Amazing, well equipped home right on Lake George. Spent New Years weekend with my kids just relaxing and pampering ourselves in this stunning home. We cooked in the gourmet kitchen every night, soaked in the jacuzzi tub and enjoyed tue stunning views of the lake. Rich and Holly were so kind and made us feel so comfortable in the home like it was our home. They were very accommodating and helpful with all questions. My family and I had an excellent experience at Holly and Cliff's lakefront property. We stayed during the Thanksgiving Holiday. As everyone has stated in the reviews the pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen was well stocked that my children and I made a full thanksgiving meal. The house is very well maintained. My family and I will be returning after the winter. The views are breathtaking. Very relaxing time. I can see in the summer this place being an excellent place for the family to do enjoy the views and water activities.

The space itself is wonderful with all of the amenities and access you would need for a great stay on the lake. The expectations for you as the guest however are clearly meant to set you up for failure. 2 guests in our group work in high end luxury rentals and both gave their stamp of approval on the condition of the home as we left it. Unfortunately, the expectations of the hosts are designed to immediately withhold your security deposit if they so choose. we left the dishes clean in the dishwasher, all trash removed from the house and removed all linens except for one bed that was unused. even with that, the hosts immediately attacked my character personally via private texts and treated us as if we were complete and utter inconsiderate slobs, which just wasnt the case. we left some drinks in the wet bars believing that was warranted as their were drinks there when we arrived. I have never and will never leave a property not feeling confident we left it in a respectable manner. if you choose to rent this property, be prepared to act as the cleaning crew and have every single detailed picked through with a fine tooth comb. I sincerely wish things were handle differently and firmly believe no host should ever directly and immediately insult a guest personally via text (even going so far as to use their day job as a means to claim they are "classier" than we are) regardless of any "issues" but I wish them nothing but the best.

Our host was very easy to work with. The property was very well appointed. The location is excellent. I highly recommend this lake house.

Location is beautiful- we rented a Pontoon Boat for the week and utilized the boat slip- Holly and Cliff were easy to get a hold of and gave us lots of tips. Everything you need was in this house- as one person in a previous review said, all you need is your clothes and a toothbrush! A truly wonderful experience:)

This property is amazing!!! The pics do not do it justice! The location is perfect, the property is unbelievable. Rich and Holly are great hosts. They have thought of every possible convenience that anyone could want. The gourmet kitchen is amazing. Our family enjoyed every single minute of our week long stay. We had 4 adults and 5 kids at the lake house in June of 2021 and the property was great. We rented a boat and used it multiple times a day. The home was super clean, easy to check in and out and overall I would highly recommended the house.

Just amazing! Absolutely beautiful home and location. Plenty of space for 10 adults - we were 2 families with 6 of our grown children - spent many hours around the huge dining table playing games. And when we weren't doing that we were in one of the other rooms gazing out the window at the spectacular views. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Holly & Rich were great hosts!! We hope to go back again:)

This is a great house to stay in if you’re looking for a relaxing week on the lake in a very well kept, cozy lake front home. Plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy Lake George and the hosts are very accommodating.

This summer we rented 3 houses in different locations, I would rank this house 3rd because of 2 reasons, you need to rent a boat to enjoy the water and the house is located next to a set of docks that are very busy with people coming and going.

Upscale home with all the amenities. Literally just steps to dock and lake. Especially great spot for boaters. This was our second stay here and we’ll be back.

We were able to have all our family in a comfortable setting. I would rent this home again in the future.

This is our second stay at 9 Rose Lane in Bolton Landing...we came back for a reason. The luxury and amenities provided by Holly and Rich and their attention to details, combined with the proximity of the house on beautiful Lake George make this one of our favorite family vacation destinations. Holly and Rich were the best hosts ever. Holly met us at the house and truly stressed that their home was 'our home'. The views are incredible and the kitchen is a cook's dream! We had the best time ever and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to vacation in the area.

This home has everything you will need. Once you move in you won't want to leave for anything. Owners Rich and Holly are the best. Once you stay here you won't want to stay anywhere else in the area. Very, very comfortable stay for all!!!
