Lovely condo 50 ft from the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Definitely a good choice.

Just a nice get-a-way from cold weather in December!

It was just like pictures showed and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Right at beach and close to everything

Wonderful location. Very pretty area and condo. On the flip side. Struggled to get the door unlocked. Code worked but the deadbolt you had to turn after just spun. Luckily my husband got lock to open but we couldn’t lock the door properly when we left the condo after that. Woodwork and doors haven’t seen a paint brush in quite some time. The garbage can cover was filthy and gross with all kinds of caked on crap. Upper Kitchen cupboards covered in grease. Had to wash. By all knobs there was tons of gross greasy finger prints. Same with the microwave. Was kind of a turn off.

Clean. Beautiful condo about 50 foot to the entrance to the beach. Waterfront walk took about 2 minutes. Would definitely stay here again

Great clean place and super close to the beach.Really enjoyed staying there.Also if you with kids wagon sun tent and beach chairs from storage was just what we needed .Great view from balcony is always a plus.Pool was warm and area around was cleaned daily.definitely recommend to stay at this amazing apartment.

The condo was beautiful, very clean and soo close to the beach. They had everything we needed for the pool and the beach. The bed in the master was super Comfortable and we could see the beach from the balcony. When we communicated with the property manager. She was very nice and helpful with quick service! Would stay here again 10/10!

Family came to Clearwater for the 11th year but decided to stay at this condo instead of relatives. It was absolutely the best choice we could make. The view, the location, all perfect. Can’t cs wait to get back!

Very nice condo. Loved the bunk beds in second bedroom to sleep more people with their own beds. Decor was beautiful. Location was great. Loved all the appliances beach wagon and grill. Only suggestion for improvement would be that shower handles were a difficult to operate. Overall fantastic!

Perfect location, we didn’t even have to rent a car and was able to walk everywhere and take the Jolley Trolley. Fantastic view of the sunset every night! This is the second time staying in this building, but first time in this unit and it was by far our favorite! It’s clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated!!! We will definitely be back!!

The condo came as advertised, it was clean, modern, had a nice view of the beach and was on the quiet end of town. I would stay here again without hesitation, its proximity to the beach and to Pinellas Bike Trail made for a great vacation for us.

The location is wonderful. However, the condo was not cleaned well. The linens were not washed. The rugs were not vacuumed. There was an enormous ball of hair in the tub drain. Just gross. There are many maintenance problems like barely functioning front door lock and shower fixtures.

Condo was clean and nicely decorated and comfortable. Not directly on the beach but still had a bit of a beach view and good location, we were able to walk many places in the area

Very nice and clean

We have stayed at this property several times in Clearwater. The unit was clean, modern and had plenty of room for our family of four. The pool and grounds are well maintained. We really like the location too. The beach is steps away and due to being further down, the beach isn’t crowded. Pier 60 and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Looking forward to returning next year!

Will not ever rent from ITrip vacations, VRBO or Pinellas vacations in Clearwater Florida again and will tell all our friends and family just how little your companies care for their customers

Renting was a breeze, easy check in and codes provided appropriately.

If you book this condo you better buy trip insurance. We had a family tragedy with the death of a family member and were not able to travel for our stay. The property manager with Itrip was so rude and told us because we didn't buy the trip insurance there's nothing they can do. Which is not true because another agent was trying to work with us, reschedue our week, something, but he wouldn't let her do it. Even though the property was available a different week. So they simply took ALL our money for the week when we didn't even go. And he (Kevin) wouldn't even call us back to discuss it. Rude, unethical and terribly unprofessional. Beware.

This property quickly became home to us. We were thrilled to be so close to the beach. I didn't realize when I booked the difference between North and South beach and while we may have liked to have been closer to South for entertainment reasons we loved the quieter beach population on the North.

The unit was nicely decorated and spacious and bright. The pool was enjoyable. The listing said beachfront, but there was one building between us and the beach. However, it did have an ocean view, and was steps from the beach. It’s a nice walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. It would have also been nice if there were directions for the TV remote (as we couldn’t operate it until we called for instructions). And the location of the trash dumpster was also not explained well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much, and would stay here again.

The condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and very close to the beach , shops and restaurants. Mattress were worn and by the end of the week they felt uncomfortable. That’s the only downside of the condo.

We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and so beautifully decorated as shown in the images. The property was conveniently located to restaurants, bars, activities and excursions in walking distance. Will definitely return and have told family and friends about the Villas who will probably rent the condo too.

The good - great location, very clean, nice upgrading to the unit, beach closet full of chairs, umbrellas, etc., comfy beds/furniture. The mediocre - the view is a little different than what is pictured. You are staring at the other building across the coutyard. There is a beach view, though, but it is limited. There was an ant problem in both the spare bedroom and the kitchen (property manager did come out and spray). The master bath had a couple issues - the shower liner is the wrong size and allowed water to spill out while taking a shower. Also the shower head has a small link which allows water to spray outside of the shower onto the wall. All of that combined with no bathroom vent created a very musty environment.

What a delightful stay…this condos photos don’t do it justice. Great location didn’t need to rent a car we walked most places and took the Jolly Trolleys. The condo had everything you could possibly need. Had an issue with the garbage disposal and the dryer but when we reached out for maintenance it was addressed and fixed.. Overall great condo great location we will be back!

Having the beach just steps away was amazing! The condo was clean and comfortable. The living room TV gave us problems. Had to restart a lot but not a big deal. Nice view off the balcony! The pool was perfect too!

The unit is nice and in a great location, I feel if they would pay more attention to the little details, this unit would be very nice. Little details such as burnt out light bulbs, window blinds in the bedroom that won’t open or close, they are stuck at a position where we had to cover the windows with old torn beach towels that were left in the unit. Little details like stickers and pencil markings on the walls that were obviously left by a young child from a previous family. We liked the unit over all, but these details should have been taken care of before families check in. Yes, we would stay there again and we had a wonderful vacation, we just wish the details mentioned above were addressed before we arrived.

Great time being in clearwater, FL. I would definitely go back visit again. My family loved the place. We enjoyed so much.

The condo was great! Clean and all the amenities, also the “beach closet” in front of the parking spot was great! Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed here for our annual family vacation with our teenagers. We prefer the north side of Clearwater since it’s less populated, and this property did not disappoint. Unit was as described with a glimpse of the ocean and nightly sunsets. The shared in-ground pool was a nice bonus. Within walking distance of local restaurants, bars and attractions. Would stay in this location again.

Most relaxing Vacation I have ever had. It was wonderful.
