Дуже гарний готель. Сподобалося майже все. І місце розташування. Поряд великий супермаркет, МакДональдз, кавʼярні для сніданку, авто вокзал і жд вокзал. До Венеції добиратися дуже легко та швидко. Потяги ходять кожні 3-5 хв, ціна 1,45. В номері було майже все: електро плита, мікрохвильовка, чайник, холодильник, вся необхідна посуда, навіть тостер. Величезне та зручне ліжко, фен, сейф.
Дуже не вистачало тапочок, та шампуню з кондиціонером.

Pas de parking attenant à l'hôtel. Le tarif du parking voisin était prohibitif.

The property is quite new, so all facilities are great. The room is modern and quite comfortable.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly which made the trip very nice. Also it is in a convenient location close to the train station so it’s a 10 minute trip to Venice St Lucia Station.
Getting to and from Marco Polo Airport is very convenient using the ATVO which is €10 per person.
Lots of restaurants in a walking distance so this is great.
The property is not cleaned everyday which is a bit annoying but you may change your towels at the reception. The showers leak a bit as the doors did not close properly.
The aircon is very cold and vents a bit dirty so my allergies were acting up.
Lastly , noise of the trains is a bit difficult but not the fault of the hotel. Also on our last night , a women on a speaker was trying to get peoples attention at 5 a.m. outside but is not the fault of the hotel.

Excellent hotel apartment with excellent location,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Omar ,he makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about Venice ,supermarket, and restaurant train station are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staycity aparthotel to everybody, whether an individual or a group (family), who intends to visit Venice! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Staff were nice, room was clean and comfy. Location was good, close to bus stops and train station, very easy to get to main island. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The shower room should install a holder for private toiletries.
I use my own toiletries for shampoo and shower during traveling and find it is very inconvenient without a holder.

Near the train station, however we didn't hear any noise from trains. Great views, had room at 9th floor. You can find supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious, one big double bad. We had breakfast in our last day and it was very good, especially the pastry products. The staff is amazing, helped us in any matter. I strongly recommend this hotel!
Sometimes, the fridge and the TV(closed) were noisy but wasn't a big issue.

very clean and new, helpful, friendly staff. 4 min walk to train station straight to Venice (8min train ride) spacious apartment, lovely staff upgraded our room.

Close to supermarket, bus stop, and train station. Lying on a comfortable bed watching Netflix on TV. Wide shower room. Nice kitchen. Washing machine available upon reservation. Especially super friendly but also professional staffs!

Omar and his manager upgraded our room to a bigger one. it was good gesture by them. really appreciate.
rooms were clean. kitchen was well equipped.
