We had stayed in the apartment block before so we knew what to expect, but this is a superb apartment overlooking the pool which was really nice. Clean, very tastefully furnished and spacious. And the lady who looked after the property was very helpful and efficient. My only criticism would be that there is no way to make coffee (other than instant) which would have been a good addition, however there is really good coffee available within a few hundred metres for €1.50 so hardly a big issue. We enjoyed our stay, thanks.

It was so easy to arrange & rent this property

We had such a good holiday. The apartment was so much bigger than we expected and everything was perfect. The complex is brilliant and so well kept, the pool was lovely and so quiet, never to many round it so was very peaceful. Our little boy who is six loved it, especially that it wasn't to deep so we didn't need to actually be in the pool constantly with him. We will definitely be back.

What a fantastic holiday we had, the apartment was superb and everything was as described from the home from home feeling which it was to the comfiest beds, couldn't fault anything about this apartment and a big thanks to Chis and Sue who gave us all the heads up on how things worked in the apartment and the welcome pack was very much appreciated

This was our 3rd stay in this wonderful apartment and enjoyed it just as much as our previous stays, we have being coming to Caleta for many years and stayed in other apartments but non as beautiful and spacious as this one, it's the home from home that we love and will continue to book this apartment. Booking this apartment was very easy, check in was great and Chris and sue met us at the complex, the apartment was very clean, modern and great location, perfect for families, we will be back for sure, many thanks for making our holiday a pleasant stay

The property was in excellent condition refurbished to very high standard, the weather great for 2 months, the property was prepared by the management team for the property for our stay it was the cleanest one we have had , a good welcome pack,

Greeted by Chris and Sue on our arrival. They showed us round the appartment and how to operate the TV cooker and washing machine. They answered all our questions and were professional and very friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fresh and it was obvious that Graham and Michelle gave a lot of consideration to comfort, from the well upholstered furniture to the beds. . The complex is kept iextremely tidy and cared for and the residents are friendly and helpful. All in all we had a fabulous four weeks.

The apartment is exactly as described and there is no disappointment when entering. Everything required for a self catering holiday is there waiting for you but if you decide to venture out it is only a very short walk to numerous restaurants and bars within the resort. Once you know the correct route, the walk to the beach is probably only around ten minutes or so although sadly the weather during our visit did not result in this being a regular activity. At least though we know where it and the marina were to be found. Would have no hesitation in booking the apartment in the future and would be happy to recommend it to others. As said in many other reviews, Chris and Sue who look after the apartment, do a splendid job and are able to provide plenty of useful information and insight to assist with your holiday. Centrally located .Superb apartment,beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean.

Graham and Michelle's apt is the best we have stayed in. It is modern, clean, and in a beautiful complex called Gaudia which is very central for restaurants and bars - within walking distance !! Our favouite being 'Ascension' - which is in the same road to the left. The property management team Chris and Sue can't do enough for you and a welcome pack including tea,coffee, water, sugar and biscuits are provided on arrival. You can relax on the spacious terrace on the comfortable garden furniture provided with cushions and towels and parasol or take a walk to the beach which is approx. 10 mins. or take a dip in the pool. There are lots of shops and supermarkets also within walking distance to replenish the fridge and cupboards when needed. This is our second time staying in this beautiful apt and we will be back. Thanks so much to you both !!!

This apartment is truely home from home. It contains all you will need for the perfect relaxing holiday. It's spacious set over two floors the decor is the best you will find and managed by Sue and Chris who couldn't be more helpful. Situated in a perfect position for the town centre restaurants and shops with a short walk to the beach. The complex is clean and tidy with an easily accessible swimming pool. I can't recommend this enough and thank Graham and Michelle for sharing their home.

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful apartment on the Gaudia complex! It is very well equipped, beautifully furnished and Graham & Michelle have really made it a home from home! The Gaudia complex is close to all amenities in Caleta de Fuste & there is a bakery close by selling delicious cakes and freshly baked bread and a chocolate shop at the end of the road! Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment & we will definately be back!

We are a family of three and have just returned from a stay in Graham's fantastic apartment. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped, having everything that you could need for your holiday. The decoration is very nicely done, making the apartment feel homely but not overdone. Beds were very comfortable, which is very important to us. The apartment is looked after by Chris and Sue, who not only keep it spotlessly clean but are also are very welcoming when they meet you to let you in to the apartment on arrival. They are also very helpful and friendly whenever they are over at the complex, nothing is too much trouble for them. Graham was also very quick to respond and helpful when booking. The location of the apartment in the resort is fab, handy for most things. And after staying in several complexes in the resort over several year, I can honestly stay I think this one is the best! Highly recommended :-)

Staying in the Gaudia complex was a real treat. A very quick walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, the complex is nonetheless quiet and residential, perfect for a relaxing time. The property was exactly as described on the website, with a lovely sun terrace out the front, and three good-sized bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with anything you might need to cook a meal. Sue and Chris, the property managers, couldn't have been nicer, and they even supplied us with milk, water, tea, coffee, washing-up liquid, etc. for our arrival, which was such a welcoming touch! A lovely place to stay.

Lovely apartment, 3 very nice size rooms Everything you could need available in the apartment. Lovely terrace, plenty of space to sit outside. Nice pool area, only a short walk to all the bars and restaurants.

A very enjoyable week, the team Graham has there were fantastic, meeting us and showing us around the property. They were constantly on hand for anything we needed. The apartment is bery nice and we had plenty of space for the 3 of us. Great location.
