This property was clean, the kitchen and bathroom was well equipped with everything that you need. The bed and living room was very comfy. Marsha was a great host. Would love to return some time in the future.

Our plans included visiting Encinitas, the coast and the San Diego Fair at Del Mar, staying here was the perfect location, the home interior had a beach feel and was very comfortable with a cool breeze while lounging between day trips. The stay was very pleasant and Marsha was a perfect host!

First the coordination with Marsha went very well. The few questions I had Marsha responded quickly. The property was only a short drive to the beach, but far enough away to get away from the busy beach and down town area. Very quiet and peaceful. The accommodations themselves were fantastic. Clean, modern, with a beach vibe. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was ready to cook if you so desire. Marsha stocked it with coffee K cups and filtered water. The family room was very roomy and comfortable, stocked with numerous games. Plenty of linens and towels. Didn’t get a chance to use the bikes or beach items. Spoke with Marsha a couple of times, was a real joy to converse with. When we return to Encinitas we will definitely stay there again.

The place was just perfect for us. Easy access, parking on driveway. Host was very accommodating to our needs.

My wife and I booked this cozy spot for our 20th anniversary. The location is perfect, close to the ocean and plenty of restaurants. The location is quiet and the host was very kind. We will definitely book here in the future.

We enjoyed the creativity and charm of Marsha and Greg's property from the moment we stepped on to the garden path leading us to our getaway. Such beautiful plants on a property with a lovely family history! The high ceilings and many windows gave the expansive kitchen and living room area a bright and airy feel. The main bedroom was cute and comfy, too. Everything we could have wanted or needed was available, thanks to thoughtful and detailed stocking. Marsha communicated with us immediately any time we asked and was thoughtful and friendly. I highly recommend it and hope to return!

Staying at Marsha and Greg's place was incredibly relaxing, close to all of the beautiful sites in Encinitas and not a far drive from La Jolla and San Diego proper. Lots of beautiful greenery and space. Would recommend Greg & Marsha's place 100 percent!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is upstairs with its own gated entry. The grounds are beautiful with palm trees and flowers. The place is professionally decorated and is immaculate. On a clear day you can see the ocean in the distance. It had all the appliances and cookware needed. Netflix and Amazon Prime were a nice luxury. Marcia was very welcoming. We loved it.

Stayed here with my partner to recover after surgery. Lovely open kitchen space and tv/family room. We enjoyed our stroll around the neighborhood and also were pleasantly surprised by the ocean views from all the windows. Outdoor space felt like Hawaii and was very inviting.

Where do I start? From the moment we arrived to the morning we left, Marsha and Greg’s VRBO was the best home away from home you can imagine. The space feels like a cottage and includes everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It is very clean and well maintained, very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Well-decorated space with everything we needed. Very comfortable accommodations including the king size bed. Private entrance with lush landscaping. Very convenient location to restaurants, beaches, etc. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The minute i walked in I felt as if I was returning to a place I'd visited before. The warmth and peace i felt were instent. The extra touches were as they fixed this place just for me. The pitcher of water in the refrigerator was perfect. Just what i needed after traveling. The location was perfect. Access to everything was so convienent. The neighbor hood is established and very quiet. I cant say enough. I'll make sure everytime I'm in the area to contact Greg and Marsha and rent their dream cottage again. The property, perfectly depicted in the photographs, is very bright and sunny. Great attention has been given to the decor both in and out, providing an island vacation feeling to the stay. The bathroom is a tad small with limited counterspace but the large kitchen counter makes up for it. More important, the bed is big and comfortable and the place is very quiet at night. All that's missing is the sand and surf.

Attractive, well furnished, top floor two bedroom in a residential neighborhood in land a few minutes drive from the beach, with lots of windows, wood beam ceilings and day light. Open kitchen, dining and living space very comfortable for cooking and hanging out. Greg and Marsha wonderful hosts with lots of suggestions of where to eat and enjoy time at the many beautiful beaches in the area.

Oasis apartment was beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Couldn’t ask for more. Hosts Marsha and Greg were friendly and available. Quiet neighborhood but easy access to shopping and the beach.

The Oasis is quaint and comfortable. Truly enjoyed staying there. It was convenient to get to get to local hangouts and dining.

You will not regret booking this beautiful place that is exactly like the pictures. Comfortable furniture/bed, full size fridge, oven, shower works great. Perfect place to relax while enjoying the nice breeze every morning/night. Marsha/Greg are very nice, only around if you need them. Looking forward to staying here again!
