This home had it all - pool, bikes, helmets, clean, quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything. The house was spacious, very tastefully decorated, and the floor plan and bathrooms worked very well. The pool was clean and sparkling. We would give it a 9/10. The owners even made the garage accessible, which was very convenient for keeping the car cool. What would have made the stay a 10? If the owners provided soap/body wash/ shampoo in the showers, hand soap at all the sinks, and toilet paper (beyond the starter roll) in the bathrooms. We have stayed at several vacation homes and each one provided these basics, so we were surprised to find that this home did not. If the owners chose to do these things, or noted in the listing that no hand soap is supplied, we would have been better prepared. One other minor note - the home appears able to sleep 10, but there aren’t 10 washcloths combined in all the closets. If there had been 10 of us, we would have had to share washcloths, something we aren’t prepared to do. If you are seeking a gorgeous, quiet home with a pool, and are prepared when you arrive, this place gives you a rewarding and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic property in a great location. The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything to make our stay perfect. Having the extra touches like the bikes, beach chairs & picnic bits meant we could make the most of the area. Very efficient and responsive to any query.

This is our 3rd time back to Cape Coral. Our Family enjoyed the 2 1/2 week stay. The neighborhood is wonderful and we enjoyed riding the bikes all around. We also loved our daily trips to the French Press coffee shop at Cape Habor. Cape Coral is a quite place to relax and unwind from the fast pace of Life. The House was perfect size for our family and our girls loved the pool!!!

No issues No issues. Initial site visit friendly and helpful. Surprised was never ask if we wanted to rent property next year.
