Appartement extrêmement bien situé, spacieux, bien agence . La concierge est disponible tout le temps et très compréhensive. Je recommande les yeux fermés . A très vite . Nous reviendrons !!!

This property was beyond our expectations. Great location for the bubble and property is clean and tidy... more modern than the pictures let on. We had 4 of us in the property and could have easily hosted another 2. Great place would rent again if we return to Megève.

Pour la 2e année consécutive, nous avons pu profiter de ce très bel appartement récemment modernisé, très propre, à l excellente literie et permettant de garer son véhicule en sécurité en étant à 100 mètres du centre piétonnier. Lucienne, la gardienne de l immeuble, est adorable. Nous recommandons très fortement.

Perfect location for the supermarket. We ate in every evening.....(takeaway pizza one night!) kitchen equipped perfectly adequately. Good walk up to Rochebrune to start the day! (Henri sport excellent and store your skis and boots overnight) Centre of town... bars,bakery’s and shops all on the doorstep. Appartement adequate for 5 or 6 people..... probably better if your familiar.... you will be after a week! Good space to loiter, read or play cards in the evening. Bluetooth speaker good. Madame Flesch the caretaker is very friendly and helpful but her English is limited. Overall highly recommended.

A cosy apartment which is very close to shops, bakery and the village. Only 10 minutes to the nearest ski lift. The kitchen was well equipped and having 2 bathrooms also very useful. The owner was friendly and helpful

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour dans cet appartement. Tres bien dispose, au rez de chaussee avec une belle vue, ensoleille, tres pratique pour les bebes. Excellente communication avec la proprietaire. Nous reviendrons.

Localisation parfaite : à 2 pas du centre ville et de la télécabine du Chamois, carrefour montagne et boulangerie a proximité immédiate. Très belle rénovation, literie très confortable et très propre. Enfin, charmant accueil de Lucienne, la gardienne de l immeuble. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location. Nous étions 4 adultes et un enfant ( La chambre peut accueillir 3 enfants) Tout était parfait, propreté, literie, équipement cuisine ... Appartement complément rénové, en rez de chaussée d'une petite résidence à "2 pas " du centre de la station. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location. Accueil très sympathique de Fanny, la propriétaire et de Lucienne, la gardienne. Nous avons déjà prévu y retourner l'année prochaine.

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet appartement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Nous étions 1 couple, 1 bébé et notre nounou et ce schéma fonctionnait bien pour l’espace de vie offert par ce 4 pièces. Seule la literie de notre chambre était un peu dure mais cela ne peut être reproché puisque ce type de confort est très personnel. Nous avons tout pu faire à pieds depuis l’appartement et tous les commerces essentiels sont à moins de 100m de l’immeuble (boulangerie, traiteur, supérette carrefour ...). Dernier point positif: la possibilité de garer notre véhicule à l’interieur de la copropriété. Bref, très bon choix !

Appartement refait entièrement à neuf et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et des matériaux de qualité. Situé en plein centre du village, à 3 minutes à pied des remontées. Parfaitement équipé, parking fermé, casier à ski. Parfait, rien à critiquer!

Arrived at the apartment much later than planned (bad weather & traffic!) to a very warm welcome from Mme Fanny, the owner, an absolutely lovely lady. The apartment is centrally located, about 2 minutes walk from the beautiful town square, shopping, restaurants and the Chamois gondola. It is on the ground floor with parking available, newly refurbished, warm, welcoming, very well equipped (great kitchen), underfloor heating. There is a large bathroom with shower & bath, washing machine and tumble drier. Three bedrooms, one with en-suite shower and the apartment really felt like a home from home. We could happily live there permanently! There are beautiful mountain views from the lounge and one of the bedrooms, the supermarket is across the road, another round the corner and there’s a wonderful local boulangerie for fresh breads, pastries and cakes. Nothing was too much trouble for Mme Fanny (who speaks perfect English), and the very pleasant concierge, Lucienne. If you are looking for a wonderful, centrally located, spacious apartment for a break in Megeve we cannot recommend this place highly enough. We’ll be back.

tout est très bas de gamme quand cela fonctionne, TV en panne, cafetière moyennageuse, poële presque sans téflon, quelques petits verres style moutarde, pas d'éclairage dans le frigo, un freezer mais pas de congélateur, etc, etc, la liste pourrait encore s'allonger.

Very near to the city centre, the slopes and the market, a stream running near the house, very convenient for 5 people. I definetely would stay here if I come back to Megeve again.
