds were very wobbly and not very sturdy. In the main bathroom the toilet feels like it's dipping/sinking in. The living room couch that is in front of the windows, the middle seat is broken and sinks and lastly the front pouch light flicked once but never turned on. Like I said before we stayed for less than 24 hrs and made due but Please make aware of these items. If anyone has any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me.

The bulb in the kitchen light was also burned out,The screens in the sliding door is missing, the screen in the front door was half missing and the mosquitos poured into the house if you opened the door at night.

Reviewer Comments: I rarely provide reviews but motivation exists in this instance. Our until was downright disgusting. We will never stay again with Island Club rentals. Had we paid a cheap or discounted rate perhaps the conditions would have been expected but for the extremely high rate what our family (with children) encountered was a surprise. The living room reeked of puke. Many light bulbs were out. Cable TV didn't work. Two windows had no blinds. The finishes and furniture were below trailer park grade. Shower heads were bolted into rotting wood. The carpet and floors were generally dirty. Window screens were broken. Doors didn't close. The utensils and kitchenware was random, heavily aged and generally old. It is beyond obvious that the management of the unit doesn't care about guest focus. Arguments can not be made to refute each individual issue. The above summarizes the interior. The exterior environment is the opposite of family friendly. We were surrounded by 6 bachelor and bachelorette parties, some of which were raunchy. Many parties obviously exceeded the capacity of the units. I fully endorse partying and having a good time, and if that is what Island Club is endorsing as it's business plan for guests then great, just let it be know. We got back from a family baseball game to find a new group had taken up residence next door and pinned up a life size naked male on their patio window. After explaining what a bachelorette party is to the children we turned the experience into a funny one, but we had no other choice. We were awoken three nights in a row from 1:30-3:30am. Put-in-bay is a great place and people need lodging on the island to party. Just let it be known that is who you cater to. Good luck and please take a serious look at Unit 99, it's disgusting.

This year, the house was sadly very dirty and many features were broken: coffee pot, lamps, porch lights, blinds, screen door. My baby nephew crawled on the floor for five minutes and his knees were black! I would have made a repair request via the app, but I had no cell signal or wifi at the house, nor did I want to co-ordinate a visit from maintenance when I was trying to tour the island. This was an affordable option, but I doubt that I will use it again.

My husband took the sprayer attachment off so neither problem affected our stay. We had a great time & loved the taxi service, very nice guys! One of them even brought my daughter's wallet back to the house on Sun. AM when it was discovered missing. Everything was in it. People working on the island were all very friendly!

The coffee maker was broken and the trash was filled when we got there, but after an easy message on the app, they promptly took the trash and brought a new coffee maker.
