This place was amazing!! We were down in savannah for my sisters bachelorette and the house was perfect for the 9 of us! Walking distance to coffee shops and downtown and when we didn’t want to walk there is a stop for the free bus close to the house! Lucky savannah was amazing to work with!! Very responsive and communicated throughout the entire process!! Will definitely be going through them again on our next adventure!!

Coordination with office was excellent! Loved everything about our stay! The only problems were some code issues and the narrowness of the garage. But the place was beautiful.

The living room kitchen dining room combined area is a large space ..it was a destination wedding it was comfortable to have five or six people stop by to say hi and then go on to their place. The natural lighting was perfect for the bride and the bridesmaids to do their make up the morning of the wedding and spacious enough to have a little brunch ..we enjoyed it immensely it’s furnished very nice.

The property itself is lovely, and please do not let this review deter you from considering renting it. However, during Christmas of 2019, there were several glitches that still need to be worked out. It should be noted that the third bedroom is located in the carriage house above the garage. You have to walk across the courtyard and through the garage to access it. In terms of glitches, the heating system in the main unit is wonky. When we attempted to hold the temperature, the system would override the hold after a few hours. It was not uncommon for the temperature, when on the preset schedule, to fluctuate as much as 8 degrees. This made for some uncomfortable sleeping. The cable/wifi was down for almost half our stay. The management company was very responsive to our requests, but even when service was back on, one tv was broken and another involved numerous, cumbersome, extraordinary steps to access cable. Again, the management company was helpful, but the issue was the electronics in the house. Supplies were minimal, so during our four night stay, we ran out of toilet paper. Other supplies, such as foil, coffee filters, extra toilet paper etc. were unavailable, which is uncommon in rentals. If I were you, I would consider renting this unit, but I would ask if these issues have been resolved.
