Loved the location, house was so much bigger than it looks when pulling up in the driveway. Loved the house. Will definitely rent this again.

Property was adequate. Average place that is clearly an investment property based on condition and cleanliness. Location isn't great. Owner is terrible and condescending.

Easy check in and ample room. This was a good place for family time, and was a great location. Close to shopping and attractions, but in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. Thankful for a nice place to gather and make family memories.

We had to reschedule this stay several times, due to Covid. Very accommodating and helpful! Comfortable home with all necessary amenities.

The walls are super thin so if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll hear most everything else in the house. Also, there were no curtains in the rooms and the blinds were white so it never actually got dark in any of the rooms. There isn’t much noise dampening either so the house just echoes. Really couldn’t get a lot of sleep here.

Condo was modern and spacious enough for 5 adults comfortably. Great location close to Hayesville. Casino is also close. Owner was great at communicating. Would definitely book here again when visiting family over any hotel!

Awesome place to stay! A million times better than a hotel! Very spacious and clean. No decor so easy to spread out and pack up easily. Floors are cold so bring slippers... and there's a lot of echo with all tile (a few area rugs) - but the 4 of us were very comfortable. Great bedding/pillows - we all slept well! Just super picky but a better shower head in master bath would be great for us that have thick hair... and a handle to slide the door from the inside. Thank you for the smokers pole outside! We'll definitely try to stay here when going back to visit family. The Owner Jon was extremely helpful and replied quickly to questions - even at very inconvenient hours for him. Thank you for a wonderful stay during a very difficult time (Father-in-Law's funeral).

Great location to Derby.

The Duplex/Townhouse is awesome to stay in. We had four people and honestly it was perfect. Everything was clean and having a washer and dryer to use was great as well. The owner is HIGHLY responsive and accommodating in every way. We met the neighbors and they are super nice also.

We came for the worst of reasons. Thankfully, we were able to stay here. There was plenty of room and the bedrooms are spacious. The living room and kitchen worked perfectly for meeting family.

Clean. Easy communication with owner. All good!

Excellent, clean good location close to everything in Derby and McConnell AFB. Jon was excellent and very helpful, enough space for our family of 5.

The property was very clean and comfortable. In a good neighborhood with friendly neighbors (but not too friendly lol) and would definitely stay there again. Beds, towels, shower, living room all really nice. If I had to get nitpicky I would say I just wish it had more condiments like ketchup and mayo so when we ordered GrubHub we would have had more than just the packets. but that is seriously the only thing that I could say. Besides that it was perfect
