Although it is an old condominium, the apartment is well maintained and comfortable. It has what is necessary in terms of its utilities. We had problems with the heating system that only worked on December 29, 2022, the day we arrived and our departure was on January 7, 2023. There was a portable heating system, but it was not enough for the areas of the house . If you are looking for a place with fast transportation and a nearby supermarket and convenience stores, it is suitable for that. If you are looking for a place to sleep after a whole day of touring, it is not the right place because the loud noise and disorder on the 2nd floor will not let you sleep. There is a neighbor who is all night causing unnecessary noise all night, it's 6 in the morning and the disorder continues. One of apartment rules was, not cause noise or something else, but the neighbor in the second floor have loud noise and maybe party all the night and nothings happens. Claudia look like a very responsible person and respond all messages.

We have rent for 4 days this flat . Yet my husband and I were tested covid positive few days before travelling . If I could understand that no refund is possible I have asked to change our dates later on. The owner of the flat just tell us that there is nothing she could do . So I have just paid for nothing . I do not find this behaviour very kind and do not recommend this flat as well as this site

The apartment was great! It had everything we needed! Grocery store was a few blocks away so location was perfect! Only negative was the resident upstairs. You could hear his footsteps and him/her getting out of bed. It was only though the late evening hours and early morning.

The apartment was great for laying your head down at night. The only complaint which is out of control for the owner is the upstairs neighbors are quite loud.

The host communication was excellent the entire stay. We will definitely be back and recommend to all out colleagues and friends. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. This apartment is in New Jersey but it is easy to get to Manhattan by public transport. It is beautiful and well furnished. Claudia's instructions and information before our arrival were helpful. The only negative is loud upstairs neighbors at night and in the morning. Earplugs were provided.

This property was in New Jersey but it was extremely easy to get to Manhattan. The property was clean and quaint. Everything worked and parking off street was close and easy.

I stayed in NY with my family from France and we had a very good time. the apartment was very clean and calm. The location is very good for tourism

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours chez Claudia, c’était génial. L’appartement est propre conforme aux photos. Très pratique , l’arrêt du bus est juste à côté pour rejoindre New York. Le voisinage est calme. Le seul bémol mais lié à l’ancienneté de l’immeuble c’est l’isolation je dirai vu qu’ on entend quasiment le tous les déplacements et discussions de nos voisins. A part ça, je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjour en famille ou ami. Équipement complet et l’appartement est très facile à trouver.

En términos generales el lugar es espectacular para descansar, es muy tranquilo y limpio. Lo único que no nos agrado fue el hecho de que no contaba con plancha para la ropa, de resto todo fue de maravilla.

For a short family group, this place is really good to stay

This is a great apartment – very clean and up-to-date. It’s literally a few blocks from my daughter’s apartment so it was a very convenient as a place to stay but still be close to her. Claudia was very helpful and responsive, which I appreciate it. The only negatives I would share is that the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud late at night and in the morning. I think the building just doesn’t have a lot of insulation between floors and they seem to be heavy walkers. Earplugs were kindly provided at the bedside but I don’t sleep well with earplugs. I didn’t realize it was a first floor apartment, which probably was my mistake. It was fine but not my preference when traveling without my husband. And then the last thing I’d mention is the building is not a secure building - although the apartments are locked and the neighborhood is safe. So it was fine, but if that matters to you, be aware.

We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment is very clean and in a nice area. It's about 15 min away to Manhattan. Very cheap.

Property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and had lots of nice pillows. My only complaint is the water was not hot all the time and I was only provided 3 towels for multiple people for all 3 days of staying.

This apartment is so beautiful!! It is spotless and looks brand new- like upscale brand new! But the outside of the building looks a bit sketchy- wonderful surprise that it was so gorgeous inside. But... we didnt have hot water and it needed the window in the shower- like a large window- to be glazed out or have a covering. We used a trash bag to put over it to keep the parking lot from watching us shower. Bedding was new, feather and sheets crisp. Towels were soft and nice. Area was fine-McDonalds, dunkin donuts, etc. nearby. A ton of ubers to pick up and take to NYC. quick easy ride. Would recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Richie was quick to respond and attended to all of our needs in regards to parking accommodations etc. The hosts put great effort into communication to ensure we enjoy our stay. The room was clean and decorated well. My only complaint would be that there is no hot water.

First of all this house remodeled. It is exactly the same as the pictures. My concerned was cleaning situation. So the house was very very clean. The sheets and the towels were clean and the towels were very nice smell. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has many staff and it is enough for the vocation. The manager is very responsive. I would recommend. I plan to stay again. Thank you Claudia.
