We last visited 11/2021; you can see my review there. The house is still great, but it gets a lot of heavy use and needs a few quick fixes. We will be back again, however!

I would highly recommend this beautiful location to anyone, especially a large family gathering. The stunning bay window was amazing to view the ocean, have dinner and play games. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definately rent again just for the view and proximity to the beach and the state park.

My family and my in-laws stayed at the Sea Dream this last week and it was the best vacation we have had over in Fort Bragg. The location was perfect. We were able to leave from the house and go on bike rides, walks and sunset excursions! The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We brought our little Dachshund with us as well and she had a great time cruzing around in the big house. We can’t wait to go back!

The location and view is amazing. We had two sunny days in a row and enjoyed the sunset. There is a street in front of the property but there is barely any traffic on it. We walked across it to the beach. It took maybe 5 mins to cross over and be right on the beach. There was barely anyone there. There is also a trail if you don’t want to go to the sand but just walk and enjoy ocean view. The inside of the home is beautiful. Our girls loved the sea theme. We cooked and relaxed on the deck. Took walks and just enjoyed. Would highly recommend this home

Nice place, great location

What a lovely adventure! We arrived shortly after big storms in the area and were greeted by a gorgeous rainbow view from the shoreline. The location was perfect to get out for long strolls along the beach, relax and take in the scenery. The accommodations are wonderful. Comfortable beds, great kitchen for a crab feast and plenty of space for a small group of friends. The only issue we encountered was the fireplace not working. It may have been due to a recent power outage (noticeable on the appliances) but we were unable to troubleshoot it. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the family for opening it up!

Wonderful location to beach and town!!! House is very nice just needs a little deep cleaning. Outside furniture in front and back would be great. Just sad they were unable to offer a deal for an extra night

The home was comfortable and had amazing views of the ocean. The beach is basically at your front door which was a big plus for us. Also dogs welcome 🥰 Unfortunately the tv in the main living room area as well as the propane fireplace were not in working order for our stay. This was a big letdown as it was a stormy week and I was really looking forward to reading and hanging near the cozy fire. There were A LOT of family pictures throughout the home!!! As a happily child free couple, we were put off by the dozen or so photos of babies and family scattered throughout the home. When we rent these vacation homes it usually feels more like a “rental” instead of feeling as though we have invaded someone’s family home. May not be an issue for some, but I definitely feel it should be mentioned.

I’m not talking just didn’t get cleaned well the previous time dirty either. The house had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned in at least 6 months. The furniture throughout the house had clearly not been cleaned other than to dust the top. Dirty dishes were found in the cabinets. Kitchen cabinets splattered with food/dust. Floor throughout the entire house had clearly not been cleaned just dry swept. Filter on refrigerator needed to be replaced. Dust on master bathroom fan that looked to be a year old. Doors didn’t lock properly. Hot tub was filthy. Bedding not all washed (only sheets/pillow cases were) so there were dirty blankets and comforters put over clean sheets. Screens were missing from windows making it hard to cool down upstairs bedrooms. Dirty clothes found from previous guests left behind. Floors under any piece of furniture covered in a layer of dust/dirt/crumbs. The location was fantastic, but the cleanliness of the home does not match the cost per night.

Quiet and private, this house was beautifully laid out for our family get together with two spacious stories, indoor hot tub, enough TVs for everyone, thoroughly equipped kitchen, seaside decor and cozy gas fireplace. Perfect for the parents, children, and grandchildren. The hosts were amazing and we had a very nice Thanksgiving. Thank you, we will hope to be back next year.

I believe this is the fourth time I have stayed in this home. It is truly a lovely home. All the beds were comfortable. The view is out of this world. The house was clean. The hot tub is a added bonus!

Usually homes aren’t as nice as the photos, but Sea Dream exceeded our expectations. The view was fabulous, the kitchen, though dated, was very well equipped. A very comfortable home- we were a group of 5 adults and 2 young children.

Perfect beach location. Easy access for hiking or biking. Close to everything but still remote. Nice house with lots of room for a big group. Fun place to stay and we would definitely return.

This is a great location and house. The rooms are good sized and the layout of the home is exceptional. One of the best I have stayed in in years. Definitely planning a trip back
